9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and well-run hostal. Right in the middle of the main square, but quiet at nights. Nice balcony to sit out on and have breakfast. Very nice and welcoming owner (Alfredo) who spoke good English and was very helpful.
Cons: Nothing important. No cooking facilities which was fine for me, but maybe a microwave to heat food?
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owner is very nice guy, gave us a few tips on the walking routes and knows island history. Very pleasent man!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Location is amazing, as well as the host Alfredo! He speaks Spanish, English and German, so you can always communicate easily if there is a problem (+he helps you out with the area and is super understanding!) The accommodation is very cozy and comfy. You feel like at home at that place. And additionally you’re allowed to use the beautiful organic garden! It was truly the best accommodation I’ve ever been to!
Cons: There is nothing to complain about.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a hostel so no meals provided but you can make your own in the kitchen. I liked the welcome of the host, Alfredo, who grows his own veg in his garden round the back and makes this available to guests for 3 euro. The place is centrally located above a supermarket on the main square but there was no noise at night. You get your own room (no dormitory unless there was one upstairs).
Cons: There were no cooking facilities in the kitchen, only food preparation and hot drink making.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I came to Vallehermoso expecting a simple hotel but got a lot more than that. The garden, yoga shala and most importantly Alfredo who was very helpful and gave me many good tips, made my stay there unforgettable. Highly recommended!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner, Alfredo, was very friendly, welcoming and informative. Very comfortable beds. Convenient location in the centre of town, with nearby parking. Great place for walking. Very scenic.
Cons: Lighter weight duvets would have been preferably. Hot water for showers seemed rather variable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Alfredo - the host - is really welcoming and always available for a chat or visit of the garden, few meters from the house, where you can pick vegetables and fruits (in exchange for a euro in the box). The place is really confortable. I stayed in the double room with a great view on the main square and the Roque del Cano. Really confortable, nicely furnished. Shared toilets and shower - kept very clean. The balcony is really nice for breakfast as there's a common kitchen you can use to store things (fridge) and prepare coffee or tea. Lots of nice walks around - my favorite is to Cumbre de la Chijere. I definitely recommend to stay there a couple of days or more.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Alfredo is such a carring host. He does everything to make you feel at home. I liked to sit on the balcony to watch the children play and there parents chat. In the organic garden is a little cabin where you can meditate or do yoga. I loved to do that that in the early morning, when the birds are singing around you. Because of the friendly atmosphere you can meet so many nice people there. There are so many great hiking options in Vallehermoso!
Cons: It was not allowed to wash your clothes. But as a hiker I need to wash my socks and sweaty cloths every day. The seat in the organic garden looks out at the waste of the neigbourhood.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is more than like. It is the perfect place.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. A faboulous place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was amazing! Everything was so nice and clean, the owner helped us with planning our trips. I was really happy to stay there!
Cons: Everything was perfect

9.0 Excellent (472 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Hermigua, Hotel Rural Ibo Alfaro is within a 5-minute drive of PEG Los Telares - The Ethnographic Park of La Gomera and Santa Catalina Beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel - very clean and relaxing with amazing showers.
Cons: We used a taxi company provided by the hotel to get to a local restaurant and were charged a ridiculous amount !!!!! Yes we could have walked but were so tired from our walk in the day !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, nice atmosphere, very clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unbelievable hosting, fantastic view from the room. Very clean and relaxing room and building. The best atmosphere I have ever been in the recent years. Hermigua is a hidden treasure in the island of La Gomera and Rural Ibo Alfaro is the same in this little village.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: -Cockroaches in the room (several, not just one), - rooms was cold at night and extra beading was not in the rooms -Pillows were extra soft and the hotel does not have alternatives - room was dark with only small windows
8.8 Excellent
Pros: modern facilities yet in an old building with lots of charm; great views.
Cons: The weather in Hermigua was much cooler than on the south side of the island in January.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very pretty and typical canary style. Hermigua itself is a great location to explore the area and the parque de garajonay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Traditional building, nice terrace, enjoyed breakfast. Staff helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff and easy access to hiking. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: All was good
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Traditional Spanish, stylish, hotel, comfy crisp sheets and light quilt Delicious breakfast, fresh avocado , ham , nice granola Helpful young owners, very welcoming
Cons: The walk up the hill
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room - excellent shower and comfortable bed
Cons: Reception was closed when I arrived just after 7pm so, as a lone traveller, there was not the welcome that I would have liked. The room booked was the largest in the hotel and comprised of a separate suite but not sure that the room was worth the amount paid for it. The breakfast was buffet style, and whilst adequate, was not nothing extraordinary, and the dining area felt cramped, especially as the breakfast was only available from 8.30am, so most of the guests came down to breakfast at the same time

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hosts, and do opt in for the breakfast as it is delicious! Don't miss the roof terrace - views are amazing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect Hosts. We forgot our bag in the room and they sent it immediately to the harbor. Thanks for that. We would definitely recommend this place
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice looking interior, great view from the solarium. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Easy to get to and very polite staff.
