Pros: The location and the team
Cons: The sewage is not good enough
Pros: Awesome place, quiet, very relaxing, had apartments so could do own cooking, own deck . Very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros: The view, the garden, the playground, the pool and especially the breakfast!
Cons: The house, too much noise from the other guests, A bit lacking in the kitchen equipment for instance no oven/microoven and no bowls.
Pros: Very comfortable hotel. Not just the room itself but also the common areas. From the pool to the Pétanque and football fields. Are clean and very tastefully decorated. We also loved the area to do BBQ.
Cons: To give a score of 10, we would need a dish washer. Sadly our room did not have one (although we had everything necessary to wash dishes by hand). This is just a minor detail and does not remove our recommendation
Pros: Highly recommended. Clean and comfortable rooms, well kept and beautiful grounds, and friendly staff. Furthermore, in an area with a very local feel, lots of domestic (Italian) tourists and away from the crowds. 15 minute drive from the wonderful Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola.
Pros: very friendly and caring hosts. Great place to relax. a very beautiful place. Thank you very much!
Pros: It was really really great. The place is awesome, the location is perfect for those who want to relax and forget about crowded cities for a few days. The host was very kind.

Pros: Matteo welcomed us and assisted us during a very late check-in. He was smiley, friendly and very professional. Later, I needed a phone charger and he promptly provived one. Moreover, he was willing to chat with me about the property in terms of activities, facilities and clientele - since I work in tourism - in spite of the fact that it was past midnight. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable matress and a very spacious bathroom.
Cons: Check-out happend early, during a shift change, so the staff involved was not engaged and busy discussing between them. However, it was a smooth process and we left very happy of our stay.
Pros: Great stay again for a second time, amazing friendly staff, will be back!
Pros: Amazing place in this cute village
Pros: Accommodation, the building and decor was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, always friendly and knowledgeable. The place was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: TV choices very limited
Cons: No help getting bags up to resort
Cons: The airconditioning in the rooms was not functioning.. I tried 2 different rooms and the air conditioning systems only blew out circulated air.. ...so made no difference to the temperature.. I was there in a heat wave.. mid 30s. The staff were not interested in resoving the problem. I did contacted the property before I booked and was informed all studio apartments had air conditioning. IMPOSSIBLE to get any sleep as the room was a hot box. I also had a meal at hotel.. thought the food was very poor.. All glitz on the outside but not a very comfortable.
Pros: Position, staff (deeply gentle), cleanliness,
Cons: Merely nothing! (to be fully honest, we have been here just for one night BUT this doesn't mean it's not enough).
Pros: Beautiful building with large comfortable rooms and great staff and facilities. You must stay here. Great value. I would definitely stay here again. Didn’t bother us but there are hills and stairs to walk up but that is the nature of the town and completely doable ❤️
Pros: Soriano nel Cimino is a fairly small village, kinda like an Eagle's Nest on the top of the hill. We decided it would be our base to explore the surroundings, but the town per se is worth a visit. One of the best options for our stay was Palazzo Catalani and we luckily picked it. Everything since our arrival has been superb, from the welcoming team in the reception, till the very moment of checkout, not a single hindrance restrained us from our full enjoyment of the stay. The venue is simply fantastic with its decoration and the large rooms, lavishly furnished with everything you may need. The staff, mentioned above, is utterly kind and prompt to react to solve problems, satisfy curiosities and help in any way. Definitely a top notch place you shall (must) consider when planning a holiday in the area.
Cons: Cannot think of a single bad thing to say...

Pros: This hotel was perfect! Service was good and they were very kind and helpful. They knew to help with sightseeing places and other places worth to visit. Hotel was situated in very beautiful place arounded with lots of hazelnut trees. Poolside was nice and clean. Rooms were really modern , only minus was that there was no air condition, but at nights there was so fresh air outside that it made apartment fresh and cold. Breakfast was perfect! They offered their own hazelnuts and own made nutella. There was sandwich, cornettos, fruits, juice, something sweet like amaretto cookies and other italian sweets. This is definitely place where you should stay if you want to visit Caprarola, Viterbo, The Lakes, Bagnoregio, Bomarzo...

Pros: What a warm welcome at this beautiful home in a prime location in Soriano Nel Cimino! We loved our stay during the Chestnut Festival. Plus, it was a great location for day trips to Rome, Montepulciano and Bomarzo.
Pros: Maria Luisa was an eceptional host. The room was clean and breakfast exquisite. I am going back.
Pros: The place was beautiful and very tasteful, the staff friendly and real helpful. The location was perfect, it felt like being in the countryside but in a walking distance from bars and restaurants. We loved it.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: The house is historic & beautiful! We enjoyed being on the top floor with a lovely view. The family were friendly & helpful& security was also very good. Breakfast consisted of a vast array of typical local foods & was exceedingly generous & delicious. A good restaurant was within walking distance which made dinner easy.
Pros: If you might think about Italia you will find a lot of it in this place altogether. The house is very luxurious with aristocratic interior and authentic art. Service was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The most friendly staff, I have ever experienced while traveling. The great saltwater swimming pool. The beautiful house/palace. The high quality breakfast. The garden, as observation post for the total lunar eclipse. And the great restaurant, recommended by the staff, in town.
Pros: Casina Degli Specchi was possibly the most beautiful and decadent B&B I have ever stayed in. The location to the square in the village was great and also the proximity to some Cafes and bars. The staff were incredible from check in to check out- making sure we had everything we needed and always available to help with restaurant recommendations and bookings, sightseeing ideas etc. The house itself was stunning with beautiful decor in the communal areas that looked as though it should be a museum!
Cons: It was tricky to find as the sat nav couldn’t take us to the building- we ended up driving round the town for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get there.

