Pros: Not my first stay here and for sure not last.
Pros: Nice looking hotel with good and safe parking.
Cons: Before we even arrived we were getting phone calls from angry receptionist asking where are we because it’s Friday night and she needs to wait for us(?!)-reception closes at 8pm about what we did not know and we arrived at 9.30 pm(we got lost in the mountains with two small babies so the phone call was exactly what I DID NOT need more). When we arrived lady was cold and made us feel not welcome. Next day before breakfast she informed us (same lady) that we didn’t pay for breakfast so I said it’s not correct because it is included and we continue to the table. After we wanted to pay for our stay and it turned out she added breakfast to the room who had breakfast included saying that it had to be booking.con mistake. I refuse to pay for additional breakfast and asked her to solve it with the website....so she got mad and said “in this case I’ll add to your bill other payments” (she wanted to charge us for our 2months old baby but fortunately it’s against hotel rules so she added late CHECK-IN fee which even doesn’t exists....). Summarizing- I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, even if facility is nice stay can be destroyed by some random mad lady.
Pros: Good space for the family in 4 person room. Good location for winter sports lovers.
Pros: Superb hotel for relaxing stay in the mountains
Pros: Nice like always

Pros: Super bed for sleeping, very nic terrace.
Pros: First time in a Villa and definitely not the last. Very friendly lady at the reception that came back to villa in the evening to let us in a jacuzzi. Very clean inside out and great value for money.
Cons: Jacuzzi could be available longer in the evening
Pros: A nice, spacious room, very clean, a very Nice breakfest.
Pros: Very nice hotel with great Wellness
Cons: Breakfast can be better.
Pros: The room was really nice and big. The building is nicely renovated (both from outside and inside). Quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
Cons: You have to book a wellness in advance, it's not included in the price and it's open only till 9pm. If there are other guests, it's possible that you will be out of luck. The cakes served during the breakfast was bought from the store (tasted really bad). Homemade cakes would be much better.
Pros: Velke Losiny is in a beautiful part of the Czech Republic but was very quiet in June when we were there. We only stayed one night as part of a tour so didn't really have time for the outdoor activities for which the area is famed. We ate at one of the few restaurants in the village, a pizzeria almost opposite Villa Aurelie and it was very good. The villa is more of a guest house than a hotel but is of excellent quality and very stylish. We had a very clean spacious room with good shower and the breakfast was very good.
Cons: As far as we can make out the Villa is run basically by one woman who is pleasant enough but cannot speak English. We had tried to ring the villa many times the day before our arrival to confirm something but we got no answer either on the villa number or a mobile number that was given. Although our confirmation said pay in Euros the lady insisted on Czech crowns and did not want us to pay by debit/credit card either.

Pros: very pleasant stay, superb breakfast, any extra demand was met promptly!
Pros: This appeared to be newly built, if not restored hotel next to a beautiful (palatial is not too strong a word) old hotel off in a valley in Czech Moravia. Has a vast pool and thermal water jacuzzi. We went to eat at the restaurant, which was really top-flight, high-end. Crazy thing was, we were the only guests in the hotel, so it had a slightly weird feel, like a cross between the Shining and Grand Hotel Budapest.
Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer, although I was not aware of any sights in the area, other than beautiful forested mountain valleys. Really came for the spa for my wife.
Pros: Very nice hotel; very comfortable; very good service
Pros: Property is nice, park, expecially over not rainy days, has to be very relaxant (November is not the right month to really enjoy it), easy to commute there even with a public transportation, spa facilities are comfortable (swimming pool sufficient although for swimming), private spa is small (whirpool and sauna only) but recommend it
Cons: Effective November 1, we had to accept half-pension (breakfast and diner) and unfortunately we faced problems for staff to be ready at a scheduled time (breakfast from 8 am, diner from 6 pm) - tableware were added late (a little bit tricky to serve meal without plates), some meals were added late too and you had to ask for it. Food itself was OK but definetely prefer not to be pushed to the half-pension if restaurant works and would not be a problem to go for a diner a la carte staff itself seems a little bit unexperienced and not always in a good mood

Pros: Staff efficient and very helpful. Owners were present and were very nice.
Pros: great & rich breakfast easy parking quiet place
Cons: the staff could have been more pleasant at certain situations there could have been a shower gel and a shampoo in the bathroom

