Pros: Quiet, peaceful, nice design, comfortable place with accomodating owner. Adorable donkeys!
Pros: The amazing views of the pyrenees. The roulotte has hot shower with good water pressure. It has all you need from kitchen, laundry, bbq griller, to olive oil. It is comfortably warm in colder nights thanks to the 2 radiators installed.
Cons: There were flies who like to sneak in. They don't bite but annoying to hear them flap their wings. There is a mosquito trapper provided in the roulotte which is good
Pros: It was a unique experience. The place is simply beautiful. Gwenaelle is attentive to detail and helpful. The Roulotte is as beautiful as it shows in the photos, it is comfortable and you can sleep in the comfortable bed watching the stars and breathe the pure mountain air. Amenities are all in excellent condition. Luz is situated excellently close to places like Gavarnie, Lourdes and Tourmuse. I would recommend the Roulottes 100%.
Cons: At first I was surprised that we were asked to sign a contract, and it made us feel a bit concerned. But then we realised that the owners have worked very hard for the Roulotte, so this helps future guests find the place in excellent condition.
Pros: The view is stunning! The accomodation is very clean, comfortable, private and good equipt. Best spot we ever bbqed. Gwenelle and Remy are really friendly. Just book it you wont regret it.
Pros: Exceptionally good. We loved everything about our stay. We were so comfortable and slept 10 hours every night after all the walking and fresh air. A brilliant place to visit so many other lovely places. We were very happy and Gwen looked after us perfectly. We will go back.

Cons: The weather could have been better!
Pros: breakfast (very good homemade jam), very friendly and helpful owner, refrigerator in living room
Cons: dust on bed table, some fruits were not fresh any more
Pros: We stayed at the family room with a lovely view of the valley. But what's really great about the stay was the hospitality from the host. We arrived a bit early than the official check in time, but the host came to welcome us once she saw us. The breakfast was copious and delicious! We were well-fed with handmade jams, yogurt and a good selection of cheese, bread and fruit each breakfast before heading to a full-day hiking. The host was very friendly and kind to provide us the information about the restaurant and hiking route. The room is well kept by the host and very clean. It's easy to park the car and we woke up to enjoy the fresh air and great view by simply stepping out of our room. definitely want to stay again! Merci beaucoup pour tous! On a passé les bonheurs chez vous.
Cons: nothing! everything was fantastic!
Pros: Friendly people. Great breakfast with homemade yogurt and delicious coffee. Beautiful views.
Pros: Warm and nice welcome. Very good breakfast. We were offered to park the motorbikes in front of the stable - very convenient, because the regular parking place is a bit sloping. Landlady speaks French, English, Spanish.
Cons: Shower was very tiny
Pros: the lady who rans the place is lovely , she created every morning a wonderful atmostphere around the breakfast table where we met some other very nice guest.
Pros: We had a very warm welcome and a lovely double room which seems to have been recently decorated. The communal spaces (small kitchen, dining area, lounge and outdoor terrace) were an added bonus. It was a great location surrounded by meadows with nice views of the mountains, and a short drive to town. We had a very comfortable stay, and breakfast was great! Would love to come again.
Pros: Everything: very quiet and charming place, extremely friendly atmosphere, delicious homemade breakfast, nice and convenient location, beautiful scenery...
Pros: The quietness, the environment, the excellent contact with our hostess, the proximity of some of the most beautiful sites.

Cons: All was good
Pros: Allowed me to check in at 14.00 Kind staff
Cons: I have stayed for 2 days. Stayed there at off season. First night the central heating was almost turned down. Next they some people arrived and heating was ok. All the restaurants and bars were closed at night. So i wanted to drink some beers at the hotel but no beer was available (if no language barrier took place) No English speaking staff. Couldnt ask for the touristic attractions.
Pros: Staff were friendly, room wasn’t anything special but everything was clean!
Cons: Shower was very small so could hardly move in there!
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Tea and coffee making facilities would be a good addition.
Pros: Good location to get access to the walks to the circues
Pros: The room was clean and located near the center of the small town.
Cons: Breakfast was over six euros for a coffee, juice, yogurt, and a croissant. I felt cheated. There is a store across the street and a bakery on the corner which are better alternatives.
Pros: Clean, tidy and excellent location.
Cons: If only the room also had a bath!

