Good location very close to Rialto & San Marco
The location was excellent and flanked by a great inexpensive area, not to mention a very quiet haven, but only 5minutes from the hustle and bustle of pzza San Marco.
The unfortunate letdown, was the staff. But only the first receptionist, a young blonde lady who showed a general contempt, rudeness and unwilligness to be helpful, let alone crack a smile. This was a true pity, because the older gentleman who greeted us in the morning was exceptional, friendly, patient and willing to to be helpful and kind in a heartbeat, in order to assist us.
View and sounds from my window.
Check in after 14-00 and check out before 11-00.
Very nice place. great locatipn near marcus square.. not lifte/elevator. nice hotel. updated interior with victorsain feel. well worth the money.
It was a very good location to access sights and other (shopping, restaurants etc)
Rooms and bathrooms were extremely small and could not get more than 1 person in the bathroom at a time. We only took overnight bags as we stayed only one night which was fortunate because the bedroom was so small there was no room for a large suitcase. Thera is also no lift so had to carry bags up stairs and breakfast was very basic. Staff also not very interested when asked for informAtion or assistance with room problems - tv did not work, aIr conditioning either.
Location and price . Room was also larger than most Venice hotels we have stayed in.
Lack of an elevator .
Location is excellent. Hotel staff very hepful. You can leave your luggage at reception when checking out. Overall: Highly recommended.
No elevator but hotel staff help us with the "heavy" luggage
It was an easy walk from San Marco.