Pros: Excellent position, excellent welcome, excellent tidiness. Just excellent stay. Thanks very much
Pros: Welcoming and friendly, with plenty on offer if you wanted to play tennis and sports or just sunbathe by the pool. Facilities outdoors included a stone built pizza oven and BBQ. Or you could simply walk through the hazelnut grove. The owners went out of their way to share local information about must see events in the surrounding towns and villages ensuring we got to experience some amazing traditional festivals. They have also arrange discounts at restaurants and we took up these offers especially by the lake where the food superb and the views stunning. Great time and would highly recommend.

Pros: Clean, staff is wonderful & welcoming like family. The location is perfect. -right next to the Palazzio & a few minutes’ walk to restaurants and shops.

Cons: - -
Pros: Area around the pool very nice. Easy to reach to close by towns for dinner.

Pros: very confortable, clean, quiet room .
Pros: Loved the location outside the main village of Canepina. So peaceful and two beautiful cats on the property. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen. We were able to enjoy a homemade meal. Paolo, the host is incredibly kind. He does not live at the property, but meets you for check in and in the morning. The property is a small house with two bedrooms rented out and shared kitchen living space.
Pros: It was just a little paradise: clean, silent place, surrounded by nature. Probably, my best experience! A super lovely host!!
Located in Caprarola, Hotel La Bella Venere is on a lake, within a 10-minute drive of Ronciglione Town Hall and Duomo dei santi Pietro e Caterina. Featured amenities include a business center, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and was very clean
Cons: Would have been great if they gave you towels to use outside by the lake! Also if there was a discount for hotel customers for the pedalo boats.
Pros: Location fantastic, staff helpful and friendly
Cons: Fantastic place to stay, food excellent. Just make sure that Visa have sorted there issues with one of the Italian card aquirers or you wont be able to use a Visa credit card
Pros: The hotel is in a wonderful location is run by the very kind and genuinely friendly owners. The room and bathroom were spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the lake. The good breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly baked croissants is also served on the terrace overlooking the lake.
Cons: The good hotel restaurant of the past days has been replaced by a refined cuisine that despite promises to enhance "the typical local products, giving the right importance to the gastronomic quality of Tuscia" appears instead disconnected from the territory and tradition. The menu is designed only for occasional guests but not for those staying in the hotel for a long time with the aggravating circumstance that the Chef has proved to be not very adaptable to the simple and specific requests also with regard to health problems. Add to this that, unlike all the hotel staff (very kind), neither the Chef nor his kitchen staff have the bad habit of not greeting the guests they meet and they reply with a "grunt" if solicited. Sin!
Pros: Great helpful friendly staff, good location by the lake, rooms were clean, BBQ area
Pros: The beautiful surroundings, dining areas, the friendly helpful staff. There was an excellent wine list. It was very relaxing. Close to interesting historic sites; Caprarola’s Villa Farnese a must.
Cons: The rooms were a bit dated though clean & comfortable. Shower definitely needed updating. The menu was a bit restricted particularly main courses.
Pros: Food was amazing in the restaurant
Cons: A bit out of the way but that is all
Pros: The host was nice, it was easy to reach even by bike, and they served a nice Italian breakfast. I had some pizza in the restaurant that belongs to it, which was really tasty.
Cons: You can hear the restaurant for a long time, the bathroom fan sounded like it was about to die, I had to ask for the wifi password before getting it and also it helped knowing a little bit of Italian, because the hosts (and also the restaurant staff) didn’t know that much English.

Pros: The villa is beautiful and the rooms we stayed in super spacious and very nicely decorated. Our interaction with the owners was really easy and great. They gave us several recommendations and made us feel at home. They also left several things for breakfast. We didn’t get to enjoy much of the garden but it also looked amazing.
Cons: Nothing it was all great!
Pros: This place is so nice and perfect if you want some quiet time. There are only a few rooms and we even had the pleasure to have the whole house/pool almost to ourselves. Pros: A little difficult to find but a nice location and a nice drive to get to the hotel. Very friendly staff even though english was not really spoken. The restaurant is huge and the food wonderful, absolutely delicious wth a large chose and they managed to find somebody who spoke english, which made it much easier.
