Nothing special As it was a Sunday in August the hotel did not offer lunch or dinner (we were only made aware of this by chance). We had to go out and look for some lunch during the hottest periof of the day (39C). The hotel receptionist sent us to a restaurant for dinner about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, but it was closed.
quiet, nice restaurant, affordable
We arrived very late due to delay in Santander. Staff helpful. Very pleased to have safe parking. it would have been better if we had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. For a hotel of this standard we were surprised they were not provided.
This was a beautiful room. Very spacious. Two televisions because it really was a suite.
Bathroom Blanket is not the best, I prefer a white and soft one
Location. The breakfast is fantastic The amenities are poor
Good location with easy access to city facilities. Well appointed with friendly and helpful staff.
Location. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. No English TV channels.
Central location within walking distance of restaurants etc. Parking and Breakfast add's another 25% to your bill
Offer was excellent value for money
Parking, breakfast, coffee machine all good. Restaurant was closed. No bar. Other than room service there was nowhere to eat. Reception staff very unhelpful.
The visit started by going straight into the garage with ample spaces and a reasonable price. The room was tiled with marble and very clean. The WiFi worked well. The bar was well appointed with friendly staff and ideal for a simple breakfast. Good restaurants nearby. A few maintenance problems like toilet seat and shampoo not replaced.
Happily changed room because first one was too noisy owing to family noise in next door room.
Access to the town The hotel could do with updating, tv very small
The hotel was clean, well located and friendly staff. The hotel rooms were basic, but this was reflected in the price.
room and bathroom were large. There was a bath. Traditional style hotel with bar / cafe. Staff were helpful. There are function rooms which created quite a bit of noise. Not much sound proofing between rooms.
Friendly staff, very central, with parking for my motorbike n/a
All in all adequate and good for the price Nothing Relevant
Location. Very thin walls.
Large room with quality finish but a tired feel to the furnishings. Bedside mats had removable cotton covers but the mats themselves had not been cleaned. No-one on reception upon arrival and I had to call out to get attention as there was no other means of communication with staff. Staff had a Faulty Towers feel about them. The restaurant food was terrible and expensive. Smoked salmon on a slice of bannana together with a soggy mushroom slice deep fried in breadcrumbs as an amuse bouche - not a chance of amusing my bouche! The worst spaghetti dish I have ever tasted, It takes a really bad chef to ruin pasta! I had indigestion for two days following my duck main course. Our experience here caused us to cancel a booking to stay at another Parador and to change to the excellent Vincci chain. Better value for money and better staff.
I really enjoyed my stay. Excellent facilities (swimming pool, pitch & putt course & tennis) and having the choice of a restaurant and a cafeteria, means you can eat whenever you want. Have already recommended this hotel to my business associates and some of us will be booking in very shortly.
Nice to play tennis on a sunny evening. Good regional food in the restaurant. A little way to go into the town.
The room was quiet. Very few of the staff spoke English. The dinner menu was only fair and staff not very friendly. No english programs on the television.
Easy convinient overnight stop en route; free internet access; pleasant, peaceful surroundings
The room was literally infested with mosquitos resulting in being moved to another room at 4am. Staff had neither adequate resources to deal with this nor demonstrated any professionalism in their attitude to the issue.
A good welcome, plus pleasant room with terrace The price of breakfast seemed overly high.
Very pleasant hotel well placed to the motorway for a break when travelling. Lovely building and very well furnished
The style and the rooms It was used too much as a conference centre so lost the individual treatment. The entry to the pool facilities was very poor and pool generally basic
the cleanliness and comfort, I thought that the restaurant was a bit overpriced and would have liked some plainer fare on the menu.
The hotel was perfect, maybe a little difficult to find Albacete is not very exiting, but as a stop for 1 day it;s OK
We liked being able to walk to the park from the hotel. There should be elevator access to the parking garage for the convenience of transporting luggage.
Comfortable beds, central location for Albacet town and very close to train station, well-presented room, friendly staff Bathroom hygiene was not up to standard (hair from previous occupant everywhere in the shower and bidet) but the rest of the room was very clean, so maybe this was a one-off incident
TV only Spanish channel, Eurosport and BBC news
I stayed for 2 night and the room was never cleaned.....
Very close to city centre. Modern. Excellent rooms. Very hard bed. No restaurant.
a clean, well located hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. good value for money. used it as a base while visiting our daughter who is a third year uni student working in albacete. would stay there again.
This hotel is very conveniently located and offers very good value for money. I can recommend breakfast - modest but good!
The location of the hotel was very convenient for my needs, near to the park for the day, and near to bars for the evening.
Parking a little difficult. Smoking in Resturant. Limited reception staff and no English language.
Staff was helpful, good location and good value for money for a business trip. Includes parking, and is was very helpful. Not enough lighting on the room
Nice recepption and very good cleaning service the internet is very slow and walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the neighbouring room but may be its how they build in Spain?
Overall good deal, nice spot and cosy room. We were informed by the hotel staff that our car will not fit the underground garage, had to leave it on the street (hard to find a spot, but cheap overnight). Lively location.
It was good but nobody knows english..lol. but they are friendly yes. If you are more than 180 cm or 80kg kg please forget it.
The hotel was very central, good value for money and ideal for a short stay with a busy timetable. The room was comfortable and clean but a bit noisy in the mornings.
Secure parking Noisy, paper thin walls and two chiming clocks in the square that chimed the quarter hours all night.
