We really liked the central location. All the major points of interests were in walking distance.
Very close to shopping area and subway station. Spacious room.
The floors are splint into 2 levels and the second level has no lift access. This is very difficult to carry luggage and baby stroller over the stair case. There is no bell man you have to take your own tuff to the room. Heating is bad in the room.
stuck in elevator, very expensive internet. Free wifi only in lobby is on tickets for 30 minutes, very expensive breakfast (17 euro per person).
I really loved the location even if they are not positioned on Maria Hilferstrasse as they assume but on a street behind it.
They skipped cleaning my room and my mother's room for one day and in exchange I've received only apologizes but no financial rewards as it was normal.
The location was perfect: close to the main shopping street in Vienna and close to the Museum Quartier. The tube station, on line 3, was also very close giving access to the whole Vienna area. The rooms are actually spacious modern suites (for two) with enough space for 4 people to eat(microwave oven and fridge provided). We liked the space, the cleanliness and the friendly reception staff. Internet access was free in the lobby (3 stations) but not in the room. A public car park was located right underneath the hotel.
It was a little difficult to find the entrance at first. There were no controls to switch off the ventilation overnight (not needed in late Sept) and this was audible from the bedroom.
location; comfort of the rooms
no wifi in rooms
air condition was not warking will ,so it was little hot .......... tried to chang the room but all rooms were same.
rooms were large and we had like an living room that was very usefull.
there was no heating in the room and it was very cold. we ask about this problem, but there was no solution. We would have apreciated if we had the posibillity to heat the space.
Hotel location, refrigerator in room.
Water pressure to low in the shower, maybe shower head need to be changed.
Area it was in
Beds were a bit soft..........getting old
