The hotel room was beautifully but simply decorated and made a great base for sightseeing.
The room was very clean (especially the bathroom) and the staff was really helpful. Although it was a little hard to find the location of the hotel in the very first attempt due to the complexity and the similarity of the streets of venice, its location is actually perfect once you map it. Breakfast was also good enough for two.
small but very clean and nice
nothing. very pleasant
Wonderful little hotel, with super super nice staff. It's really central, lovely and quite affordable. I highly recommend it. Really good indeed.
Near to all the main attractions
Beautiful room, quiet and clean, friendly staff
If we hadn't been to Venice many times before we may have been at a disadvantage as the staff person was there only in the morning and early afternoon. No one was there in the evening to answer any questions if we had any.
Friendly staff, flexible time for breakfast delivery. No problem leaving bags after late check out.
Room was a bit small but adequate, was clean and adequate for our needs.
Great location. Quiet. No musquitos. Breakfast in room.
Very nice and cosy small hotel in Venezian style, small but very nice room and bathroom. Great position, very close to Pizazza San Marco, but not in the crowded area. The room was very clean, the hotel owner really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. There is also very good 'osteria' in front of the hotel were you can find real Italian food.
no, I liked everything
Good central location, very tastfully appointed in "early venetian" style
A little hard to find, also there is a restaurant immediately across the lane with outdoor seating (literally 10 feet away) - this is very noisy until about midnight when the balance of patrons are ushered inside. If one was to have an early night, this would be a definite issue - apart from this, a really great place to stay
