10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are fantastic so very friendly. The location is fab and we were made very welcome in the local town even getting invited to local charity event.
Cons: The WiFi was at times slow but they are fixing this! And who needs WiFi in such a lovely location!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host, Alejandro and his family, make this accomodation into one of the best places we have ever been. You can make your own food or ask Alejandro to make you somethong. Alejandros food is amazing and very affordable! The place is surrounded by wine fields. We will defenately come back.
Cons: There is no wifi and barely cellular reception.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the quaint buildings and landscape. Loved the staff, second to none in hospitality. Alejandro was willing to do anything to keep us happy. He was so friendly, treating us like family the whole time we were there. Always asking us if we were OK and if we needed anything. Willing to prepare anything to eat, based on what he had on hand. Made some dishes on the fly, when he ran out of something. So accommodating.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was sketchy, but allowed us to disconnect which was nice. The AC wasn’t very effective in our room. There were a lot of ants on the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location and staff
Cons: Should advise customers of limited menu and the need to pay cash for drinks and food
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rustic charm and funky deco. Staff were fabulous and spoke brilliant English

7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was amazing.
Cons: The hot tube needed to be purged before we could use. The hotel room wasn’t soundproofed(like advertised). There were chocolate wrappers under the bed that weren’t ours.
7.5 Good
Pros: It is a good stop over in route hotel. Our room was very nice. comfy massive beds which you can change position of.. your legs and back. A bit like hospital beds but much more comfy and smart. Nice linen too. .We had a move around Tv which was good too. kids loved the bunk beds. Bathroom nice and big. They supplied small bottles of gel and shampoo. air con good. And it was quiet. we didn´t hear the cars which were parked right outside our room ( we were on the first floor overlooking the car park) move around the next morning. Black out blinds left the room dark in the morning as well which is essential for us with kids. Pool was nice too. No complaints. Just odd people around the pool who didn´t like kids and tutted a bit when ours ran and bombed into the pool because they were so hot ...but that is nothing to do with the hotel.
Cons: expensive breakfast. Would have cost us 30 euros for 2 adults and 2 kids. We went next door into the bar/cafe/restaurant where it was 10 euros all in! its fairly casual there. staff aren´t overbearing which we like but those of you who need attentive staff with , ´are you ok, what can i do for you, i´ll do that, take that´...questions all day will not find that here.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The comfortable and perfectly clean room, the pool area, the front desk staff. We ask for a cot for our baby, it was good quality. Very good value for money!
Cons: Only one thing: the staff of cafeteria, I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon and the staff didn't clear the small tables at all...every one were full of empty glasses so I felt uncomfortable to settle properly by the pool. Moreover, we waited too long to get a snack the day after.. 30min for 2 sandwiches. Can be improved...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, charming
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked friendly stuff, nice big rooms and clean swimming pool. We had fantastic dinner in Felix restaurant. Breakfast was rich.

Pros: Everything about the hotel was wonderful.
Cons: The location is a little isolated, but the hotel has everything you need.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always a good stay at this hotel. Lovely swimming pool. Excellent restaurant. Good value.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy parking air con
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, airy and clean. Pool area was good and comfortable and the waiter service was excellent. Very quiet.
Cons: Sat around the pool there is a slight smell of the septic tanks which can be rather off putting, but this is Spain and sometimes something you have to put up with .
7.5 Good
Pros: Good stuiff, comfortable silent room
Cons: The water in the sink did not go away fast

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel stuff is super nice and friendly