Pros: The accommodation was superb and we also greatly appreciated the hearty breakfast on offer.
Cons: A small thing was the lack of a fridge in the room - but all was OK as we were given the use of the lounge room fridge instead.
Pros: Location, personal attention. Breakfast. Confortable
Cons: No TV in the rooms.
Pros: Characterful, charming, small hotel beautifully situated in Luz St Sauveur which made a perfect base for our Pyrenees adventure. Friendly, interested and helpful hosts. We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment which was perfect for our needs but my parents were in one of the rooms which was equally good. We also enjoyed the organic breakfast each morning which set us up for the day. Lovely croissants and great coffee prepared by Steve.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: the location
Cons: everything más fine
Pros: Location. Super clean, quiet & friendly staff. You will get the French charm for sure. We stayed at the apartment, it was excellent, it had all the utensils for cooking and also very spacious.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: The owner was exceptionally knowledgeable of the region, weather/geography, providing maps and detailed information for all outdoor activities. The info provided had such a positive impact on my trip. My advice i to listen to whatever suggestions she has. Had storage for my bicycle, good selection of breakfast items. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: You have to be OK with relaxed security. It's a small, safe town and everything worked out just fine. Just more relaxed than I have been used to.

Cons: It's a little out of town, and the room a little cramped for 4 of us
Pros: Location is spectacular and generously sized room with your own Juliet balcony.
Pros: Staff excellent, accommodated bikes well
Cons: This hotel needs renovation to justify the prices
Pros: Simple but clean room and spacious bathroom
Cons: The sheets and bed might be more comfortable
Pros: They did not keep me waiting, much appreciated. Friendly enough. And accessible.
Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: No coffee making facilities in room
Pros: Very nice proprietors, clean room and nice view over the river. Easy parking in front of the hotel in the shoulder season when we were there. Quick drive into town and bike-friendly.
Pros: Hotel staff was nice and parking is possible just in front of the hotel. The hotel is not very big (rather a family type?) and not in the very downtown. But is well located when you plan trips to Pic du Midi and/or Gavernie.
You'll be centrally located in Esquieze-Sere with a stay at Le Montaigu, and 1 minutes by foot from Pyrenees National Park. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and an elevator (lift). Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The balcony in the room I was moved too.

Pros: Incredible views and very helpful staff. Close walk to town' hoodcrestaurant at hotel and surrounding town. Would love to return some day!
Cons: Room was small. Farther away from thermal hot springs than I expected. Traffic was very heavy as Tour de France came thru town.
Pros: Great parking, good location
Pros: The location is fine
Cons: The room is very very poor and ugly and the bed is so inconvenient that I didn’t sleep one moment at night!!!!!! The breakfast is poor
Pros: Room was clean and quiet big.
Cons: The room had really unmodern style with Wall-to Wall carpet and an ancient bed cover. Moreover there were nowhere to hang the towels and the room smelled a bit ’old’ when arriving. The breakfast was really disappointing when paying 10 euros for it. The few things the breakfast had were not filled up when we arrived.
Pros: Large size bed, big bathroom. Just a few minutes walk from the center, quiet at night.

Pros: Location is perfect if you visit the surroundings!

