10.0 Excellent
Pros: We received a lovely warm welcome on what was a very cold and wet day. A beautiful property with lovely cosy accommodation and little sweet treats in our room. We were travelling from Switzerland to the UK so this was a perfect location. We were very spoilt at breakfast with homemade jams and fruit grown in the garden that was beautifully presented.
Cons: Nothing.

The parking was on the road next to the properties garden in a very safe quiet village 10 min drive from Metz. Easy walk to the Moselle river from the property. Would highly recommend and will go back, 2 nights was not enough!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved discovering the French countryside of Foameix, and Au Bois De Mon Coeur is a wonderful little place to stay with all the comforts and tastes that you could expect. It was like a homestay, and manager Olivier Arrondelle and his lovely family made us feel right at home. The breakfast was wonderful, as was the farm, and the small town with its church. Splendid!
Cons: There is not a sign in front of the place, so we did get lost once trying to find it, but other than that everything worked out perfectly and we had a wonderful stay!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was absolutely okay and the price/value is excellent. If you want to visible Verdun city or the Verdun battle field, the location is almost perfect - its only some 10 minute away from the battle field. The owners are both very friendly and accommodating. The whole accommodation is very fimiliar and with shared area. The breakfast is absolutely fanstasic and it is really huge which home-make honey and home-made jam, never had that before in a hotel.
Cons: The breakfast coffee could be a bit stronger, but this is very subjectively.....
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic owners full of warm hospitality. They really enjoyed people in their home. Great breakfast, you won't expect such a big selection of tasty bread, jams etc. There is a fridge for the guests and even the possibility to freeze cold packs. The rooms were large and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the many conversions with our hosts. Thanks again!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly welcome. Character setting with animals and fruit trees. Owner Olivier even booked us a table at a local pizza restaurant and drove us there and back so we didn't have to get back on our motorbikes and could have a beer! Excellent breakfast and a very pleasant stay all round. Well done to our hosts.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The whole feel of the place was perfect. So was the beautiful
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, peaceful and nice. A bit hard to find it, but what you get inside is really good.

Cons: Sharing toilet facilities ..... though they were excellent facilities .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful hosts, comfortable and tastefully furnished room, fantastic breakfast!