When you stay at Hotel Pod Radnicí in Sumperk, you'll be 13 minutes by car from Velké Losiny Castle. Featured amenities include luggage storage, laundry facilities, and an elevator (lift).
Cons: Instant coffee! Need I to say more?
Pros: Modern, clean, good equpied, very comfortable beds, near to the downtown.
Pros: Receptionist, she was very helpfull, even our late check-in.
Cons: Traffic in neighbourhood. Road right next the hotel was quite busy in the weekends morning.
Pros: Small hotel, more like guest rooms on the second floor above a small cafe. Everything brand-new and modern. Good Wi-Fi. The staff tries hard to speak English
Cons: Breakfast starts late (8:30). Quality and quantity are OK, but there is room for improvement. Proper espresso-like coffee was nice, though.
Pros: Due to incompetence of the reception lady they asked me to pay the double of the price which i get from my Booking.com reservation i made a few months before arrival. After long discussion she agreed i pay the normal price of the room for a week stay in Sumperk. If i did not have a printout of my reservation price,i would have to pay double. Terrible mistake for a nice hotel
Cons: Breakfast could be better, there could be more dishes and good coffee.
Pros: the hotel is quite nice and definitely a good deal for the money.
Pros: The room equipment was modern and pretty new. We found everything we needed. Also we liked that there were descriptions below the photos in the room and in the hall so we knew what was in the photos.
Cons: Windows of our room were situated to the main street and it was quite noisy at night. Breakfast was rather poor, pastries were fresh but generally the offer was basic. And we especially did not like the juice that was made from powder as we saw the staff preparing it.
Pros: Nice location, nice stuff ,clean
Pros: A hotel in the middle of centre. Near to main squarte. We were here over New Year's Eve and we were satisfied. A bathroom should be bigger, but was enough for short stay. A room was comfortable, a bed also. The staff was great and there were no problem to hide our skies and snowboard. The breakfast was good and enough for us. We could recommend this hotel for sure.
Cons: The bathroom was a little bit smaller than we expected, but enough and no problem.

We liked the food also in a restaurant located just in the same building we stayed. We found it also very comfortable. The pension looked very cosy inside due to nice ornaments.
Cons: Our bed creaked so it was quite uncomfortable to sleep. Towels could be fresher.
Pros: The staff is great. Some small misunderstandings were solved fast and efficiently.

Pros: cozy, beautiful, tidy
Cons: There was no blackout curtain or shutter on the window, the street lamp illuminated at night.
Pros: Spacious apartment, clean rooms, comfortable bed, parking place close to the building, well working wifi.
Cons: Very, very noisy, located by very busy road. My room was located just above the restaurant, when I wanted to spend some time on the balcony overlooking at the terrace the smell of cigarettes was awful. It would be useful to have a kettle or small fridge in the room.

Pros: In the center. Easy walk to the train station, spa and restaurants. Very Clean. Big rooms. Fast internet. Good price. Easy after hours arrival system.
Cons: Near the roadway. Can hear the cars and the other rooms.
Pros: The Location Room was OK
Cons: AVOID, I don't know where to begin. Firstly this is not AVOID. This is not a Spa hotel and has no spa facilities except an outdoor tiny swimming pool that was not working. It does not serve food It says it has a dining area so you think you can eat there but in reality, they take an order from you and go to a local restaurant to get it and then serve it to you. Bit of a joke. Also, even that was not operational. The worst part it has an owner an older lady who talks shouting to everyone we had breakfast and she came into the breakfast room and was shouting at a couple who were staying there. She's totally ignorant and not bothered by her actions were very off-putting. The breakfast is nonexistent comprising of a couple of cereals some bread. Lukewarm sausages and you have to make your own coffee and all was low and running out I was laughing. The lady cleaner same as the owner was trying to open our door at 8.30. No knocking just trying to walk in unbelievable. They also want you to leave by 10 am The room itself was OK and that was about it. Sadly it's the people that run it that spoil the whole experience and they describe the facilities wrongly so it's very misleading, advice avoid.
Cons: Our bed was just terrible. We couldnt sleep.
Pros: Very nice Rooms and a good Breakfast with everything you need

