Staff was attentive and pleasant. Desk provided a nice room with a view of the waterfront. Quality throughout including the in-room coffee was Starbucks. Weather...which we knew going to Vancouver was going to be wet, was rainy all day so walking around Granville Island was not as pleasant.
The room was very clean, the staff friendly, and it was the perfect spot for our twenty-fifth year anniversary . We really felt we had gotten away to a whole different world and returned home feeling very refreshed.
Roman/bathroom were very nice and clean Breakfast not included
The staff was very friendly. They went out of there way to help us with booking tours, answering questions, etc. The hotel does need updating. But the value for the price we paid was great.
Great location with many clubs/bars/restaurants walking distance by or a short cab ride away. Our room was very small and the double beds were more like a single. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Would likely stay agin. Definitely worth the price. We did have a weird stain on one of our blankets, and the size of the beds were a bit small.
Decent hotel. Great staff. How seedy the surrounding area is. Breakfast not included. Didn't looks as classy as the pictures but was ok.
Best price for location close to family living there. Enjoyed the wine-tasting in the lobby....Fun to meet others and the Night Manager?, a friendly kind of guy.
The wow factor, the great price. The fitness center was dope. A great way to ring in the new year, well worth the drive and flight There wasn't,t anything we didn't,t like!
Value: exceptional. For the price of a 'name brand' one bedroom, we got a 2 bedroom suite in a convenient location with nice amenities. Bonus for sky line views of the city from floor to ceiling windows. Location: great. Right across the water from the Granville public market. A couple minutes walk to the waterfront. 5 to 10 minute walk to some really nice restaurants. Unexpectedly good amenities: all day bike loan, hot tub on 9th floor, gym, gated garage, in unit washer dryer, keurig coffee machine in room, whirlpool in unit. Not 100% polished: our kitchen sink was stained brown near drain, night stands had backs that bulged out, there was a part of a wall in one of the bedrooms that looked like out had been repaired and primed, but not painted. I found these to be minor, cosmetic issues that didn't remotely detract from the extraordinary combination of features, location and value.
Great location, great price, roof top hot tub. Hotel has aged and needs some updating.
When we got there, we entered and were pleasantly surprised with a suite, 2 bed rooms, living room with dining table, kitchen, and a couple of bathrooms. We were only expecting 2 bedrooms. View was fantastic. The constant rain.
Close to everything in the downtown area. Was walking distance to just about everything which was nice since we didn't rent a car. Room was clean, comfortable and fairly large in my opinion. A plus was they have free use of some bikes to sign out. They are first come first served. No pool, just a large jacuzzi. The beds were listed as queen size, but seemed smaller. Not sure if sizes are different between Canada & U.S. Note the mattresses were extra firm, but surprisingly we found they were actually comfortable!
Location Small elevators
Parking was free. Withing walking distance from tourist spots, yet close to other interesting sites outside downtown.