9.3 Excellent
Pros: fantastic calm flat, I like to come back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this great little apartment. Although small and compact, it had everything we needed for our four night stay. We loved to b able to cook sometimes. Close to the train station and only a few minutes walk from the historic centre of town. Very quiet and clean. Francis was a great host, ensuring good communication beforehand, and checking with us during our stay to ensure all was good. Would highly recommend it for a single person or a couple.
Cons: Nothing.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Free breakfast and milk
Cons: Obnoxiously long password for wifi. Small space filled with clutter. Linen was old and worn. Needs replacing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: kitchen had many appliances, cereal, bread, butter, jam, juice included. Many information, maps, games, movies (in french) available! tv and wifi working very good!
Cons: The check in was through sms in order to meet, which was not an issue for me because I had a french sim card, but it's not the best way (owner lives a few blocks and needs to meet you in order to give you the key)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to station. Everything was quite new in the apartment. Francis was a delightful host who couldn't do enough for us.
Cons: The confirmation email was very misleading as it listed the apartment's facilities as having a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc etc. We booked it because of these facilities which were not there. The shower recess was tiny.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The property wasn't bad at all. However extra charges were more when double of initial price advertised. I can't get why booking allows someone advertise property for €59 and then charge €122 + 2(tourist tax) instead. You can't cancel this booking as only €59 advertised. However it is €122 as reminder apparently service charges. Efforts to address this issue with booking customer services were unsuccessful as they not responsible for service charges. Which could be crazy and some places like this could take advantage in the low season. For this reason I decided to stop using booking services until this is resolved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great position near the railway station and easy to walk to the town, Cathedral and river etc. Had everything you would need for a short stay. On 1st floor but there is a lift. Quite nice views of the charming railway station.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location
Cons: Nil
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am not really keen on keys to be extracted from a box and not meeting anyone, but it was rather convenient, and Francis is "aux petits soins"
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The flat is perfect, is cosy and has everything in the right places. Unbeatable for the price
Cons: It would be nice to have more detailed informations about getting there by car and where is the best street parking to use during the stay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The chateau is a beautiful 17th century building slowly being renovated. We had the Blue room. The ''Comte'' room. It has been very tastefully decorated with period furniture . The bed was extremely comfortable and had very good quality linen. Matching curtains, bedspread, tablecloth etc. gave the impression that a lot of thought has gone into the whole project. The large bathroom is blue and white and modern, however this doesn't look at all out of place. Cecile looked after us really well. She recommended a walk in the grounds and orchard, and told us to pick and eat as many plums and apples as we wanted. She also booked us a table for dinner at a small French restaurant, Au Petit Creux just 3 & 1/2 miles away in the village of Jarny. The food here was very good and reasonably priced. The traditional continental breakfast was served by Cecile and consisted of fresh croissants and bread which Cecile had just collected from the local boulangerie and were still warm, yogurt, homemade preserves and fruit. All very good.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The chateau was lovely and our room was very spacious and clean. The furnishings were attractive and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had a nice shower. The breakfast of croissants, baguettes, jams and yoghurt was very good. The hostess was pleasant and helpful. We had a few mosquitoes in our room and she provided insect repellant and plugins. Parking onsite was good. The property garden with its very large trees was tranquil.
Cons: There was no shampoo provided so I had to wash my hair with soap. The village of Puxe had nothing to offer and not even a boulangerie. This was not really a problem for us as we enjoyed the peace of the country, but it was a surprise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: i gave a high score because it satisfied our needs completely. no tv, couldn't get wifi....observations of other reviewers are sort of accurate if a bit pinnickity! Peace, calm, secure. we had the blue corner room and had a perfect nights peace and sleep. Good parking, good bathroom, comfortable bed, plenty of heating on demand, owls at night, simple but good & tasty breakfast and coffee, very friendly and warm host. At this price it's a bargain really. When we were driving & arriving back to gloucestershire, we wondered if we had actually dreamt Puxe...so different from the many other (good/bad/indifferent) places we have stayed in. It may not satisfy all, but if you like good warm simplicity and a good book...it's a perfect stop over. &...we saw possibly 500 Herons in a field nearby!
Cons: no problems at all

Pros: Hotel was fantastic, staff was fantastic. Surrounded by restaurants so easy to get food. Looks better in person than on the photos. Really good stay, would highly recommend.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: We thought we were in the middle of a housing estate and were concerned that we were in the wrong place but the beaming smile of our host soon dispelled any worry. Accommodation was compact but excellently designed and very adequate for 2 people and although we shared the outside with the host and family this was not a problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A superb studio apartment with beautiful, modern decor, this is an absolute must if you are staying in Thionville. You must try the delicious home made BIO teas left in your kitchen area by your hostess. They are amazing and all grown from her garden. We had the best breakfast of our stays in France with home made preserves, fresh fruit from the garden, local cheese and buttery croissants and crusty bread washed down with superb coffee and tea sitting on the patio in the garden. The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet area but literally 3 minutes drive from the autoroute and very convenient for the centre ville.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: A little bit of a cultural experience more than a hotel
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Such a lovely host. We had the loft, all to ourselves. I loved the decoration, which you can tell matches the hosts taste. I love cats and I ended buying one of hand made toys, that the host makes by herself. I would definitely want to revisit this place. The breakfast was lovely !
Cons: The hot water works on boiler, so it's not endless.
6.8 Good
Pros: The host tried to accomodate us as best she could, she was really friendly.
Cons: It's complicated to get there, even though it's 50 m from the main road, you cannot just turn left or right (depending on what direction you're coming from) and drive the 50 m because it's a one-way road. The wi-fi was practically nonexistent and the breakfast was fair at best, insufficient for someone who will be on the road for the rest of the day (the breakfast has to be an energy-kick into the day).