Pros: Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Need to sort out noise issues with the bar next door late at night on the weekend - 3.30!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent stay, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff and perfect room. Thank you!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and caring! The breakfast was just great! The place is very nice and looks colorful, everything is clean and functional We had a great stay!
Cons: Parking is not so easy in Tarragona, and getting around by car in general – many one-way streets and traffic lights (due to historical building, I guess). There are free public parkings near the beach and the mall (by the river), but we've enjoyed municipal parkings (blue line zones) that are free from 9 pm to 9 am.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location , close to everything and the beach . Lovely friendly staff, gave us a lot of advice on what to see in Tarragona and recommendations that where very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable .
Cons: The curtain instead of the bathroom door is a bit peculiar and not mentioned in the description of the room. The neighbour smoking in the balcony in the night and early morning. Could smell cigarette smoke and other substances from our room .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yusha was so welcoming and helpful. The place has a really good feeling, shabby chic and very quirky.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and clean beds, top shower. Location, location, location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay because the hotel room was comfortable and inviting and being on the upper floor, it was quiet at night. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The only thing I would question is the use of a curtain to separate the bathroom and bedroom. It might be awkward for anyone who is not a couple.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very friendly, informative & helpful host who made sure we became familiar with Tarragona Location was perfect, in a quiet street but so close to everything including the Main Street. Both bus & rail station were within walkable distance
Cons: Having to leave Pigal & Tarragona
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, great location, clean & simple rooms, quirky decor
Cons: Some noise on the street outside at night from smokers in club next door. ( couldnt hear the club, just the smokers )
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super nice!
Cons: The toilet door was replaced by a curtain.

Pros: Everything it surprised me
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peralta was our favourite hotel so we decided to stay a night longer as planned. We were lucky to enjoy two of the beautiful individually decorated rooms with different styles and topics. In Peralta you can visit the world in a few nights Spend a night in morocco, sub-Sahara west Africa and then in India or South America or Jordan. Every single room is decorated with original pieces from all over the world. You can see and feel the passion of someone who loves travelling and puts lot of love and hard work into his passion. All details ( house, decoration, music etc.) are perfectly coordinated. The garden and the pool are the perfect place to relax and to let the stress fall down. The staff was very friendly, polite and passionate about their job. The restaurant and the breakfast were excellent! We had the best cheese cake ever! Muchos Gracias! Greetings from Berlin!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb option close to Tarragona, very old house structure but top quality inside, african style furniture in rooms. Hotel is 15 km from Tarragona, very quiet as sole house in countryside, close to main road, big entrance hall, friendly staff, we took the dinner which was very good, no haute cuisine but delicious, good wine and beer. Dinner inside or outside. Rooms big and friendly, fly-screen, african style furniture, code system informed in advance by propietor. Breakfast also very good included in price. Gorgeous, very good value for money.
Cons: As very critical customer I found nothing to complain, only mosquitoes found me, very decent, I don't know if on outside dinner or in the room, but they attacked heavily, so don't forget mosquito repellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was foremost the most friendly hotelstaff I've ever met (and I've been in a large number of hotels...).
Cons: Nothing !
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice quite location, good breakfast, very friendly staff.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The shower was great, bed very comfortable
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was beautiful: spacious, lovely decoration and perfectly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. A perfect spot if you want to visit some things close to Tarragona or just want to relax next to the pool.
Cons: The outside/pool area urgently needs maintenance. Buffet dinner of 18.5€ per person (without drinks) of very poor quality. Limited offer in the breakfast, but we loved the bread though!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful with a hanging bed! Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, even translating the menu for me. The food was delicious. The pool & gardens were gorgeous.

