The room was very noisy because it was close to the elevator. Also the walls are like paper we ware able to hear every little details from the neighboring room what was not too pleasant. We didn't sleep much.
Almost everything..... won't any there again or any other hotel from this chain.
Everything was magnificent!! To the room, to the bathroom, to the main lobby, to the hallways upstairs, to the breakfast buffet. Wow! For the price I paid, I can’t even get the same service in America!!! I will DEF recommend this place AND even come back to it whenever I’m in the area!!
The staff wasnt that friendly. They were nice, but because of their strong accents, and me being that I don’t soeak Italian, they should try to be more patient with non-Italian speakers.
