Pros: Quiet location. The best hotel in town.
Pros: The staff is excellent! The location is great, so is the restaurant - very delicious food.
Cons: We could smell vomit in our room. It was obvious that the guests before us did something, that was tried to be masked with a cleaner with a very strong odor. Also the whirlpool water was old and a bit smelly, had an impression that it hasnt been changed for ages.
Pros: Good breakfast accommodated our vegaterian desires
Cons: Bed matress was too hard.
Pros: Staff amazing
Cons: It was all brilliant
Pros: Tasty burger in the cafe :) Cozy room with big bath. Lot of options in the hotel for the price. Nice and friendly staff.
Pros: We are traveling every year to enjoy snow and are staying at this hotel. This is small town hotel, so it is simple, but has all you need for good time - very nice restaurant, sauna/jakusi, free WiFi, 'kids corner', parking and peaceful atmosphere. Staff is very polite and helpful. Very good price-performance.
Cons: All was good!
Pros: Staff was super friendly. Parking right outside door. We were travelling with big dog and everybody took it friendly, pet was allowed to join in breakfast brunch. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet in room.
Pros: Clean, modern, comfortable beds. Good location for cyclists on the road. Good food at the on site restaurant. Breakfast is ok.
Cons: WiFi not so strong. Shades on large balcony window are not dark. Light comes in strong at 04:30 am in June
Pros: Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is more than friendly and willing to help! Amazing breakfast! Very personal attitude!
Cons: Would like to have black-out curtains that don't let the sun in, so could sleep longer in the morning, otherwise woke up at 6 together with the sun. :)
Pros: Room spare but clean and functional. Clean and neat. Great breakfasts. Everything we expected and more.
Cons: Baths a bit slippery - could have more safety features.
Pros: The hotel was new and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged for my laundry to get washed and a local gentleman to show me around in his car. A very pretty small country community.

Pros: Located near the beautiful lake Alauksts. Much to do - fishing, boat trips, barbecue etc., or just plain relaxing in the nature. Quiet and peaceful.
Pros: Place, lake Alauksta, activities
Cons: All was great!
Cons: Shower was very basic, the outlet of the washing machine let all the dirty water on the floor of the shower. Its a nice peaceful place right by a lake but pretty difficult to enjoy the serenity when they decide 10pm is a good time to mown the lawn.
Pros: Place is very beautiful and if you wake up at 6 in the morning you can catch absolute power of nature and set your mind to have a wonderful day. Many watersports - you can hire a boat, you can catch a fish or do many other things connected with water
Cons: Communication with customers could be much better. I understand that this camping is not a Ritz hotel but anyway - every place deserves polite attitude and helpful staff no matter if you pay 10 or 100euros per night.
Pros: Exceptionally beautiful nature, very clean
Cons: Need to take along own drinking water, WC was wuite far away, I assume it is because of the specific nature conditions- the cabins are right at the waterfront.
Pros: Stuff, location, ... ALL good... would definitely come back!!!
Cons: Would be great to have 1-2 more toilets :)

Pros: Very cozy, stylish room in a beautiful old style manor house. Very green surrounding. Everything was clean and accessible, including local pound for swimming.

Pros: Good location, with a spa. Great place to relax. Friendly and supportive receptionist.
Cons: Service quality and staffing needs to be improved. Restaurant menu options were limited. Food quality was below expectations.
Pros: Nature surroundings, staff
Cons: Really our-of-date bathroom, spa only for extra money - poor price-quality ratio
Pros: Great garden with a latge pond, place to walk, amazing sunset, oberal very relaxing environment. Breakfast was delicious. Main building is very nice, so you can shoot great photos.
Cons: Room was too small, not enough air to breath at night for 3 people. It was also quite hot, given it was a summer night. However we were informed about the room size, so we just went for it, because larger rooms were all booked. Price also justifies the room size. Only one of two coffee machine was working, so there were constant lines/waiting to get a cup of coffee.
