7.9 Good
Pros: It was beautifully clean but the shower was a disappointment as there was no high attachment to have a proper shower. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable. Dinner was really excellent food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The shower as I said should be better for the price of the room. The grounds were disappointing but perhaps that is still to be done in the renovation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The airco in the room was very quite, location of the room was excellent
Cons: The evening meal was not very haute cuisine which was suggested by the price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole hotel was immaculate.
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: A very beautiful building with such rich history. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. This year, the pool opened which was a lovely addition to the hot August weather. The location is great, rooms were clean and comfortable. Really good and filling but basic breakfast. Lunch was superb and dinner very nice.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely building, airy and elegant surroundings. Great staff. Good food
Cons: I didn’t know the (very large) garden had not been finished
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite place about 40 min from the motorway to the South in the Rhone valley. Spacious and comfortable rooms, private parking and a very helpful staff. Do not miss the restaurant! The menu is worth a detour. You can buy the wine served at the restaurant in the hotel boutique.
Cons: The bath tube does not have a shower curtain. Avoiding a wet mess in the bath room might be easier with one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed being able to sit outside for breakfast and particularly appreciated the fresh local produce. The fresh orange juice, good coffee, fresh fruit and local fromage blanc and croissants and jams, all lovely. The swimming pool was very good - not too chlorinated and a good size and clean. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Proprietor and staff all helpful and friendly.
Cons: We hope that one day the chapel will be open.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We liked almost everything... The hotel building is a renovated closter, beautifully refurbished. The rooms are very spacius, elegant, with new and perfectly working equipment, and the bathroom was really large. The new swimming pool was there - we did not have time to use it, but it looked very inviting! Very beautiful restaurant is likewise on site. The area around the hotel is very calm and the owners absolutely welcoming. Breakfast was basic, but the quality of the products ok. We would love to stay there again.
Cons: The only thing that spoiled our impression was the restaurant staff. We arrived very late in the evening and my husband was sick, so we asked the waitress whether we could have just some tea, without food. After some hussle, the lady-boss agreed, but as soon as we sat down, she came and stripped the white table cloths from the tables. Which in a second transformed the calming beauty of the place into the express-bar environment with ugly plastic tables. Really weak performance - and it left a bad aftertaste, we spent the next 2 days wondering how much washing these 2 table cloths would cost.

Pros: nice place outside the village, quiet and full of atmosphere, own terrace and space around the room, rather an appartment. Great furniture, impressing decoration with love for the detail
Cons: breakfast was only baguette, no croissants...but the cake was good. Had to pay 70% cash ( no cards possible) , they only used the credit card for the 30 % reservation. Maybe because we stayed only one night...

Pros: Bruno and his wife have a lovely setup with 4 rooms/apartments, with separate terraces and a shared pool. All have good privacy. The location is a real oasis from the crowds of the Ardèche. Breakfast with homemade cake and jams. Lovely!
Cons: Not a dislike, but be aware that Bruno does not take CB and you will need to pay a deposit by bank transfer and complete the payment in cash.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The friendly welcome. Laurence and Bruno were so lovely and provided us with breakfast for the following day as we had to get up early for a kayak tour. The room was quaint and quite unique. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Hand held shower but water very hot so it was fun and unique. Having a pool to cool down in was a bonus. Breakfast delicious and tea and coffee facilities in room perfect.
