Simply the best hotel by far from the whole of the Verona region. I have been traveling to this part of the world for buisness for the past year and I have tried many hotels. The staff are the friendliest bunch of people you are ever likely to meet and this hotel is topnotch on all fronts. Excellent restaurant, the hotel opened in March/April 2009, so very modern and very clean rooms, the only downside is its isolated location. But this is no problem if you have a hire car, as the road network in this area is good. I have stayed there quite a few times now, and I hope to return there quite a few times more! The Wifi internet was free in 2009, now you have to pay. What a shame!
Clean, spacious modern rooms, good inhouse restaurant with broad menu, ample parking space. Swimming pool closed for maintenance, no information on the hotel and services in the rooms. Internet not for free.

I had a lovely stay even with the rainy weather. The hotel/castle is truly a beautiful facility and I plan to visit again with my familly. If you like staying in a historical setting, this is the perfect spot. The staff was very accommodating and even brought my breakfast to my room as a courtesy. I do wish the hotel restaurant had been open on Monday night. It would help to make that very clear when making any kind of reservation for a hotel stay as it is a bit difficult to get to other restaurants in the surrounding area. There is a gate that is closed at night and you have to call someone to let you in. As a single traveler that was not a very good option.
When i arrived,the receptionist was not speaking english.The communications went very bad and due to this,the person activated my room for only 1 day.The next day,i couldn't enter my room anymore.Only the 2 owners (i think) are speaking english very well.The others didn't,which is a negative thing as they are at the reception."international staff" is mentioned in the folder,by the way.
