Pros: Our SatNav took us to the correct turn-off of the main road and then we just had to follow the long and windy road up the hill. At strategic points there are signs to point you the right way. Eventually we arrived at a B&B where we were immediately warmly welcomed by Rodrigo, who showed us around the property which the family has started to convert into a charming B&B. The location makes only half the attraction, but the views and peace and quiet are wonderful! The other half are the owners who are the friendliest and most accommodating couple we met on our “tour de France”. Our room was quite spacious, with a view over the valley, flooded in great colours in the morning - and it had the most comfortable bed. Such a great night’s sleep. And finally the food. Before we left the UK Stephanie had been in touch if we would like dinner as well (not included in the price) but worth the extra money. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the valley we went through canapés, starters, main, and dessert, plus a selection of cheeses, topped with a bottle of white wine. Everything freshly prepared from local produce wherever possible. And the breakfast was equally delicious and organic. We wish Stephanie and Rodrigo all the success for finishing off their work to turn this lovely old building into a very special B&B. We are planning to visit next year again.
Cons: If there was a niggle to be mentioned then perhaps that it needs a bit of tidying up.
Pros: Words are not sufficient to say how beautiful the area is with the twisting winding road up to the house that offers glimpses of what is to come. The building is stunning, the views are over load in the sensory sense, just exquisite. The owners are so hospitable, the food is excellent, supper was divine and breakfast all home made sets you up for your journey to wherever!! If you want to get away from the world, technology and have a good detox, this is the place for you, after a full restful sleep on the most comfortable bed we slept in, we were well prepared for our onward journey. A beautiful natural environment. Photo attached of the morning sunrise from our bedroom!!!
Cons: Wifi is difficult, but good to leave technology for one night!!
Pros: dinner (on request) was very good, very calm environment, wonderful view of the surrounding hills and forests, breakfast (good bread, yogurt, organic)
Cons: could be better organized and maintained (breakfast, checkin), not yet 100 percent finished
Pros: The food and drink was excellent and we loved the personal service and range of local seasonal produce we had.
Cons: We loved everything
Pros: It's an amazing place to enjoy the nature! A great possibility to taste a home-cooked meal! It was my Birthday and it was so nice of the owners to give me a little present!
Pros: The owners were very nice and very obliging. The view was breathtaking and the breakfast was very fresh and tasty!
Pros: Very welcoming and caring young couple. Extremely peaceful place. Wonderful view on national park. Excellent diner and breakfast.
Cons: The first view of the property is a little worrying. Untidy courtyard but all the rest is great.
Pros: This is a merveillous place (tres belle) en French, the owners are really sweet, the mountains breathtaking, the lamb cutlets were perfect, the little creek also great for a swim. The only thing is that it is a bit hard to find. Don't go there for the big screen TV. Thank you so very much for your hospitality. Marc and Chloe
Cons: Nothing, this is obviously for travelers seeking a retreat away from the non sense of today, long walks, beautiful sceneries, tranquility and meditation, so, don't expect a TV, the internet doesn't work in the room upstairs but it does downstairs, completely fine with me.
Pros: This place is a sanctuary. The wind was blowing hard when we arrived and seemed to deliver us to the top of the mountain, where we stared at the view for a very long time because it was so good we were unable to fully comprehend it. At no notice our hosts cooked for us the most beautiful and carefully made meal and welcomed us to their home not as strangers but as friends. A restorative 24 hours
Cons: We liked everything
Pros: wonderful place, environment, and hosts
Cons: perfect in every sense

Pros: Quiet location, friendly hosts, characterful room with modern shower. Upgraded to a studio with a kitchen (which we used as all 4 restaurants in town were closed on the wednesday night!).
Pros: The owner was very helpful and very kind.
Cons: We asked for two beds. In the reservation they asked us to sign if we want 1 big bed or two beds . We wrote two beds but they give us 1 big bad and said that we have to write it. I told them that I did it but they said we haven't now. This isn't 60 square meters that they wrote. We hadn't wifi in our room.
Pros: Nathalie and Frédérick were excellent hosts. The room was very comfortable with high standard accessories. We had the use of the adjoining lounge and terrace. We were fortunate to have booked an evening meal which we thoroughly enjoyed on the terrace as all the restaurants and the hotel in town were closed. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day walking. Highly recommended.
Pros: This was a small stone cabin with 2 wonderful rooms. Great shower and great bed for a restful sleep. Could stay here a night or big enough for a few days.
Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike. An historical area that is very unique in its old stone buildings.

Pros: The hotel is in a small village in Southern France so we didn'd have a lot of expectations. I thin we appreciated the most the location of the property. It was near the main road, on a small street. Nice view around for great walks. The restaurant is great. One of the 3 options in the village, but I think this is the best. They don't have a lot of options, but the ones they have are just great! The bed was very comfortable, we've had a great sleep.
Cons: A lot of negative things, actually: - The room was extremly old with a lot of problems. We've killed a big bug inside the room in the first night. The second day, the bug was still there although the room was serviced (it seems that they only arranged the bed). The bathroom mirror was very low so shaving was a nightmare. The shower didn't work properly, the water was sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot. - The hotel was supposed to have parking lots. When we arrived, we were asked to park "wherever we want, maybe on the moon, if we want to". The street was very narrow, so we parked in a public parking 1km away from the location; - The checkin was supposed to be opened between 12:00 - 23:00. We arrived at around 17:30 and we found a note on the door: "Opens at 18:00". I tryed to call for almost half an hour to find out what is going on. After 20 minutes of conitnuous calling someone answered and told me that he opens at 18:00 and so he did. - The staff was very rude from time to time. We asked for the menu in the restaurant, they sent us to see it outside, on the door. We asked about the breakfast, the've told us that we will see in the morning what they will offer. - Just one person from the staff knows english (middle level english)
Pros: Very good meal. Friendly staff. who were happy to store our cycles safely.
Pros: Very good food and music on terras
Pros: Very nice restaurant, great food, large room, calm, very friendly staff!
Cons: Street leading to Hotel quite narrow, depending on the size of the car it might be advisable to park on the village’s main square
Cons: Staff welcome. Food quality. Value for money. Charme.
