The hotel is very close to vasteras city centre, shops and bars, and about 10 to 15 min drive by car from Vasteras airport. Our room had recently been refitted and was very clean and bright overlooking a garden to the rear although a little small for 2 people. The reception staff were exceptionaly helpfull. This is the 2nd time my wife and myself have stayed at this hotel and look forward to visiting again Our Room 308 was not provided with draws just a hanging rail and 2 shelfs in the cupboard which also contained the fridge and safe.
Good location, convenient car parking. Large room. Air conditioning not functioning.
wireless internet could be free for 24 hours
Peace and quite during night time Smelly bathroom, due to worne out sink and use of incorrect sealer in shower. Time for full renovation of the bathroom.
Nice room - good location. 1) We were stuck in the elevator (5 meters from front desk) and rang the alarm for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged the very loud bell.
Very friendly staff Some of the furnitures were very old and tatty
Room 417 was marketed as a double room with one bed. The bed however was to narrow for two adults. Otherwise everything was OK
Nice staff, nice breakfast, good location, nice rooms. The fee for the parking.
Quiet room at back overlooking garden with mediaeval buldings.High standards of furnishings ,efficient staff, central location.
Everything was wonderful! Nothing
Dinner-Buffet for free!!! Not even 1 smoking room.
friendly staff..like the free internet service..comfort and really quite
They serve you dinner and afternoon coffee with Swedish specialities included in the price of the room. Not so many excellent dinner restaurants in the town, so this was a nice surprise.
very clean, central to town, helpful staff and nice breakfast No bath tub
The staff was very nice. There was a buffet breakfast, crepes available in the afternoon and a buffet for the evening meal. This saved a bundle on food during our visit.
evening food selection is good
Very central location, helpful staff, convenient to have buffet breakfast and dinner provided. one of our rooms very small other was larger but overlooked noisy street
Our room with extra bed was big and clean. Discount to the gym nearby was a nice surprise. If you want to do shopping, then the hotel situation is excellent. There were only very small closet in the room. When staying 5 nights it would have been nice to have some closet for clothes. During some nights there were noise from the street below.
This small hotel is very comfortable with a very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quite small but nicely furnished. Breakfast is very good and coffee and tea is available all the time in dining room Some unexpected street noise during night time
I choose Best Western hotels as I have a loyalty card. Reception staff take your details but do NOT give you the points.
Right next door to the shopping centre, bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. The fastest internet I have ever encountered!!!
Location was good There was no air condition, no ice box. In the breakfast was not chicken or turkey meat, only red meat!
Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was situated very centrally in Vasteras. Breakfast buffet was okay and the room was spacious with kitchenette and big sofa. Due to many stairs and little steps everywhere it was difficult to arrange with suitcases and a baby buggy. The lift does not lead to the garage, so you have to carry all the luggage.
The area was convenient. Not clean. No hairdryer. No A/C. Breakfast inadequate. The most terrible hotel I stayed in since the 70s. Definitly no 4* Hotel. Substandard.
It was nice to get "doggy bag" from reception as there was also dog fee. Nice peaceful hotel
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast.
Warm, friendly staff welcoming bedrooms exceptional and breakfast was excellent great value for money and I could have walked to my business meeting if it hadnt been snowing no it was everything I needed on a bitterly cold night
