pric and value
the personal service and free internet The quality of the food could be a little better
This hotel provides the transport of their customers to the EIMA exhibition in Bologna. It´s free.
Good price/quality value, beautiful countryside, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff,... The hotel in Tolè was a long ride from the nearest cities Bologna/Modena. You really need a car to get there. Unfortunately there's nothing to see/do in the town of Tolè.
Very good serivce and quality for price. Was very good food and also location is very good. Very nice attitiude from personel.
Breakfast is nice, the staff are nice and they provide shuttle bus during fair time..otherwise it will cost you Euro 60 to reach bologna.. The location is very far if you have business in Bologna..
very helpful staff. good value for money for b and b. dinner good if a bit on dear side. would stay here again if in region
Staffs were very helpful. A little bit far from Bologna than we expected, though the surroundings were very nice.
service, atmosphere, personel long road from the city
Pool was great with the slide, breakfast was good!
nothing. worst hotel I stayed. hotel staff was shouting at me when we would ask where the breakfast is. they call taxi for you which arrive in 45 minutes and they dont let you get aother taxis meanwhile. And you pay 30 euro for 15 euro ride. rooms I dont even make a comment.
First of all, very important to note, that map here is wrong! The hotel is much further from the city, then noted here. There is no free internet access, you have to pay 10 euro for one hour. The stuff is boorish, rude and every time tries to speak to you Italian even if they know that you don't understand it. Before going to bed I had to through out 4 shield bugs walking around in the room. The water pipe in bath was blocked. The hotel is using often by Polish truck drivers. Maybe it was once a 4* hotel but they really don't care to keep their rate. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would advice to avoid booking this hotel.
Helpfull staff. Good food. Looked a little shabby, needs a little updating/decorating
food is ok
the price was good but it's not a hotel for holiday it s indicate just for a short city trip if you want not to spend a lot of money Very old furniture!
Is located close to Bologna Was beside a night club
breakfast - night mare
Great value for money
I hated this hotel and cant believe your company would offer it as an option. The fact that they charged me approximately 250 euros a night for the worst hotel I've ever been in is a travesty. I stayed in a hotel 100x better in Milan for half the price. This is an old disgusting hotel that hasnt done rennovations since the early 1970'S. Rooms were barely liveable, Breakfast was nasty. Surly and non family atmosphere exists at nightime. Its over 12 km from the city not the 3 km they state they are. do not stay here!!
Really relaxing, tranquil quiet setting. Pool was lovely. Views amazing. Golf course just below and lovely local restaurant. We stopped on our way from Pisa to Bologna and wanted a small typically Tuscan experience. Owner was lovely and spoke good English.
pleasant atittude of staff, beautiful nature around,... reconstruction of another part of hotel
We loved the breakfast and hospitability of the housewife. very difficulf to find in the evening.
We were made to feel very welcome at the Lodole. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Great place to unwind. Breakfast was good and the capuchinos excellent, with the added bonus of a wonderful view of the valley. No, but car is definitely required.
Very nice clean and pleasand place for country lover guests location too far
As we had chosen Helvetia as part of our Honeymoon trip, we were delighted to discover a bottle of champagne in our room upon arrival!! The hotel location is great and the spa facilities were fantastic!! We were surprised to be charged €15 per person additional to the hotel room rate to use the pool. The room was very small, good for single occupancy but not for double.. Poor breakfast. Hotel a bit expensive considering the decor..
nice rooms, nice breakfast. the pool costs aditional 30€ by day, which it seems absurd, because we didn´t had that information, and because 30€ a day is not a fair value only for a pool in a 3/4 stars hotel.... the guy in the recepcion informed us that the pool opens at 8h00 and when we came at 8h00 there was a girl that said that only opens at 9h00!!!! bad service. bad information!
One of the best places I ever stayed in when beeing i Italia.
Pleasant staff, clean room, central location Pool should be a facility for all hotel guests
The service provided and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Most of the food was produced on the estate and was very well prepared and cooked by the chef We were for 2 nights and the restaurant was closed the first night although another restaurant was recommended
Fantastic organic produce available including superb wines from local vineyard. Evening diner was a treat, traditional Italian food (not pizza!). I would recommend this semi-agro tourism venue to anyone. The restraunt in particular was excellent. No tea/coffee etc immediately available in the room or outside meal times.
Great hospitality, fantastic service and top quality food and wine. Excellent value. Quality wine and many cases bought.
Alles !! Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen ... Everything perfect! Nothing to complain! It was so quiet ... excactly how we wanted it! Perfect place to relax ! Restaurant war geschlossen. Restaurant was closed!
The exquisite cuisine and the charming scnenery of the vineyards.
Friendliness of the owners and staff. Excellent room size. Private parking OK. Nice surroundings and garden area. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom if taps kept open.
Friendly atmosphere, good view over the surrounding countryside. Good value at the low off-season prices. Bologna within reach.
Better staff, a little bit english-spoken.
Another great stay
I've stayed at the Roma on many previous occasions and will do so again. I like the centrality of the venue to the station, and the fact that the continental breakfast buffet is considerably better than any other hotel in Porretta. The staff are extremely good, and most of them have a better standard of English than I do of Italian (regrettably for me...) It didn't bother me especially, but the fact that the front of the building overlooks the bar can make for some noisy evenings for anyone whose room faces that way!
great position and central to everything in centre of town. Staff helpful and welcoming. Room clean lack of windows in room
excellent location, easy access from train station, centre of town, staff pleasant, room large enough, shower and toilet very nice and also very clean
price, convenience, location could use some dusting
Location of the hotel. No internet connection in room (it was promised and it is must for business trip). Problems could arise also regarding electric outlets.
