Newer for Super 8. Room is very nice. Beds slept well.
Smoking on 1/2 of 3rd floor. Smells heavily into 'non' smoking rooms on the 3rd floor, and just a little down into the 2nd floor hallway.Do not like the design of having the sink and mirror outside of the shower room
Clean room. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was terrible and room/pool was small.
Staff very accomidating
Only problem was not seeing the sign, and then having construction .
Pool and friendly staff
Staff very friendly. Pool also nice.
Waffle mix dispenser did not work.
pool & breakfast
wheel in shower for handicap, didn't need that
This is a fairly new hotel and was very nice and clean. The staff was also very helpful.
I stay there for 2 nights. No one make up my bed and remove dirty towels after the first night.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Easy check in and quick. comfortable rooms.
Had too much chlorine in the pool.
The indoor pool was nice, however 'heated' is an exaggeration. It was not freezing cold, but no where near comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty decent, especially the hot waffles.
The room was cramped and the linens were stiff, like cheap linens tend to be. The tv listings didn't match up with the actual channels available. I paid less money for a nicer place just a week earlier, so I am disappointed in what I got for the price.
I don't like anything about this hotel. Breakfast food is very common for this kind of hotel.
The front desk staff was very unfriendly to guests that purchased the rooms from online in my case was priceline. She put me on a smoking room even if I beg her that I have bad allergy. I wasn't able to sleep due to the smoke smell.
Room had a horrible smell. Service wasn't great by any means. Unimpressed.
Only 7 miles off of the interstate. I felt much safer than right next to I44 in Eureka, MO
Storm caused the electricity to shut off 3 times beginning at 2:30 a.m., no back up generator. Fire alarm went off at 3:30 due to the electricity issue. I doubt this is a regular occurance but if I had paid regular price on Priceline would have been mad
After booking trough price line had to wait an hour because the staff had a mix up whith the rooms I had booked they even offered me to stay on a smoking room when I had chosen a non smoking.
Easy commute to my activity location, reasonable price.
There was a burn hole in my bed in a nonsmoking room, breakfast could have used some additional topping options for the waffles. Minor stuff really.
Room was advertised as having a recliner on priceline and all it had was a small hard chair. The desk clerk said as we saved money we do not deserve a recliner. They said it was pricelines fault the way they advertise.
Great place to stay - if business takes me back to this area in the future, I will absolutely stay there again. Great staff, great rooms, great breakfast and the coffee was magnificent!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very well kept and clean. Hotel staff were very professional and pleasant. It was also very quiet at night, so we were able to get a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again!!!
I stayed at this same hotel last year. It is clean and the staff is wonderful. There was not a microwave nor refrigerator in our room. We asked the receptionist at the front desk about this. She explained only the king rooms got the appliances and we had the double beds. Room is kind of small. Oh well! Five minutes later, we heard a knock and she was bringing us the refrigerator and microwave on a dolly all by herself. We really appreciated this. I would recommend this hotel for family. Not fancy; but the kids only care about the indoor pool anyway.
We stayed here for two nights. The rooms are fine but the beds were really small (double). The breakfast was minimal and there was a lot of noise the first night with trucks backing up. I called the desk thinking someone's alarm was going off in the next room and they said it was trucks so this is a fairly common complaint.
Took my grandkids to visit other grandkids. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was carbohydrates with waffles. Most employees were very nice and helpful. Laundry room was a plus.