Located 50 meters from the Luzéa Thermal Baths, the hotel Panoramic et des Bains is 1.5 km from Luz-Saint-Sauveur. It was built during the second half of the 19th century and has kept its Napoleonic style. It offers guest rooms, some of which are located in the main building while others are in the Villa Panoramic. Most of the rooms have a view of the valley. You will find a restaurant with a panoramic view, spacious and luminous. During the winter season, you could enjoy the bar with its chimney. Free private car park is available. Motorbikes can be parked in a garage, for an extra fee.
Pros: The staff was helpful when needed. Room was clean. Felt very much like a B&B.
Cons: The property has not been updated in a while. For those looking for a newer feel, this may not be place for you.
Pros: The surroundings, view and restaurant
Pros: Our room was spacious enough, the basic bathroom spacious too and the view next to the hotel is great
Cons: No air conditioning. It's out of town so you need a car to eat out. The place has its charm but it's not enough to compensate for the low degree of comfort.
Pros: - Hotel is renovated.... very clean
Cons: - Dinner is not served if you are a little late (after 8 I think)
Pros: Location is the best in Luz St Sauveur with the restaurant perched on the edge of the gorge, the views are delightful, a very special place. Food was good and wholesome and a very fine breakfast. The friendly owner and very helpful wife looked after us to perfection,
When you stay at Hôtel de Londres in Esquieze-Sere, you'll be steps from Pyrenees National Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nicely decorated Recently renewed At the heart of the city
Cons: Not hot water a 9am Internet was not working
Pros: Breakfast was fine og friendly staff. Restaurant fine. Location and base for different sport activities summer and winter. We took many walking tours in the beautiful high mountains. We knew the hotel for a visit app. 15 years ago and a lot of work has improved the whole hotel considerably.
Pros: Location close to cirque de gavarnie in a pretty Pyrenees town. Good value meals and very varied choices for breakfast.
Cons: The cooking smell of fat frying pervaded upstairs. The unusual river pebbles set in concrete in the shower tray were impossible to keep clean, I think, so not very hygienic.
Pros: Location was good and we did have a view of the cascading river. The shower was great.
Cons: There was no fridge to put our perishable goods in and there was no coffee or tea making facility. I disliked the long basin in the bathroom as toothpaste kept shooting to the sides when you ran the water. The bathroom smelt stale although it looked clean and I found the bed too soft. Sorry to have so many complaints but I don't this this hotel lives up to standards shown on the website.
Pros: Bedroom was fine, bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. Staff were mostly polite. Location is excellent.
Cons: As already mentioned by other reviewers, the blankets were old and tatty. The pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was miserable, terrible coffee, awful fruit salad and dry cake.
Pros: We were visiting Luz St. Laurent for the Tour de France. The hotel was right on the route, conveniently located in the village and offered parking. We were traveling with a toddler and they were able to accommodate our needs perfectly. We had a balcony off the room and we could keep the door open, which was nice for the warm summer night. We would stay again if we are lucky enough to return.
Pros: Wonderful view . Clean comfortable room . Good bathroom . Helpful kind staff . Great position
Cons: Heat wave . So it was extremely hot . No air con . Otherwise it was lovely . Good parking for town location

