Pros: Beautiful old (1735) building restored in the original state with large rooms and comfortable bathroom. The included breakfast was a delight every morning with freshly baked pancakes, French bread, coffee and other nice things. The breakfast was a good start with good conversation with Gwen and Serge and the other guests. There was enough for relaxation. Pool table, darts, jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna etc. Next door to the museum and just meters away from nice hiking trails. Gwen and Serge always had good suggestions about what to visit in the area. Suggestions in the area: St Brieuc, Dina, Loudeac, Vannes and a lot more.
Pros: Everything else was excellent.
Cons: Room in the roof space very large but airless and too warm.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Parking for our classic car was perfect Host showed us round the Forge which was fascinating The pool was very handy
Cons: Can't think of anything although nowadays it would be nice to have a safe in teh room.

Cons: Wifi poor, but to be honest, nice to get away from it
Pros: Loved the room and bathroom facilities. The guest lounge with logburner was amazing.
Pros: Idyllic location, in a small and quiet village with stone houses and flowers everywhere. The property is full of charm, it is a restored traditional house with beautiful rooms and antique furniture, modern bathrooms and all very comfy. The owners are wonderful people and we enjoyed a lot our morning talks over coffee and pancakes. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline, swings, little cats and Diane the collie who loved to play football. Breakfast was delicious with several types of bread, home made jams ( try the raspberry one!), local honey, home made pancakes and home made yoghurt. We could reach any of the coast towns with a 1 hour drive. There are also 2 cottages that can be rented ( one with 3 bedrooms and one with 2 bedrooms), that looked fantastic. We are already planing to get back next year!

Pros: Clean and comfortable with a safe place to store the bicycles
Pros: Staff were multilingual, pleasant and very helpful. I had previously stayed here with my wife and knew what the Auberge could provide. The room I had was a single room with ensuite facilities and was bigger than I expected. The evening meal was inexpensive and plentiful.
Cons: I have no adverse comments and will stay there again in the future.
Pros: Nice and friendly host and hostess, clean rooms and comfortable beds, free easy parking nearby, a supermarket 150m away, basic breakfast for 5.5euro, 3 course evening menu including tea/coffee for 13 euro was very delicious and super value, we enjoyed very much, reasonable room rate, good deal.

Pros: This is a budget hotel with no frills but everything you need. Clean, tidy and with attentive staff who spoke very good English. The rooms were provided with excellent heaters which made them extremely cosy despite cold weather outside. The restaurant was functional and the evening meals (three courses, with wine) were tasty and excellent value for money.
Cons: The restaurant was spacious and airy but proved to be a little cold.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. In quiet village with enjoyable cafe/bar. This is standard hotel which is well run, providing everything we required, including WiFi.
Pros: Cheap, clean, nice eve meal
Pros: Nice clean comfortable rooms, warm fresh bread and croissants at breakfast. Owner offered to open restaurant for our evening meal but we opted to eat at the seaside about 30 mins away.
Pros: Friendly staff, light rooms, good shower in a recently converted characteful building, and it's easy to find near the centre of the village of Uzel. Bar, nice bright dining room and free private parking.
Cons: Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been really nice.
Pros: All of it