5.8 Okay
Pros: I loved the rooms, the location was perfect and the balcony and pool area were amazing! We had 2 massages which were good
Cons: I rarely leave reviews that are negative but it really annoyed me and I feel it is worth bringing this to attention. When we arrived we were told the room wasn’t ready, which was fine. But 2 hours later it still wasn’t ready. We had travelled from Barcelona for one night, so it really delayed everything we wanted to do. We asked repeatedly when the room would be ready and the receptionists just kept saying 5/10 minutes and this went on for 2 hours, so felt like we wasted the day sitting in the reception. Eventually we decided to just go to the pool and enjoy the day, once we got there realised the spa had the towels. So I ran up in my bikini to get 2 but was told I needed to trade my key card, when I explained it’s receptions fault I don’t have one and asked if she could call reception to confirm my booking to get towels she said no. I had also booked half an hour before this 2 massages at a cost of around €180/200, so I can’t understand how that didn’t confirm I was staying. The spa receptionist told me to go to reception (in my bikini) to get my room key over and over despite me explaining the room wasn’t ready. I felt the staff really let the hotel down. For a 5 star hotel the check in process should be smooth and if it’s not you should be given true information and kept updated on the room status. Throughout nobody apologised for the incompetence and inconvenience, we didn’t let it ruin our trip but they could have and should have been a lot better in customer service.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Location was not the best. Foe such a big hotel, Having 1 or 2 people in the reception means every time you need anything you have to wait. For the price, room amenities were not sufficient.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean hotel with excellent breakfast. Our children liked the hotel. Very good grill buffé.
Cons: When we arrived they didn’t know if we could get a parking spot, but it turned out ok. A lot of stairs and very slow elevators. This is not a spot for handicapped people
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was extremelly nice and the location was good, beside the beach. The rooms were lovely with a fantastic terrace and a very well designed bathroom. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom that were sorted inmediately: I found the speed in response great.
Cons: The external part of the hotel was not properly kept and, inside, the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked them. The beds and bedclothes were not 5 star hotel quality at all.
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were great
Cons: They had no understanding of ‘valet’ Policy in Spa area, all patrons must wear bathing caps... ery weird Terrible food and service in pool area
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the spacious room, fab bathroom, large balcony. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent food cooked in front of you. Facilities were excellent, indoor pool etc was amazing. Outdoor pools/slides and loungers were great esp with kids. The surrounding grounds of the hotel were beautiful. Location was fantastic located along the beautiful beach. Very close to the airport. Transport to other locations was very good.
Cons: Can't really fault much other than on arrival being told the pools were not opening until the 15th June and it was advertised as 1st June, when I questioned same the receptionist told me I could have a full refund and stay elsewhere, which wasn't very helpful or nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and location were great
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The spa and the pool
Cons: No shower curtain No shower cap The top pool was closed a couple of times due to no lifeguard The handle on the kettle got dangerously hot We had ant infestation one day
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What an amazing hotel, from start to finish. Credit to all the staff, they couldn't do enough. Jordi, Marina and her colleague where fantastic with events. We had our wedding here and exceeded all our expectations. I would strongly reccomend this hotel to anyone of all ages. Best holiday I have ever been on. I will definitely return and I look forward to it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bedroom (doble clásica) very spacious nice bathroom, big terrace. Amazing breakfast, lots of choice. But the best bit was the spa area, lots of swimming pools, jacuzzi, and everything you could want. Much better facilities than the Aquum spa in town. For an out of season stay it is great value for money!
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Location was excellent and the complementary Vermut in their adjoining restaurant was a lovely surprise!! The room was so well laid out and you could see the attention to detail that went into the planning of the hotel before it was even built - well done! The reception staff were EXCELLENT; thanks again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff extremely friendly. Very helpful with taxis. Left luggage fantastic. Extremely central. Great cafe culture.
Cons: All great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We first reason why we booked this hotel was the terrace. But we liked everything: the staff was very nice & friendly! Our room was clean. We liked the view from our balcony. When we stayed in this hotel, we felt that we were living in the heart of the city. The atmosphere was amazing!
Cons: It was a bit noisy one night due to the concert near the cathedral)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean modern and right in the centre of Reus
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything else about the place
Cons: So loud at night
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We liked the central location of the hotel and the rooms which were big and spacious and clean.