Pros: Everything, especially breakfast!!!
Cons: Nothing

Overview Reviews
Opened in 2005, Hotel de la Citadelle, near the historic and cultural heart of Metz, is worthy of top recognition for high-end hotels. A large military building, built in 1559 to preserve Metz square, conquered by King Henry II. This simple and pure building has 68 rooms: 2 suites, 4 meeting rooms, 1 lounge bar, 1 gourmet Michelin starred restaurant "le Magasin aux vivres", directed by Christophe Fosse.
7.5 Good
Pros: Balcony, clarins products in bathroom, parking on site
Cons: Blind broken, decor a bit worn, only one set of towels and robe for 2 people, only one lift and could only find stairs to first floor, breakfast was expensive, staff were unjoyous. Asked for drinks at 11pm and had to to negotiate, room was too hot and all air con did was make a noise

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building is 500 yrs old and was built as part of a military fort. The rehab is very new and has five star furnishings, finishes, accommodations and services. The staff was ultra friendly and could not have been more helpful. Short stroll to town (5 min) and Metz is very cool.
Cons: Nothing to complain about. And I'm normally a grumpy old man about things

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quality
Cons: Mattress.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in a superior location. Easy parking in front of the hotel is a big advantage. Super spacious room and bathroom. The breakfast was perfect! The only issue was that aircon was very weak and it was extremely hot in the room at night, but maybe just because of the heatwave in France with +40 outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definately come back if in Metz again.

Cons: Rooms were very large and well furnhised, though a little bit dusty, like not being used for while.