Cons: The floors were creaky, walls didn't hold a sound and the room was chilly in the evening. I wish there was a heater for use during winter months. WiFi was a little wonky and there were very little power outlets.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful. seating outside was cozy. The area was quiet.
Cons: The hot water ran out in less than 3 minutes which made for difficult showers although this was common at many hotels we stayed at on La Gomera. Also, the internet was very slow, especially at night when others were trying to use it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, lovely hotel... the room we stayed at was very pleasant, well equipped and very nicely decorated. We really felt like we were in a rural house. Wooden floors, cosy bedroom, nice little courtyard and an honesty bar with fair prices considering the ease.. the owners were very nice and friendly, felt very welcomed and home like. There are 4 apartments each with different characteristics. Some have sea view, one has a second room as the bedroom, another one with balcony. After checkout, the owners let us check the other rooms to help us for making even a better choice for our next stay. We would definitely go back there... it’s a lovely place if you want to be up on the mountains with some spectacular views, a little town, quite and privacy. Car is recommended, but we have also seen a bus stop 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel. All and all very pleasant experience, very smiley, chatty and friendly hosts...
Cons: Nothing negative to report...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts Josephine and her husband were a delight. The courtyard. The rooftop terrace and the views. The peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
Cons: Nothing to dislike about the casa. Nearly everything in the village is closed on Sundays. Not a good day to arrive.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely sea views and the Casa Rural Los Helechos is in a quiet postion
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hosts! Very helpful.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great Garden and surroundings
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was lovely with great views and birdsong all around - breakfast was enjoyable!!
Cons: It was expensive so I expected the wifi to work - it did intermittently!!
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff was somewhat unfriendly. Service at breakfast was subpar. Breakfast was officially from 8-10.30 but they started cleaning at 10 which made us feel not very welcome. Further, small things such as bathroom supplies were not replanished, charging 2 euro for the safe, noisy on the premises from early morning onwards due to staff activities.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: My wife fell and slipped exiting the pool and had to go to hospital where she was put in plaster and still is,but no one at the hotel logged nor showed any concern
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best place if you want to be active. A lot of sport facilities. We came to play padel
10.0 Excellent

Pros: the overall experience was excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly. we also enjoyed the golf course
Cons: The length of our stay. We didn't want to leave
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: It’s far from the port The stuff was really not nice
6.3 Good
Cons: The room is clean, no issue here, but without the airco running it has a strong smell of some perfume I cannot identify. We switched on the airco to get rid of the smell. The apartment size is just adequate for nowadays standards.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: There could have been more handrails on steps for the elderly. Also maybe better signage to help with finding the room and the lift to the beach.
Pensión La Gaviota - Playa de Santiago - Building

9.0 Excellent (45 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Pensión La Gaviota in Playa de Santiago, you'll be on the beach, and 18.9 mi (30.4 km) from San Sebastian de la Gomera Harbour and 8.9 mi (14.3 km) from Garajonay National Park.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Location, very clean
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This Pension was exactly as described, great location with the sound of sea so close. The owner was very kind i) giving me a birthday present and ii) providing a bed and drink/eating dish for our dog.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location by the sea
Cons: In spite of the fact that during my reservation I strictly refused the room above the pub I got the room right above the pub (however it was closed during my arrival and payment so I did not noticed this fact, but I noticed it in the next day)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The small town of Playa de Santiago provides a wonderful microcosm and this place is in the very center of it. Right at the sea you feel like sleeping at the beach and, if you are lucky, might even see the sunrise right from your bed (see picture). I’m a big fan and will come back!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: View and sound of the sea from the balcony!
Cons: This modest pension offers a fair price-to-quality ratio. The rooms are miniature, but impeccably clean and we enjoyed the balcony. I have however to WARN all travellers not to book this hotel during fiesta days as we did. As the hotel is located directly on the square where the stage is situated, it was literally impossible to sleep almost all the night (the sound of the music was so loud that the walls and the bed vibrated – I think even ear plugs wouldn’t help at all)… I would never book the room for that very night if I knew and I find it a bit unfair that we hadn’t been informed. But I guess those events are quite rare and probably easy to check…
7.0 Good
Pros: The hostel is a good option for budget travellers. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and directly at the sea front.
