Pros: Very nice breakfast buffet, if a little pricey. Helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out.
Cons: I'm sensitive to perfumes and their cleaning chemicals were a little heavy in that area - but I think this wouldn't bother most people.
Friendly, clean, nice views, walking distance to nice restaurants.
Pros: The welcome from the staff was wonderful.

Pros: Very pleasant, helpful staff who had a cheerful attitude with customers and each other. Very well located
Pros: The staff was excellent, from the reception to the restaurant servers to the lounge/bar attendants and housekeeping. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location on the river is fabulous, and the proximity to restaurants, the marché en plein air, the boulangeries and the delights of the Vézère Valley are exceptional. Definitely request a room overlooking the river. The roof top terrasse was spectacular at sunset.
Cons: The rooms could use some updating, but everything was clean and in working order. All non-smoking rooms would be an advantage. If you're not used to traveling outside the US, you may not be as pleased with this hotel as we were.
Pros: The staff couldn't of been anymore friendly or helpfull ! The rooms are big and spacious and the view was beautiful (we booked a river view room)
Cons: Although the rooms are big and spacious it was far too warm, there isn't any airconditioning and it's a must in France in August!!!!
Pros: Position in the city and surrounding area (lot of sites to visit by car: caves, castles etc)
Pros: Its location is quite good. The village is nice, but specially due to its surroundings: the river, the villages of the region,... The personal was nice and the swimmingpool is great. We ate in its restaurant, and the meal was good.
Cons: The worst thing is our case was the bed: they should be urgently changed. It is an old-fashion hotel, but somehow charming at the sametime...
Pros: Location ,Location,Location
Pros: location superb
Cons: Standard of service only adequate, certain areas grubby and badly in need of refurbishment. O.K. for a one night stop-over which is a shame as Le Bugue is an ideal base for visiting the area and the hotel could be a wonderful attraction
Pros: We were made extremely welcome in this very family orientated hotel.
Pros: the location is very good, the staff friendly and helpful,
Cons: we did not like the standard of comfort this is not 3star quality. the rooms are basic decor poor in need of refurbishment, menu lacks imagination
Pros: Friendly staff, and the view from the room was fantastic. The rooms were nice, and spacious.
