The Bistro We had problems with the plumbing. The bathroom sink gurgled all night long and made a gross mess in the sink the next day. The hotel staff didn't seem to care too much.
I liked that the staff was very nice and professionally as my fiance and I walked in and took the time to show us to our entrance after we parked I have no negative comments it was a great place
Breakfast ham, egg, & cheese croissant. Check-in person (yes only 1 person) was clueless. She would ask the questions but would not hear what you were saying nor did she listen to herself. There was no acknowledging that I was a Gold member. I had requested a room on the top floor. She called housekeeping (at 3:30pm) and they had nothing available. No offer if I would like to wait but gave me a 4th floor room. I asked for an upgrade (Gold member), "Nope, not available". Took 2 phone calls during my check-in and dealt with them totally before finishing with me. I ended up in a dark room with a 1/2 a window for 2 nights. 1 hour later I get a phone call, "How is everything?" I said "Eh, its OK". She says "OK great! Have a nice day!" I could have said "I have a cabbage on my head." and I'm sure her response would be exactly the same. She called again 10 minutes later and asked the same thing. I said "It is still just OK and you already called me." She said, "Oh, OK, Have a nice day." Again, asking the right questions, doing what the manual says to do, but totally oblivious to what is going on around her and could not care less. The room was old and smelled like feet. I saw quite a few people walk in the office to work but I don't think any of them realize that they are in the hospitality business. The cafe was typical and decent but are you kidding with the drink prices? $15 for a glass Franciscan Cab or Clos du Bois Merlot? The bottle doesn't cost that much. Too bad not a lot of choices in this area. May just have to drive further next time.
The rooms were really clean the bed was comfortable I was traveling with a service animal and the woman at the desk asked what type of disability I had which isn't something they are supposed to be able to ask
Close to six flags No refrigerator, no microwave, but booked with it, even Called 5 days before to make sure there is refrigerator, staff confirmed there's refrigerator & microwave. No comforter on top of bed, got cold at the middle of the night. Bed not comfortable.
Great value! Nice hot tub and pool! Very clean. Nice breakfast and good coffee! Everything was fine!
Most everything. Only had breakfast one day, but it was more than continental--scrambled eggs, waffles... nice. The room was clean, but the couch cushions were rather stained, as was the carpet in the hallways. Coffee was very weak.
Close location to amusement park. We didn't go, but if you were planning to, this would be convenient, Yep, there was a roach in the room. I only saw one, but that's kind of enough, right?
The location to sixflags The beds and pillows are vary uncomfortable so I could not get a good night's sleep. The breakfast Hall was way too small but the eggs were excellent.
This place was so convenient and was beyond my expectations Wish we could have stayed more nights. Now I know for the future
Nothing. I had a reservation for a 2 bed room that was previously paid for and then the costumer service rep charged me more than I what I had previously paid for. The carpets in the lobby and hallway where disgustingly gross. The room was good and clean but there was a used condom on the side of the toilet Wichita one of my kids pointed out. The pool and hot tub where extremely dirty as well but we where provided with really fresh towels. The continental breakfast was one of the worse i have ever experienced because the eggs made my kid sick, and all the cookware being used was dirty. The eating area was a mess and nobody was cleaning it. It was noisy, which is expected but I rate that best Western a generous 1 out of 5 stars. Usually when I travel for work I would rate the chain of best Western a 4 out of 5. Maybe the management in charge needs to be changed.