Cons: Half of Playa de Santiago is a construction site, as of March 2019. Unfortunately, the construction site is right in front of the hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was great, right next to the beach. We had a late check in and they waited for us untill we arrived.
Cons: There was a lot of noise from the restaurant downstairs untill late at night. Also there was a strong emergency light above the door in the room. The room was quite small for 2 people.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room. Good bathroom facilities with bath wash, shampoo and 4 towels. Plenty of pillows and extra bedding.
Cons: Not all rooms have a small balcony, ask for one if staying more than 1 night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice person that welcomed us
Cons: There was noise from the plaza below and people were talking in very loud voices in the morning
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and had a balcony that looked out over the ocean and the black-sand shores. It was modern and well-furnished. Nearby, there are a lot of areas to walk and explore, and it's also within walking distance of the airport (if you don't have suitcases to lug around). The sunrise can be seen nearby and stargazing at night is just a short drive away. I went to 4 of The Canary Islands and stayed in 6 different places, and this was my favourite accommodation. You had to make a phone call to be checked in, but it took no time at all, and check out was super simple. Great food nearby as well. A quieter place with a lot of options.
Cons: Outside of the owner's control, there was construction taking place outside the building all day, spreading dust and noise everywhere. It stopped in the evening. Without the construction, the balcony would be a nice place to sit and read, and just watch the ocean. Because of the construction, the GPS led me the wrong way, but it was simple enough to figure out.
Hotel Rural Casa Lugo - Agulo - Building
7
8.5 Excellent (372 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Hotel Rural Casa Lugo in Agulo, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Santa Catalina Beach and PEG Los Telares - The Ethnographic Park of La Gomera. Featured amenities include a computer station, multilingual staff, and luggage storage.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location in village, spacious room (junior suite),comfortable beds, car parking easy either in public car park or on street. Choice of a few bars and restaurants all within walking distance, better options in Hermigua only 4km away, Bar Don Pedro good value for drinks and tapas. Easy to access other parts of island due to location on coastal 'ring-road'.
Cons: No WiFi in room, but worked fine in public areas, maybe due to very thick walls?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good sized bedroom with large bright bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Wifi only available in common area.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice little Spanish style hotel in the middle of Agulo. The rooms are simple but nice and clean, ours had fantastic views over the village and the surrounding mountains. The courtyard in the middle is furnished with sofas and tables where you can spend the evening with friends. A lot of hiking trails nearby witch makes this a good place to stay in if you like to walk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and nicely located hotel. Room was good and spotlessly clean and the staff was 5 stars. Excellent place to stay in La Gomera if you want to avoid the mass tourism and have a real feel to the island.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: excellent location in the town, not many restarurants open in the evening in the town on a Monday and tuesday. really good shower. nice lounge room and internet access
Cons: small window in the bedroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very charming
7.5 Good
Pros: The location for us was ideal
Cons: The breakfast was a little dissapointing. The bread was not fresh. We pointed out certain issues and the staff did make a positive effort to improve. The room was very nice but we were regularly awoken by passing traffic on the cobbled streets outside. The windows are wooden, single glazed so every noise could be heard.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Fresh bread for breakfast, although rest of breakfast very good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean. Amenities close by.
Cons: Being snorted at by the staff for not having breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely family running the place. Very friendly. Reasonable breakfast.
Cons: Very uncomfortable beds. Also, it was cold while we were there and we struggled to work out how to put the heater on. Some instructions in English would have been useful. An extra blanket too. The bathroom was unheated and quite cold. There was no advice available about where we could eat so we had to trudge round to find the only open restaurant in the village during our stay. Again, perhaps a little list would be helpful.

With free WiFi, this country house offers a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view from the house! The house was simple yet sufficient. Good value for money!
Cons: The house had tiny windows, so on cold days it was a bit dark inside and we couldn’t enjoy the views.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Radiators and the key holder was an extremely friendly and helpful lady
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, well-appointed property
7.5 Good
Pros: Lots of character. View was lovely. Good walking from the door

Casa El Morero - Vallehermoso - Building
9
8.5 Excellent (52 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was fantastic the scenery is amazing a great place to explore from and also the owner gave me free cakes
Cons: Nothing not to like
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very private location and stunning view; mountains, sunsets and sea! Everything was there; though you need a car to get there and to go to places. Once the water stopped running; but in no time it was fixed! Communication over internet worked well!- Great job!
