Pros: Truly one of the best places we have stayed in 20+ years of traveling. The location was perfect for getting away from the daily routine and settling into nature. There are many walks that we took right from the front door that always seem to end up in a nearby bar or restaurant. Mari Carmen is a true delight to talk with and share stories over a drink or dinner. Her homemade meals made me forget going to a restaurant again when we had access to such delightful food and conversation. We will absolutely be back to spend more time switching off our phones and enjoying the sounds and pace of the countryside.

7.1 Good
Pros: It’s on the Camino trail which is a bonus and also great as there was plenty amenities near.
Cons: We ate in hotel 3 of us asked for our steaks to be Well done and they came back to us medium rare, disappointing. Another of our group asked for one one steak to be Well well done nearly cremated, her steak came to her with Blood running from beneath it and also the rarest piece of meat on the table! She complained and it was taken back, returned to her sliced up an slightly cooked a little more with also more chips on her plate, which were half cooked. So it’s either the waiters are not listening correctly to orders taken or cooks are not listening to the waiters & how the customer likes their food. Really disappointing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Basic but clean. Good bar and restaurant downstairs. Excellent food in restaurant. Very convenient as not much else in Cee.
Cons: Bathroom a bit old and tired looking

A handwritten note had been left on my bedside table saying thank you for returning to hotel P - we hope you enjoy your stay with us again. It was a lovely touch.

Pros: 1. Have dinner at this Casa. The meal was fantastic - zamvrinas starters were very good, and there were two servings for each of us. The fish was cooked perfectly, fresh and moist. The home made desserts were the best we had - cheesecake and chocolate mousse. 2. Service was excellent. The owner-host was very gracious and accommodated our meal time preferences. In addition, he played background music in English during dinner. 3. The decor of the entire place will put one in a vacation/relaxation mood. It's very tastefully done. 4 The breakfast spread was very good. There was ample selection - yogurt, fruits, jambon/cheese, OJ, jams, honey, coffee. 5 The attention to detail included switching on certain lamps in our bedrooms before we checked in. It was a delightful surprise opening a door to an ambient lighted bedroom. The beds were comfortable, pillows were tempurpedic/memory foam. My wife felt it was the best pillows on this trip.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