Cons: Too hot in corridors

Pros: Quiet location with parking at the front door. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Short stroll to the main square and far enough away from the cathedral to enjoy the chimes of the beautiful cathedral. What an amazing building, the walls were a metre thick stairs and probably 2 metres thick lower down. Lift access. No aircon.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really pleasant and competent reception staff
Cons: Filtered out with booking.com for properties with parking, but a public parking around was the only option , for about 9 extra euros. Not too far but I had issue to walk that day and I expected the parking to be much closer.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was a very clean and well-located hotel. The room had ample space for our 3 adults; the location is right next to the train station which is great and a short walk into the center of town.
Cons: One of the main reason we chose this hotel was because they had AC and when we were there it was supposed to be 39 degrees (103F). The AC in the hotel was working fine, but it didn’t work in our room. I don’t expect it to be super cold like in the US, just enough to be pleasant after walking around all day. I called down to tell them and they said they control it at the front desk so they would turn it on. I asked twice more, once before going out to find dinner and then again after getting back but unfortunately it never worked. We also asked for more pillows because there were only two but we had three people in our room (booked the room for three adults) and we were told they didn’t have any extra pillows. However, we did find some in a bench locker in the room that we didn’t realize opened. The front desk staff did not know this either?!? When checking out, that staff member was apologetic that we didn’t have AC and he was very kind. In hindsight, I should have been more adamant and asked for them to switch rooms. I think the hire overall is a great value: clean and comfortable. But do insist on better service if necessary.
5.8 Okay
Cons: They are not changed the mattress for 5 days! The door of toilet are very hard to open it and close it , we inform them and they do nothing! The room was very hot !
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, good rooms. Next to centre pompidou and a short walk to the historic center.
Cons: You can't regulate the air condition on your own but have to call the lobby. It was much too cold most of the time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So comfy. Has air conditioning. Great location next to the station, rental cars and fabulous restaurants, the horrible museum and the awesome shopping centre. Highly recommend. Slept wonderfully. Very new hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: During a European heatwave our room for 4 people had broken air-conditioning and windows opened onto railway tracks and platforms. Staff unhelpful, shrugged shoulders and offered a noisy fan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was near the station that we found great, because we took the first train to Versailles and Paris one day. If you like churches, cathedrales, art/museums, it´s a stay worth. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and everything is on the best standards. The employees are very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The breakfast was good, but it could have had a better selection, concerning fruits. If you weren´t one of the early birds, there wasn´t much left or the fruits seemed to old.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean and up-to-date facilities. Spacious room for our kid.
Cons: Parking is a little bit off site (5 min walk), so do remember that it may be troublesome to load luggage.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It is close to the train station. The staffs can speak English. It was quiet. I see no other positive thing.
Cons: If you don't wash/clean the pillows, why do you use them for all guests? The pillows (the colored ones) were quite dirty and covered by hairs of previous users of the room! The service people put these dirty pillows on the bed, ... and make them dirty too! The hairs were spread over the bed! quite disgusting! In addition, the dirty hairdryer was so close to the tap, that it was practically very difficult to use the tap.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very modern
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything. Especially the pool and the kitchen. We loved the breakfast and even more the dinner.
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean. Quiet. Free Parking.
Cons: Bugs in room. Room on ground floor near parking. Overpriced.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful large room and nice beds. Nice breakfast. The swimming pool was very nice after a long day in a car.
Cons: Way to long service in the restaurant!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and evening meal also. One poor waiter was over-worked but did a great job!
Cons: Noisy other guests! Hotel is away from the centre and is a bus/car ride away - too far to walk practically.
7.5 Good
Pros: Helpful staff
Cons: Restaurant poor service very slow, food very average at dinner, breakfast very poor, hardly any choice at 0900.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean and efficient
Cons: One member of the restaurant staff was unpleasant. Lisa the waitress was very friendly and good. The male person is in the wrong job and shouldn’t deal with customers. On at least two occasions he grabbed two bread rolls for diners ignoring the serving rings and using his hands. Fortunately we had Lisa and she is aware of hygiene concerns
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Internet WiFi connections would come and go. Not strong. My wife and I didn't eat breakfast. The price was too high.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, large room, super quiet. Good breakfast in a very pleasant breakfast room. Several other families which was nice in this very business-looking hotel.
Cons: Although it was not a problem for us as we only stayed one night, the hotel is at the Technopole, a distance away from the centre of Metz. There were no open restaurants when we arrived at about 21:00 other than the one in the hotel which worked well for us but might be very disappointing if people expect a choice between several restaurants in the neighbourhood.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is very good situated for a journey. Near by the motorway! The best was the swimmingpool, not heated, but on hot days, one of the best things!
Cons: A minibar in the room would be nice!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a very high quality hotel. Efficient staff, spacious, clean and stylish rooms. Decent wi-fi. Free car parking. A safe part of the city. This was our second stay and we enjoyed it very much.
Cons: A hotel of this quality should have a fridge in every room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room with good sound insulation.
Cons: Very surprised it didn't have a bar. It had hot drinks available in the lobby thing but no cups and no milk available The room could have done with a bit more lighting
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The croissants and other pastries at breakfast were particularly good. In general, a good breakfast buffet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location close to the city center, clean , stuff friendly, excelllent breakfast
Cons: Sofa in family room not too much comfortable, we had only 1 set of towels, no parking, but overnight places on the street for free...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, big and comfortable double bed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable
Cons: Shower drain kept backing up.
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff!!!
Cons: The air conditioner was broke and the bathroom extractor fan broke as well.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpfull staff, good location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities. Comfortable beds, good hot water, great breakfast, convenient street parking. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating as well. Our luggage was lost on our way to France, and they helped us by washing our few clothes for us. So helpful with everything!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good quality-price. Dogs allowed. Friendly staff. Parking nearby. Easy access to the center. Beautiful old mansion, just as the whole area.
Cons: Breakfast could get an upgrade. Bit understaffed there, which gave it a sloppy look and feel. Some glasses where broken. But it's still quite okay as it was included in the price. Basic shower. To low for people larger then 1m70 :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, room was comfortable
Cons: Toilet in bathroom was sited too near the wall to be able to sit comfortably. Just after turning in to bed the was a loud commotion in the city with cars tearing around at high speed with loud and continuous sounding of car horns, followed some 10 minutes later by police sirens, who obviously arrived too late