Cons: The reception closed between 12.00 and 3.00pm so we had to leave the hotel and go around to the bar with our cases as we were leaving at 1.30 ish. There was nowhere to leave our luggage for this time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great. Hotel clean. Great location. Would definitely recommend!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location, lovely views from the room. Large bathroom with very good shower. Staff very welcoming.
Cons: Some noise from restaurants/bars could be heard in bedroom until the early hours . This did not disturb me, but may cause issues for light sleepers.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It's in the industrial area off a main motorway This is a wedding/event hotel, not a holiday hotel. It's nowhere near anything, the 'pool' area wasn't kept well, bar area was unappealing and un staffed. Told we couldn't have a drink on the terrace. No mini bar in the room. Really poor room service options. Not worth the money or the ratings people have been giving it
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful place but very close to the motorway and apparently an airport although we heard very little. There was a strange smell that, we were told, was due to a nearby factory.
Cons: The restaurant and breakfast were great. The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was small and beautiful. Most afternoons we had the pool area to ourselves. Rooms are spacious and very nice.
Cons: The starter of the day and the dish of the day we’re the same every day so a bit misleading and not much variety. Staff very helpful but getting a drink by the pool or in rooms wasn’t easy as they’d often forget or it would take a while. Just better training needed I think.
5.5 Okay
Pros: It's a beautiful property, and both meals we had there were quite good.
Cons: Our room was not in great shape—worn surfaces, frayed towels, a surprisingly dirty floor. We had been looking forward to spending time in the pool but it was quite dirty so we passed.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The actual site of the hotel is beautiful
Cons: They are clearly not used to being a hotel, no staff ever anywhere! No signage, got lost multiple times a day. There’s no lift and no one offered to take our large bags. No bar snacks, same menu for lunch and dinner and set times only, we were sat at the same table which had hair all over the tablecloth. Had to pay for room on arrival instead of check out? No pool side service? And the pool is tiny, can’t do lengths. No smoking..outside? And only 1 room key for 3 of us. Hair dryer didn’t work. Went out for the day and returned 3.30pm and our room had not been turned, I phoned reception to ask if a cleaner could come while we’re out for dinner I was told no as cleaner only works til 4pm!!!! Also right beside the motorway, didn’t see that on the pics!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We always try to stay here when we are travelling from Malaga to France and further. It is an oasis of peace and beauty in a rather ugly area and so close to the motorway that it makes the stop very simple. If you want to stay longer and visit Tarragona across the motorway and down to the coast, that is very interesting. The grounds of the Man la Boella itself are delightful to stroll in, but not the neighbourhood. It has a wonderful gastronomic restaurant, its own wine and exceptional oil production. The breakfast is the stuff of dreams.
Cons: Not there fault - but the final 500 metres to find the place are a nightmare, but it´s worth it. GPS almost essential I would say.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Unusual and quirky property set in an olive plantation. Lovely dining terrace with water features, plants and swimming pool. Lovely plants and gardens throughout. Spacious air conditioned rooms and shower. Quiet rooms with shutters and curtains. Great sized bed.
Cons: Gravel entrance with no hard path to walk on or pull wheeled luggage to reception. Parking too far away from reception Not enough signage. No call bell on reception. No information in room re:pool facilities. No number to call reception in room. Needs more tea/coffee/milk in room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfort in room excellent breakfast
Cons: Evening meal not great
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The place was quiet and relaxing. Really confortable suite and bed. The food was really tasty. It was a present and we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: The host Pablo is the best, hospitality that you will not find anywhere else!! Very authentic and unique place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, room was cleaned every second day, lovely and attentive owners, location and building very nice
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very obliging staff and scenic position. Chef stayed to cook a meal just for us!
Cons: Room very dark, small windows low down under terracotta tiled ceiling therefore no view. Room could have been warmer and water hotter. No tea or coffee in room and only restaurant when open for a drink.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place. I arrived on a super quiet monday evening in november. They served me very well in the restaurant, even though i was the only guest (plus some friends of the cook and the property's cute cats and dog). I enjoyed a very nice meal with local ingredients, and slept very well in the comfy bed. The room was spacious and furnished with love to detail in countryhouse style.
Cons: Nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxed place where we felt at ease in a rustic setting
10.0 Excellent
Pros: W elcome greeting at arrival, relaxed style, made instantly at home within the spacious environment. Opportunity to meet with family and friends , to be part of a summer party.Discussed as to the evening meal, resulting in memorable feast of sea food with salad. The composition of the salad being fresh vegetables from the garden, crisp, colourful ,delicious. A tranquil , peaceful night , following on with a real Spanish breakfast. In all excellent value for money.