Cons: Though the streets are in very good condition; the island La Gomera has too many steep winding streets...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Remote place, quiet location. Comfortable house, nice hosts. Good start point for trips to the national park and other places.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: View is fantastic.easy acces to beaches.comfortable house
Cons: Love the serpentine road but it isn't for those afraid of heights.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice kitchen, Warm, good value fo money, free coffee)
Cons: Internet works sporadically, far from everything. (Beach is 20 min on foot, main road about 10 km on twisty backroad)
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was good for us because we were looking for somewhere quiet and off the beaten track, but it could be a bit too remote for some travellers. Great night skies with no light pollution. Half our walk down to the nearby beach (and same back again) in the evening to watch the sun set (we were told it was only 10 minutes away - maybe running!) Lots of space - would accommodate 6 comfortable and there were only 2 of us. Had a problem with the toilet, but this was fixed immediately it was reported. Be aware that the meeting point to pick up the key is a restaurant at least 20 mins drive away from the property (down a very steep hill - but this is La Gomera).
Cons: Not "generously" furnished or equipped, but adequate. No essential cooking supplies eg salt and pepper, oil, etc - so make sure you take everything you might need if you are self catering.
Casa Rural Ondina - Hermigua - Building
10
7.9 Good (39 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Casa Rural Ondina in Hermigua, you'll be near the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Santa Catalina Beach and PEG Los Telares - The Ethnographic Park of La Gomera. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The terraces have great views. The apartments are well equipped and spacious.
Cons: Some of the bedrooms are great but didn't have windows although the communal area has lots.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Being in a banana plantation and the welcome gift from the owner was their own bananas and oranges. Delicious! Spacious apartment with lovely sun terrace and a great view.
Cons: The adjoining apartments could have been better soundproofed. Being on my own I was very conscious of heavy footsteps upstairs and a crying baby!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location because it was close to good hiking, excellent scenery and we felt Hermigua was less touristic than some other locations. It was easier to interact with local people. We especially liked patronizing Pedro's bar and cafeteria and drinking 3 Vertientes, a locally grown wine we purchased from Los Telares museum gift shop. We also spent a lot of time on the terrace at Casa Ondina which was very private and enjoyable.
Cons: We liked everything but the steep spiral driveway might be challenging for some people.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The apartment had a lovely view of the ocean and the terrace was outstanding! The hostess was super friendly and gave us great tips about nearby restaurants and hikes. The bedrooms were roomy for four adults and the bathroom was fresh and included a washingmachine. The kitchen was small, but had all things necessary, plus the oven was brand new! The area was great for a hiking holiday, with a genuine, rural touch, rather than touristic.
Cons: Due to the house being built in stone and the lack of heating it became quite chilly inside in the evening, maybe it's better in the summer. The walls between the apartments were rather thin and in the bedrooms you could hear the neighbours conversations. None of the bedroom windows were facing the outside which made it rather stuffy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: La Casa Ondina is a perfect place if you are going to Hermingua. The appartement is very well equipped, there is everything needed on vacation and even more! The terrasse is really nice with the view on the beach. The location is perfect if your are planning to do the trails close to the coast. And Vicky and Manuel are really lovely people, very welcoming and generous! I recommend!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The shop, the terrace and the jam
Cons: A bit expensive and the breakfast was OK but not marvelous
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. The atmosphere of an old village hotel. Very friendly owner. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the valley.
Cons: We don't like plastic covers over the mattresses. Shower could be better.
7.0 Good
Pros: good location, nice view, kind person on reception, nice (tipical) and very clean bathroom, common kitchen for use also to selfservice with wine, coffee etc.
Cons: cleanliness of common spaces, no eggs available for breakfast
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was quite unusual and distressing to have plastic covers over the mattresses. This made for a very uncomfortable night with almost no sleep. Every time I moved the plastic crinkled and it was rumply and very uncomfortable. The room also had very little light and was a little cave like.
Cons: See above.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The roof top terrace and the covered seating area.Having access to a small kitchen and some provisions was very helpful particularly when arriving later on a Sunday evening.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, Jenny, traditional Canarian building, atmosphere, bathroom with good shower,Terrace..

Jardin Las Hayas - Las Hayas - Building
12
7.5 Good (465 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Jardin Las Hayas in Valle Gran Rey, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Garajonay National Park and La Laguna Grande Visitor Center. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was small but adequate, with a comfortable bed in an excellent location. Very quiet and relaxing, with a warm welcome for out hostess.
Cons: I was led to believe that this was self-catering, but the only cooking facility was a microwave, together with a refridgerator. There was no cutlery, no crockery except for two mugs, with water and wine glasses. The terrace was a small thin space surrounded with high wall and a rock face. With steps necessary to access the room, it would not have been suitable for guests with a mobility problem.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice shared terrace
Cons: Room quite dark and no direct sunlight
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great for walking. Also if you are lucky with the weather, you can get great sunsets and amazing stary nights from the balcony of the property. In the appartment there is beautiful old interior, old wooden floor, furniture. If you are looking for something quiet to relax, it is great for it but Valle Gran Rey is not far away either (2-3 hours to walk, cc. 1 hour with bus) which is much more lively.