5.0 Okay
Pros: In a good location
Cons: 1) Information written on booking.com is not accurate and reflecting the real situation of the hotel 2) towels are ripping and old 3) room booked with air-con but allocated one without air-con, thus needed to open window and too noisy outside
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Centralized to the Catholic and Protestant cathedrals, the Theater, the Market, shopping, restaurants and many other things to do. Front of hotel is overlooking the Catholic Cathedral and the rear overlooking the rear street with views of other Cathedrals and the river in the distance. Breakfast is worth eating there; you could save some money by eating at the McDonalds but the food will not be as good as what the hotel restaurant offers in the morning.
Cons: Inner rooms get views of the small garden lounge area. I did not mind the room we got which was facing the rear street and was tucked in and quiet. Best views are facing the front towards Cathedral. I didn’t mind the antique look of the place, but my wife immediately said she would rather stay in a more modern place. After the first night, she had a change of heart and was pleased with room and hotel.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The bathroom was tastefully appointed and with an attractive polished wooden floor.
Cons: I had stayed here previously and loved the elegance and spaciousness of the rooms. Therefore it was a great disappointment to be given a far inferior room in a sort of annexe which bore no comparison to the pictures on the brochure or website. It was pokey, dark and airless, not to mention a trick up a rickety marrow staircase. I feel the drop in quality should have been reflected in the price and made clearer, as in other hotels, that there were vastly different types of rooms on offer.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with exceptional view.
Cons: Traditional bath only makes showering difficult if you're not used to taking baths.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful old hotel that Madame Bovary would have been relaxed in. We had a room looking out towards the cathedral on the second floor reached through an inner courtyard and a rickety old staircase open to the elements (this is not a criticism - it all added to the atmosphere!). Plenty of room and old furniture, tables, desk etc.
Cons: I wouldn't like it if anyone even thinks about modernising this hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, breakfast was really fresh and plentiful.
Cons: Room was a bit stuffy as the window opening was limited and it was hot, hot, hot outside.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: don't even think of having breakfast elsewhere
Cons: airconditioning would have been nice
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The cathedral is just two steps away. Very nice breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location close to the GR5 and the restaurants around the cathedral.
Cons: Being on the top floor with no lift
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old building, tastefully decorated and furnished with an excellent central location right next to the cathedral. Lovely airy breakfast room with a good selection of fresh fruit. Friendly staff, dogs welcome, tea and coffee in the room and water offered at reception.
Cons: More fresh coffee at breakfast needed!

Pros: Perfect situation in centre of Metz with parking facilities and easy walk to city centre. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Great breakfast.
6.3 Good
Pros: Parking
Cons: Nothing to rave about. A tad on the rough side
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the parking though 11 euros was excellent right behind the hotel with secure gates and door entrance into lobby
Cons: could have spent longer there
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, own parking, comfortable rooms, all in all, we like this hotel
Cons: Sorry, but the breakfast selection is a little bit poor ... Unfortunately, this characterises not only this hotel, but characterises all French hotels. There are never any kind of vegetables: no tomatoes, no peppers, no onions, no cucumbers, nothing! There is scrambled egg what made from egg powder... What I hate... This is a fake scrambled egg, what is inedible! You can find cold boiled eggs... I could recommend the French hotel managers to look around at some Italian, Spanish or even Polish, Hungarian or Czech hotels and they will see immediately what a good breakfast is... And in exchange for giving us such weak breakfast, at least they do it very expensive... Never included in the room rate:( This is the truth, once again sorry ...
7.5 Good
Pros: Internal parking
Cons: Below Mercure’ standard, just one bottle of water in minibar, clogged sink. It was raining a lot and we asked an umbrella to go outside for dinner: they asked us 20€ for this!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was particularly helpful and we appreciated the secure parking. The close walking proximity to the Centre Pompidou as well as the centre of the city is very good.
Cons: A shower cap could be provided in the bathroom!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is so central to cityNA
Cons: N/A
5.0 Okay
Pros: I'm afraid the fact they kept our pre authorisation money coloured our otherwise enjoyable stay
Cons: The fact they kept our pre authorisation money of 550 euros.
7.5 Good
Pros: You get the standards and when traveling that’s great
Cons: The bat food at night was possibly the worst meal I’ve ever had in a hotel. Precooked and badly presented.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff were excellent
Cons: Very run down, dated and tired.