Pros: Lovely, cozy and clean hotel, wonderful staff, good breakfast.
Pros: Clean room. Quality to price.
Cons: Restaurant is close too early
Pros: Great location, children really enjoyed the stay. Good food, and really friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Clean, nice, spacious place, with lots of parking spots. Nice staff, nice food. Children loved to play with local pets (cats and dog). Our friends brought own dog and it was accepted without issues.
Cons: The common dining room was closed after 21:00 - so there was no place to sit together with larger group of friends (although one of our apartments was big enough that we could spend evening there).
Pros: Good clean rooms Fast WiFi. Good kitchen. Nice clean bathrooms down the hall Good price. Kind staff. Free parking.
Cons: It’s on the highway so seal your windows shut and turn on a noise machine on your smart phone. I did this and I slept well! As advertised, shared bathroom down the hall.
Pros: The room for 4 persons was not expensive but in fact we have gotten even two rooms. Fully equipped, with big TV, refrigerator. Additionally the well equipped kitchen was also available on the same flor, The parking place was just in front of the pension. The pension was located close to the main attractions: the castle, the paper fabric and the thermal aqua-park. The owners were extremely kind and helpful.

Guests can visit Dlouhé stráně Hydro Power Plant which is a reservoir located 5.8 km from the guest house. Leos Janacek Airport is 85 km from the property.
Pros: Multiple ski resort facilities Good shared bathroom
Pros: I've stayed there before and will stay there again :) Simple but great! Everything is clean, beds are nice, great price (which is why I stayed a night longer than necessary). The breakfast (has the size of around 2-3 tables) was fantastic to me!
Cons: Not much that I didn't like. - Note their check-in and check-out times (you can contact them if you arrive later) - but those times are usually not a problem (at least not for me) - The only small issue may be other guests. There's a small chance that some people talk too loud in the hallway at night. That may only be an issue if you can't sleep very well and that's also up to the people in the hotel.
Pros: Nice price, good location, renovated and comfortable. Not like Google Maps view! Reconstructed! Near the train station. Nice new trains run on this line. At the bottom of the ski lift. Summer has downhill tracks for bikes. Take the 17 km scooter ride down from dlouhe strand (reservoir on the top of the mountain). Good bathrooms down the hall.
Cons: New doors on rooms paper thin. Don't get a room on the loud main road.
Pros: location is great
Cons: breakfast for 3.5 euros and coffee or tea is not included in price...??food.... if i could call it food... peace of... :) English language is like aliens language for stuff.... they r quite impolite for "strangers" ( by strangers i mean foreigners). i am not asking to speak my language or english...but please..at least ..try to communicate ... Restaurant in the main building where reception is located ....food (during the day) is ok...but stuff..again....i have no words... try not to live in the rooms close to the street....you will never get rest there....cars are going so often that even the curtains gets up in the air...AND: i was in my room and one person from the stuff just locked my room and got in it... smth grummbled and went out. I DONT WANT WORKERS to walk in my room. i am glad i was in it. who knows what they do when we are out?? Chek in system is crazy too- ID cards, deposits and so on... come on ..its just a dormitory with ikea beds...
Pros: Nice clean rooms, delicious breakfast, highly recommended.
Pros: It is nice for bikers because it is next to the lift and ski resort.
Cons: Hidden fees for example for bedding. Why you don't include this hidden fees if everybody has to pay it and there is no way to resign from it. It is just cheating to show smaller price on booking. What is more, I payed with american card (in dollars) but Penzion did the transaction through zlotys and then into koronas. I have very good exchange rate in my bank but instead I had to pay to the Penzion Kouty for exchange into zlotys and then into koronas!!!!! That is totally ridiculous!!!! I would like to add that when I payed this additonal fees in the Penzion (12 dollars) I payed with the same card and supprisingly I could pay in dollars and they didn't exhange into zlotys and/or koronas. It is obvious for me that this hostel just wanted to take more money on us.
Pros: good price cleanness friendly and helpful staff perfect place to start hiking trips
Cons: Common toalets and showers
Pros: Stayed in a single (2-bed) room in May on a Friday & Saturday. Their check-in & check-out times are each 2h long only. I contacted them because I'd check in late and they arranged it via their night safe. Worked perfectly! The next morning I paid around 100CZK for the bed & towel fee and 200CZK deposit for the 2 keys. Keep that in mind. Modern! Everything was very clean! Enough showers & WC's on the hallway - at least during my wake up & go to bed times. (don't forget your towel if you go to the shower... :D ) = I'd definitely 100% recommend it if you just need a very basic and clean room, WC & shower.
Cons: Just minor stuff. If you have bad luck you have loud people in the hallway. I had room 4 which was next to a couch area and people were talking there at 11pm which can get annoying. The noise of a few cars/ traffic is not a big problem (at least for me), I could sleep well. The mattress is a bit hard though. Notice their Check in and Check out times (each are 2h only) and contact them if necessary.