Cons: Heating is all right in the room but be prepared for chilly nights in Winter. There is no groceries in Las Hayas so if you want to buy your own food, you need to go to a bigger village/town.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is very good if you're planning to hike. We did a different hike everyday and you can do 5-25km route a day depending on what you like. The bus network is fairly good although the buses run scarcely (be sure to be on time on the bus stops). You can reach the bigger towns either by hiking or by the buses. Our room also had a small refrigerator which was nice. There is another bar approx. 100m from Jardin where they serve decent tasting food and service is better and where they sell large water bottles.
Cons: The breakfast was horrible and quite pricey (7,5-8e). The restaurant was previously run by a local lady but as she now is very old, the cooking really wasn't all there anymore. The staff wasn't very friendly or talkative when we tried to ask for alternatives for the oil soaked egg breakfast and they couldn't really offer us anything else? It's really a shame because the location is very pretty but the staff as said was quite unfriendly and they are not really good at marketing either (they sell a lot of their own products, but could for example offer the condiments while serving breakfast so that guests could at least taste/try them before buying?). Also the insulation of the room was somewhat poor and the drain in the bathroom wasn't very good either. So our bathroom was constantly wet (ask for an extra towel to dry the floor?) and because we went in January it wasn't too warm so our room was quite cold and moist all time. The room did have a radiator which we kept on full power all the time but it didn't affect the whole space. Prepare with sufficient clothing. Also prepare with own water since Jardin doesn't offer guests water and they only sell 0,5l water bottles and tap water is unsafe to drink. There is a church yard (ermita) closeby with a well, but no-one was sure whether that water was safe either. (we did drink it though and didn't get sick).
6.3 Good
Pros: Definitely location. You will be very close to the national park
Cons: We stayed in a cabin, which is located near the hotel. The cabin itself is very nice, however very cold. There is air conditioner and electric radiator, but you will anyway get up into a cold room so be prepared. I was sort of disappointed with the behavior of the staff. We got used to the fact that on La Gomera almost no one speaks english. But there are ways to understand each other when you try. We had a small incident with a payment when we arrived (fault was on my side), but we were not able to get to a conclusion. This confusion actually caused that we didn’t wan’t to add a breakfast, although we planned to do so ( how to order it if you don’t speak spanish). Also there is no kettle in the kitchen - something you would really welcome after an all day long walk in the Garajonay park.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean, the heating ok.
Cons: Reception, slow, not very friendly. Their own restaurant closes very early so we inquired about other possibilities. We were told that there were none. In fact we found a good restaurant just 100 meters further on. There was no wi-fi.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is very beautiful. The staff is very nice. It's really quiet at night. The rooms are very nice.
Cons: There was no hot water in the shower this morning. I paid 57 euro for a single room. For that price I expect a warm shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly welcome and homely nature of Jardin Las Hayas. The dinner and the breakfast we had were excellent. The dinner was a very tasty ,three course meal and the fresh juices, eggs and bread with homemade preserves at breakfast were delicious. It was a rather chilly day when we arrived and the wood burning stove in the restaurant was lovely. We certainly lingered over coffee next to the stove the following morning. The bedrooms were spacious and tastefully furnished and there was a lovely terrace to sit out on.Unfortunately due to the weather we couldn't make the most of that.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like
7.5 Good
Pros: Great (and lots of) food for little money at the restaurant (open from 8am-8pm). The terrace in front of the holiday homes (a 2-minute walk or so from the restaurant, which is where the check-in takes place) is lovely, but unfortunately it was too cold when we were there. Location is great for hiking. You should speak at least very basic Spanish for communication there and the room as such was fine but a bit dark and not too comfy.
7.5 Good
Pros: Peaceful
Cons: View at... a wall

Cons: Had to be there before 9 in the evening for the check-in. They didn't give us any other option so we had to by another ferry ticket in order to arrive in time.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The town is beautiful. Staff were very friendly but reception was not manned so I had to call for someone to come which could be a problem for visitors without a phone.
Cons: The sheets were stained and there were hairs on the bed. There was thick dust all over the headboard. I was itching all night and didn’t feel comfortable.
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The kitchen And all of the kitchen utilities were dirty, there were Hairs on the bed, the Floor was sticky, overall it was unhygienic. Also the staff was very unfriendly.