4.0 Okay
Cons: It is not actually a real hotel, but a residence that has a reception that works only up to 8 of clock pm. If you arrive later or need something from the hotel you wont have any help. They ask you to call if you are arriving later than 8 o clock but the person who answers speaks very little english so its hard to communicate. On the other side, we needed a a covered parking (that is why we have chosen this place), BUT they tell you there is no way to use it iif you arrive after 8 pm, that you have to park on the street. We asked for advice about some covered parkings in the area and they said they didnt know. When we arrived, we had to call again on the phone and they give you a code to enter, and they leave the key in a safe box, for which you need another code. The process is a little chaos and the person in the telephone that gives you the code is not helpfull at all. The room is correct, but the bed is too small for 2 people. The price is too much for this kind of room and service
8.8 Excellent
Pros: view from the balcony and location
Cons: room was too small
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No air condition. Difficult to sleep on a hot night
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, 2 windows, a big bathroom and a small terrace
Cons: The parking is too small and always full
7.0 Good
Pros: Good parking but garage bit cramped. Difficult to manoeuvre with car larger than compact.
Cons: Breakfast was rather minimalistic
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel near to the centre
Cons: Difficult to find hotel and parking
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good, at walking distance from the old center, with the possibility to park nearby.
Cons: The smell in our apartment was horrific. Same for the hallways of the building. This building looks like temporary student housing that is rented out to tourists in summer - it would help if it's advertised as such. Overall not booking.com quality.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable Spacious Good view.
Cons: Parking lot is like a maze. I was told go down once and go up twice. It was not that simple.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The proximity to the city centre
Cons: The room was quite small, compared to the photos. We would prefer a room with balcony.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is quite nice, main Cathedral is only 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel, even though hotel itself placed away from crowded and noisy streets. Book a parking if you are traveling by car, to avoid headaches, because the parking nearby allows you to park only for 2 hours max.
Cons: We were a bit disappointed that facility does not provide iron or ironing room

Pros: Rooms were quiet, location was in a "leisure" area with other hotels, restaurants, clubs, bars, casino, nearby and the Galaxie Arena within a 10 mins walk. Breakfast was more than adequate - choice of hot/cold buffet.
Cons: No bar!
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice spacious room. Tea and coffee facilities. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: Finding this hotel was difficult as it is located in the middle of the Amneville Parc with the road network to all the parc tourist attractions extremely confusing and challenging for both Garmin Sat nav and Google Maps! Its a lovely hotel by allow extra time to find it!!
4.3 Okay
Cons: very average quality. depressing reception area. old fashioned and worn out room finishes and hotel accomodation as a whole. price quality balance is out of the normal purely since it's close to the zoo.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The "love box" is worth some improvements
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The trees and the big shower We also ordered sushi which was really top for that price
Cons: No airco / No ventilator No fridge in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location,friendly staff,breakfast,pet friendly hotel,24 hours reception.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff were very friendly..
Cons: Rooms could use some updating. The location was very remote, and we didn't realize that when we booked the room. It was hot at night and we couldn't open the door to get fresh air. Only one restaurant was open that evening (Monday) and although the food was reasonably good, it was the only choice.
7.0 Good
Pros: The reception the person who was on duty surly did not enjoy the job
Cons: Above
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Baby cot all nicely installed in our room when we checked in, breakfast good, very kind lady got us some milk and cocoa for our 2.5 year old and washed his bottle when he had finished.