Cons: Fortunately the route planner brought us close to the hotel, after a few queries, are we really on the right road. There are so many roundabouts, and the signage on them lacks clarity, continuity of the next place is a basic need. Often left wondering , and navigating around a round about several times.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room and the hotel itself were of a really good quality. The bar area was excellent and at 3 Euros for a large beer you were not being ripped off. The staff were very pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast seemed very basic. I stayed here twice in four days. Second time I did not bother with the breakfast.
7.0 Good
Pros: Quite area & good bed. Complimentary wine tasting at a local vineyard ‘mas vicenç’. Perfect after Barcelona madness : )
Cons: Food a bit basic
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed
Cons: The location it was a little too far out of town The swimming pool at times could have been cleaner - plastic floating in it - from cigarette packets
9.3 Excellent
Pros: You can bring your dogs
6.3 Good
Pros: The Airco
Cons: Dogs are allowed at the hotel, but only in the room and on the terrace. Not in the inside of the restaurant. All tables were reserved for dinner and we should wait until 22:00 to eat at the hotel. Next morning we took a walk with the dog around 8. Breakfast starts at 8:30. The clerk at the saw us with the dog but first at 8:30 we got the info no dogs allowed. We were very frustrated. We can not recommend this hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was all fantastic
Cons: The only fault was the sofa bed which my daughter did not find comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find on satnav, comfortable and reasonable sized rooms, great breakfast, very clean and modern
Cons: No dislikes
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room had air conditioning.
Cons: We arrived on a Sunday and the bar and restaurant were closed. This meant that in order to have a meal we had to walk into Valls, the walk was long and hot. The hotel is situated on and industrial estate in a small average town. We found a bar and after much wandering around we found the restaurant. The meal was lovely but we then had to trudge back to the Hotel and after a long drive it was not what we wanted
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel and staff were lovely
Cons: There was no tea or coffee facilities at the hotel after breakfast until 7pm when the restaurant opened
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and informative reception. Room was large, and the 2 single beds were each 1metre wide, which made for a very comfortable sleep. Free cold water in the fridge was most welcome, Facilities throughout the hotel, including wifi, were first class and we enjoyed an excellent evening meal served on the terrace by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will certainly return if in the area again.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very nice
Cons: nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is that it is just too comfortable and way too nice so you just want to stay in your room or at one of the patios instead of walking on the beach or enjoying lovely and peaceful neighborhood. But seriously: person responsible for the overall look of the hotel did an amazing job. Personel is extremely helpful and breakfasts are really tasty.
Cons: The fact that I’ve spent only three days at this lovely hotel...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I love the decor and the location. I lived in vila seca for three years and it was cool to return and stay in the hotel just down the street from my old place. I loved that the accessible room was on the main floor
Cons: the accessible bathroom was a bit awkward but totally usable.
7.5 Good
Pros: Property was very clean , staff very helpful and courteous, location is a bit obscure, parking and access to parking is a little poor , nice little seaside town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful hotel with a great design. Large room, comfy beds and a fabulous breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great design. The lobby and rooms corridors look wonderful. The room is very lighted and comfortable. The stuff was very welcoming and happy to assist with everything.
Cons: Wifi was weak in the rooms The underground parking is very tight and requires high skills maneuvering.
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Entrance to the garage is very narrow and a real challenge. Parking costs EUR 10. when, in my view, should be free, given the location of the hotel. No parking available in the vicinity of the hotel. Overall a good experience. However, in no way I would rank the hotel a four star.
Cons: Garage parking.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the rooms and the terrace, the location was fab and the staff were brill.
Cons: At 3am this morning the air conditioning in our room went off, not good when there is a heat wave. We found out this morning too that it had gone off in the 2 other rooms we had booked. We all had a really uncomfortable night all of us which is a real shame as apart from that we loved the place.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great little place, with very helpful staff. Car park tricky but plenty of street parking with a short walk. Nice breakfast, worth the money. V Good value and fab location for Port Aventura.
6.5 Good
Pros: Rooms were small, but comfortable. Modern look of lobby. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Staff was not helpful. Parking was a joke. The hotel allowed people to block our car, preventing exit. We had to ask 3 times (for about 2 hours) to get them to get the car moved.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and very nice staff.

