Great Hotel, huge room (triple), very good facilities and an excelent price.
Hotel is attractive regional design with clean modern rooms comfortable, well equipped with all amenities. Extremely good value with breakfast included. Poor sign-age. No hotel sign visible approaching from the east. Only a very small sign approaching from west. Therefore unnecessarily difficult to find hotel if unfamiliar with the area.
Brand new Hotel. Opened August 2008. Nice buffet breakfast.
very clean and good quality accommodation at an attractive rate; staff pleasant and friendly - nothing not to like! dining room lacked atmosphere, but at the rate we had that was acceptable- food was of good quality and well prepared
Lovely setting in the mountains, modern rooms, good breakfast
A good place place to stay, comfortable, good food. Unable to control the noisy air conditioning.
I liked that we were close to wildlife and positioned in lush, scenic countryside. Close to Covadonga and close to Llanes and other coastal beaches and miradors (vistas). The food. First night's dinner was bland and dull. Breakfasts (included) were worse. Uninspiring.
all was excelent i would recomend to all also the region is very nice everyone was very kind. david m ,france
Beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil with very friendly owners. The service was excellent with excellent value for money. no
The price It's not really in Ribbadassella, but about 2 km from it. the village itself is very difficult to travel in (no street names), and we got lost twice.
Beautiful setting, indoors and out; spacious room; excellent, friendly service, plenty of things to do. None whatsoever
Beautiful, rural setting.Very smart and impeccably clean.Very pleasant staff.Excellent breakfast. In rainy weather there are few facilities at this hotel and the room, although very smart, would be rather dark.Need at least a smattering of Spanish.
The wonderfully friendly family that ran the hotel. It was in a very tranquil location if a little difficult to find at first. The beaches and mountains are all within easy reach and so beautiful. It would have been nice to have had tea making facilities in the room.
The personal attention and friendliness of the owners who did not speak English but were still able to recommend places to eat and things to do.
near to the beach
- Great view on the sea. Some rooms have a sea view. - Good breakfast buffet - Nice beach just infront of the hotel. - Nice cities around the hotel. - Very good price - NIce staff. - Very familiar and stylish - Need a car! - Restaurants in the village are expensive for students, but in the village 2 min away the prices are ok.
The hotel has very good proximity to the beach - only about a 5min walk. The hotel is very expensive for what it is. I wouldn't judge this to be a very good 3-star hotel as it is not very well built. The corridor provides noise most of the time and you can easily hear your next-door neighbours through the walls. We didn't get a sea view or balcony, in fact our room was quite dark. Other facilities are basic with just a breakfast room (which does have a lovely view of the sea). However, this room isn't used for meals at any other time of day and is a bit of a wasted opportunity.
It's location overlooking the beach at Niembro was lovely at breakfast time. None of the ground floor rooms have any view at all, just screening. Breakfast was not bad but could get a little busy at the weekends. The two local beaches are lovely and within easy strolling distance of the hotel. There is no restaurant and reception closes in the evening so access by pincode is used. Bear in mind if you are arriving late. There are three restaurants within easy walking distance in the village, one is excellent, but shuts Sunday night Quite difficult to find, it is signposted from the mainroad but from only one direction. Niembro is a typical Spanish village with narrow twisting roads with a curious one way system which the locals seem to ignore
Modern, clean, good value for money Difficult to get restaurant, especially on monday, when almost everything is closed in Spain.
The location and the views from the restaurant of the unspoilt bay and headland opposite are absolutely beautiful The hotel does not do evening meals - althought there are some small restaurants within walking distance in the village.
Very nice and clean with friendly stuff. Breakfast is OK. The hotel is somewhat tricky to find. Car is a must.
It was well communicated. My room was just next to the reception, with only a door in between. I could hear every conversation and noise outside, which would go on until midnight, time when the hotel was closed. The staff didn't seem to care that there was someone in the room, and it was difficult to sleep and impossible to wake up late. I wouldn't recommended it for solo travellers like me, at least if you want to get a good rest at night.