When you stay at Résidence Les Balcons de l'Yse in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, you'll be in the mountains and steps from Pyrenees National Park. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Clean and well equipped, friendly owner
Cons: Receptionist was inaccurate with her details did not explain well where my room was on arrival and did not seem to care much if you could not speak good French
Pros: Great location to village Luc Sauveur and for cycling in the Pyrenees
Cons: There was no facility to wash / washing machine
Pros: The communal seating area with pool table and piano. Staff very helpful even though we arrived late at night and had to disturb them with late check in. Although this was quite a big complex with numerous buildings and several apartments in each they had good sound insulation and once in apartment were not aware of other guests at all.
Cons: I thought that I had seen on the website that pastries could be ordered for delivery at property but this was not an option. It may have been my mistake. Our apartment had a slightly damp smell on arrival but I think it was because there was a wet mop left by previous tenants. Might be a good idea to ask guests to leave mop on balcony to dry on vacating the apartments. Having to pay a supplement to have the beds made. We arrived late at night with young children and would have liked to put them straight to bed but balked at additional costs of £30 per apartment when already paying handsomely for the accommodation.
Pros: perfect location , nice & quiet apartment with extraodinary view. We also did appreciate swiming pool.
Cons: Maitress too slim ....
Pros: Clean rooms nice swimming pool
Cons: Limited time of working hours : reception open only 9-12 , 16:00-20:00 Expensive tor the productthey supply smakl kitchen no oven The Owner attitude is to strict - too many rules...
Pros: Clean comfortable accommodation. Very friendly staff. Situated in a pleasant town close to some superb mountain scenery. If you like flowers then perfect to see some alpine plants. If you like birds then Lammergeier and Griffon Vulture both found in the area. And the best were the Marmots. Rolling and tumbling on the mountain pastures. The swimming pool was a bonus too.
Cons: It would be great to have more than one pillow and an extra cover on one night would have been appreciated.
Pros: View and location for visiting nearby towns was good.
Cons: Needs a facelift. Flaking paint and feels a bit tired.
Pros: Clean good facilities great view
Cons: No free wifi
Pros: Drive took longer than expected and the manager stayed late especially to meet us. The view from our side balcony over the town was delightful.
Cons: A little disappointed not to have a front-facing room with a view, considering very few of the apartments were occupied and we wondered why we were on the first floor, rather than the ground. The pool was rather too shallow to swim in. You have to make up your own bed and there is no breakfast available.
Pros: GOOD THINGS: 1. Clean and Tidy 2. Towel Material is good 3. Hot water supply was plenteous 4. Space Heaters were up to the job. 5. Mattress was comfortable 6. Kettle, Sink, Fridge, Hob &c all OK. 7. Accessible 8. Good Parking 9. Swimming Pool Nice. 10. Sheets made of nice material 11. Good hanging space for coats 12. Double Glazing Excellent 13. Stainless Steel Saucepans were good.
Cons: POOR THINGS: 1. No draining board in kitchen – cheap plastic would do. 2. No instructions for coffee machine 3. No decent mattress protector for the bed 4. Nasty pillows that don’t fit into the pillow cases. 5. Bath towels small 6. No swimming towels provided 7. Difficult to hang up towels and swimming costumes to dry 8. No Cafetière. 9. No Garlic Press. 10. Cups are too small 11. Bath unnecessarily too short and also uncomfortable (see 23 below). 12. Blunt and inadequate kitchen knives 13. Curtains too light for ground floor privacy. 14. Light bulbs had not been checked so one wasn’t working (Reported) 15. Extractor fan in lavatory is on permanently (Reported) 16. Electricity supply kept cutting out and is too easily overloaded. 17. No milk in the coffee and tea area of the Billiard Room, despite having a fridge. 18. No wooden spoons, 19. No sieve, 20. No drying up cloth 21. No Oven Glove 22. No Washing Up Brush 23. SUPERFICIAL ARCHITECTURE. E.g. windows in Billiard Room and Sitting room unnecessarily small, Artificial Fire Place. Walls in wrong place in H43, wasting space. Emphasis on “appearances” (e.g. wash basin in bathroom) while many things are actually too cheap and nasty. Too few changing rooms next to the Swimming Pool (Too big, too many showers). Exceptionally poorly located electrical outlets. THREE EXTRACTOR FANS removing hot air from H43 continuously; is this recycled through heatpumps to the swimming pool or wasted? Architectural details left to inexperienced, lazy or careless student?. 24. Bed-side light nowhere near bright enough to read by. 25. No room for second Bedside Cupboard. 26. Electricity Mains Socket outlets should have USB Ports on at least one of them and be correctly located. 27. No Bed-Heads. 28. Heaters in the swimming pool changing room doesn’t work. 29. Value for money: We do not know. However the Wifi charge is a very annoying rip off. 30. Plug in the bath in the bathroom does not work properly. 31. No Bath cleaning brush. 32.
