The location.
The room was very narrow and nothing like the photos. When I asked to move they had nothing to offer. I went on line and found an available room for the next night. But they could inly offer me something on the first floor which was noisyer. The noise inside the hotel was as if there were no doors between the hall and my room. The wirst was that there was no reception from 9:30 pm to 9 am. My last night I arrived and my riom key did not work. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to open the door. A disappointment from beginning to end.
