All good. Lovely pool, great location, good food Internet only in public areas. In room too would be great!
Perfect for a weekend ski break: bus service to the slopes, although they are close enough to walk; clean and modern rooms; and decent spa for relaxing the muscles post ski. Cerler seems more a family / quite break resort with good skiing but little night life.
Location of the hotel is fantastic.
The views from the hotel, the location and the services that we looked for. We only wanted bed and breakfast and were happy with the comfort of the room. Everything was fine
Very confortable and cozy There was no air condicioner in the room
The place where the hotel is located is wonderful. You have many excursions that begin near the hotel, so you don't have to drive, and they are great! we recommend "cascadas del Boom". Apart from that, we booked for a double room and our baby and when we get there, they didn't have any free double room so they acomadatted us in an apartment which was fantastic! they didn't have much control of the parking, so every time we had to get in it it was a trouble, and they didn't do the baby's bed...we still don't know why
Very nice facility, good breakfast, spacious room, beautiful view.
I liked the modern design of the hotel. The staff where more than helpful and spoke English that helped us as our Spanish is very poor.
A good hotel, centrally positioned with helpful staff, recently built to a modern design with great level of comfort throughout. It is annoying that in a hotel of this standard the new flat screen TV did not include any English/ US channel options. The eating facilities were limited to either a full scale set menu choice or a cafeteria style alternative where the choice of pizza we discovered originated in the freezer. There were no menu translations which made potential choice interesting.-Fortunately there was an excellent tapas bar opposite.
Very beauitifull rooms in a very dynamic area of the spanish pyranees.A wonderfull location.
Great place in very nice village. Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Some speak French and/or English. Excellent breakfast buffet. Price Breakfast. Only 1 swimming (inside) pool anymore instead of 2. Family rooms is with 2 king size beds for 4 persons standing beside each other. Great for very small kids; otherwise better ask 2 communicting rooms !
A modern Ski Resort hotel with a room that was up to date. The hotel facilities were good Strangely impersonal for a 4 star hotel. You were not shown to your room, and the restaurant was "odd" - well there were two restaurants and neither seemed right for a tete a tete dinner, so we ate elsewhere.
It was everything a good hotel should be. We really enjoyed our visit. For the older visitor however the bed was really hard, in common with many other beds in Spain !
The room was redone in a very modern style. The front desk was very helpful with questions. There was free internet access. The hotel restaurant was very good. The air conditioning did not work which then prompted us to open the doors to the balcony. We were on the first floor so the noise, smoke, car noises were disturbing.
Beautifull quiet location. We stayed in a well designed quadruple room divided into two with two bathrooms. The Proprietors were vary patient with my dreadful Spanish and helped me locate a shop where I could buy a cow bell! They also put up a children's swing for our children when we arrived. Our room was on the top floor but only had veloux windows in the roof so we couldn't see the fabulous view from the room. The first floor had windows. So if you want a view from your room - ask for the 1st floor rooms.
Perfect location, both summer for hiking and winter for skiing. Very helpful and polite personel. Flexible on breakfast hours, can prepare one for You even 6am if You wish to start Your journey early. Ask for 1st floor as the views are better (2nd floor has only roof windows).
Nice location; basic but very clean and comfortable; quiet; very good breakfast; lovely place.
Very nice mountain cabin style refuge/hotel up in the mountains above Benasque; family run, good service
The owners are very warm and hospitable. The views are beautiful. The room was comfortable. The breakfast ample. One should know that the access road is bumpy and unpaved, but they plan to asphalt it soon.
Beautiful location for a variety of walks The food was a disappointment and needs to be brought up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.
It is a very special hotel
Ther location was lovely, worth spending more for the location in the heart of the Spanish mountains!! Had to pay extra for the spa 18E plus 2E for a hat???!!! Spa very cold, not the norm! Not worth it frezzed my 1 1/4hr just to get my moneys worth!
Large room and bathroom, lovely view from bedroom, relaxed atmosphere The menu at the hotel was only in Spanish
The location is great for a hiking holiday
Location location location, Beautiful views with calmness. Excellent trekking and mountaineering possibilities with *** star luxyry mountain treatment. Small spa is surprisingly nice. Mountain weather can sometimes be unpredictable. The old side of the hotel has a bit smaller rooms due to the fact that its located over 1700 metres above sea level deep in the mountains.
incredible location, 1750 m above sea leavel and all comfort available one could imagine, who is interested in hiking and is seeking for respective good hotel inventar, staff and restaurant; all personal is v friedly and helpful, fulfilling many wishes: even the chef of kitchen was ready to prepare mushrooms we found in the nature (very rare to find in an altitude of 2000m aboeve sea level in the meadows: Wiesenchampignon oder Feldegerling (Agaricus campestris). all who like hiking, even with children, and have chance to come to north of Spain should spend some days here!
The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful in providing information and lunches for hikers/climbers. An improvement would be to have internet service available in the rooms, as well as in the cafeteria, and with higher speed. Phones in the rooms would also be an improvement.
Atmospheric, isolated, in a National Park, old with character (odd woodcarvings everywhere!). Nothing luxurious but perfect for the purpose of hiking. We made our best hikes in the Pyrenees from this hotel. The breakfast was simple but OK for the price. would have liked to have had a better choice of food at the cafeteria.
Room quality and location Staff level of training. Lack of well translated menus.
Great location in the mountains with perfect view. Room was nice and equipped with everything you needed. A hair dryer you could get at the reception. Breakfast was ok but coffee was not like the typical spanish strong one:)
The location is great, they have a car park, breakfast is rich enough and there are a couple of good resturants around..If you need to rent skiing equipment the hotel has an agreement with a shop nearby and that shop has a shuttle bus to the ski center which is great..If you have your own equipment either you have to walk (10 minutes) or take the car.. Be sure you take your hairdryer with you cause there are non in the rooms, you have to ask it from the reception but they have only 5 in total... so you may end up with wet hair..
The absolutely clean room and bathroom. The bathroom bathtub could be a simple shower for easier access and less water spilled on the floor.
convenience, price, location for what we needed staff were not the most helpful.
When I made the reservation I clearly specify (in comments and in room type) that I wanted a double bedroom with one bed. The reservation was with 2 bedrooms, I complained to the hotel and they showed the information booking.com sent them, wich said they could give either one bed or two. So, I guess booking.com is responsible and I do not want to make any reservations in the future if my requests are not going to be taken into account.
Excellent value for money. Welcoming and helpful and smily personnel, specially the owners who bend overbackwards to try to make you feel at home. Homely spanish cooking, plenty of it; wide day's fix menu and "a la carte" selection. Good wood fired grill and bar. Well central heated, ensuite bats with showers in every room. We had a wonderful time, is within walking distance of town and
very friendly personnel. nice location very far from anything else. needed a car to be reached.
The hotel is very beautiful old stone house in a brilliant setting. Staff was very helpful and nice, and the room was cozy, tidy and peaceful. The atmosphere is part of the magic.
Very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Splended view. The access road to the hotel is not clear enough.
A great hotel in the Benasque valley what gives a lot of opportunity for hiking!
small and cozy
The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in on holiday. The restuarant of the hotel next door was recommended. We would not support the recommendation!
We were impressed with the attention to detail - breakfast, decor, beautiful garden and general ambiance. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and, although the hotel has no restaurant, the town has several places to eat. Very pleasant manager.
We loved the peacefully place were is located, perfect decoration and kindness of the staff.
