The beds are very comfy and the room is nice and modern It takes at least 30 min to get from the hotel to the city center.
We had a suit, and it was very nice. The hotel staff were polite, but not as helpful as we had experienced elsewhere.
This hotel is located away from everything but being next to the tram & train made it a perfect location for us! I strongly recommend!
Great staff, great room and the most comfortable bed of our entire trip! Other than park and zoo, not much to walk to.
Great location if you're interested in the palace. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in Europe.
This hotel was awesome! I had a huge room with a huge bathroom. I felt like royalty. I definitely recommend this hotel. My friends got a smaller room so you may want to upgrade. The tram and subway station was a three minute walk away so it was convenient.
Cosy rooms Location staff/service Lack of minibar in the room
It's only a short walk to Schoenbrunn Castle where there is so much to see & do. Great way to spend time outdoors getting on to European time after flying all night from Canada!
Hotel itself, staff Breakfast (too expensive)
All the staff can speak english, this is very helpful to international visitors.
Front desk is delightful and knowledgeable -- but over-tasked. Location is amazing if you are visiting Schoenbrunn and using the UBahn metro. Restaurant wait staff are pleasant and prompt! They kept the eating area clean and the coffee flowing. The breakfast offering is actually quite good with plenty of variety and fresh items. Concierge is also Front-desk clerk. This makes for an uncomfortable scenario when you need guidance, but have a line of other waiting patrons behind you (check-out/in, market purchases, key problems, etc.) In the afternoon, there is a bar that is not associated with the restaurant -- and they are quite rude. Actually quite ridiculous. I was berated over (after having purchased) ordering a coffee! After 4 days stay and daily ordering of coffee, I felt attacked and insulted by these two "gentlemen" on our last day in Vienna. They left much to be desired.
it's good hotel & near to the down town the rooms are comfortable you could stay at this hotel for business trips
Very helpful, professional and nice staff, clean and modern room with good equipment, e.g. Tea/Coffee Maker. Close to Schönbrunn Palace, backery and metro station.
The bed was exceptioanlly comfortable and the room was very clean with good facilities. The restaurant was not cheap but it had great food. Close to public transport too.
Smart offer for the upgrade from the reception, colors, food, service in the restaurant. I missed the shoe machine and / or shoe polishing sponge.
We were very impressed by the proffesionalism showed to us by the receptionist of the Hotel, Lena, who really went out of her way to assist us in every way. The Hotel is also very conveniently situated near th Schonbrunn Palace and the Metro station, from which, it only takes 10minutes to get to the centre.
the Kindness of the staff the Breakfast
Excellent service. Floor of our room was creaky. In room should be a water heater.
The friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms. Good location, close to the U-bahn. We have been staying there for many years when in Vienna and enjoy the walks in Schoenebrunn Park.
This is a nice cozy pension very close to Schonbrunn Palace. Although it is on a busy street, all the rooms face inward to a courtyard so it is very quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts were average. There is an elevator. Subway to city center very close. The nearby Heitzing district is a lot of fun to explore on foot.
Excelent location, very clean, kindness of staff, everything was perfect!
the position of the pension and the services
Traffic noise but it was no problem for me as I sleep well anywhere
the intimacy of the room. NA
Visited Schonbrunn Palace. I picked the pension becasue it was close It 100% met my expectations for the price.
Minutes from the Schonbrunn Palace and a metro stop which made the commute into town easy. Our room faced the street side, but with the windows closed this wasn't a problem (we chose this room over the smaller courtyard room). Typical continental breakfast served and not too expensive parking available, which was a plus.