Pros: Spacious rooms with comfortable bed and excellent WiFi. Food in the restaurant is excellent and a large menu. All good value and a great location for an overnight stay. I will certainly return again.

Pros: Very large room and bathroom very comfortable bed, dog friendly, very helpful staff, very good value for money, a great family run hotel not a chain, we loved it here

9.3 Excellent

Cons: Lack of: Stronger water pressure for showers Longer breakfast hours Cooked breakfast if possible Swimming pool, sauna, gym please
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a clean and cosy room with a lot of space.
Cons: The location was quite boring and a bit isolated from the nearby town, Reus. You need to have a car!
6.3 Good
Pros: Its proximity to the airport.
Cons: For a 4 star hotel I would have expected USB ports in the room. Having just got off a late flight & having no 2 pin plugs, this would have been handy. Whilst the rooms were very spacious & comfortable, the air con in our sons room didn't work. Breakfast was not included in the room price & at €8 per adult & €4 per child, I found the selection of the continental breakfast to be poor.

7.5 Good
Pros: Efficient, friendly staff
Cons: Facilities a bit worn out and in need of modernisation
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A great old house which has been restored and added to in a sympathetic manner to turn it into a hotel. A very pleasant place to stay, a bit like an oasis in the surrounding countryside. Would recommend.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in the middle of olive grove. Excellent food and friendly staff. Fabulous spa it’s a pity we only stayed one night therefore had no time to make most of the facilities.
Cons: Internet was not so good
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The luxury Villas are great. Always order room service breakfast, worth every penny.
Cons: Cleanliness was subpar, most probably because they didn’t have the Villa ready for us when we arrived since we had booked another room. There were issues with no hot water Sunday morning that took more than 1h to fix. After that the shower column had only hot water so as soon as you turnt it on, very hot water started pouring all over your.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional hotel in every regard! Astounding architecture and attention to detail.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location and a bit quirky
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful house, and super friendly staff. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent.
Cons: The room had dead flies on the curtains, and paint damage on the ceiling and stain marks on the wall. Didn't like that I had to shower in a bath tub at a 5star hotel. There was 24h room service ,but we couldn't order any wine. The selection on the TV wasn't great, couldn't even find music to listen to. The jacuzzi at the spa wasn't working. The coffee at breakfast was sub par.

Pros: Location, location. Parking is very expensive but it is on the plaza right in the middle of town. Slightly outdated room with no fridge and very, very minimal but good aircon.
Cons: Very loud not from the street but from other visitors yelling. Don't eat on the plaza its not nice at all, go up the hill.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. No pressure checking out gave us continental breakfast at 12 o’clock. Kept our bags secure for day when we went sightseeing. Great atmosphere at night and lively square but once balcony window was closed you could not here noise. Would definitely stay here again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for restaurants, beach and Tarragona city. Breakfast at the hotel was cheap and quick. You are spoilt for choice if you want to eat out or have drinks. The room was clean and quiet.
Cons: Soap in the bathroom would be good rather than 4 small sachets of shower gel. It's not ideal when washing your hands and ran out very quickly. An in room safe would have been nice too. Otherwise, value for money the hotel was good and I would stay again.
7.5 Good
Pros: In a really good location. Parking close by.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Pros: Perfect restaurant for breakfast and dinner Clean big room
7.5 Good
Pros: All good in Hotel
Cons: Directions to Hotel car park unclear - there are 2 entrances - one to car park for flats (straight ahead) and second door which needs a sharp right turn. In our vase the door for the Flats was open so assumed the right turn was after entering so ended up in the wrong carpark at the end of a long journey. Reception had to come down to direct us to the correct car-park. Needs clear instruction on sign board.

Pros: SWIMMING POOL!!! I was happy to make aqua yoga in totally empty swimming pool. I have eaten very good and lovely dinner. Menu was only in Spanish and I had to sent the photo of it to my cousin in Poland - to translate and advice what should I choose. 3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing to be honest, the staff was not welcoming, the pool dirty and the overall hotel old and not at all like the photos.
Cons: We were chocked at the poor customer service from reception staff, the lady 'actually' told us to leave as we kindly asked her to check on the air-conditioning fan making incredible noise! Dog barking all night was also unpleasant. THIS IS OUR WORST STAY SINCE I HAVE TRAVELLED TO SPAIN
9.5 Excellent
Pros: How to make an old hotel into a new one? Do it like this! Fresh and modern! Very friendly and helpful lady behind the desk. Nice shop next to the hotel. Good swimming pool. Ten minutes walk from the beach and 25 minutes from the city centre.

Cons: I booked a room with a veranda, but when I entered the room it didn’t have one so had to go back to reception as insist on a change. Was sorted after a little wait.
