10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for walking to city sites. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room quite and comfortable.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was perfect right in the historic center.
Cons: Air conditioner was preset to heat not cooling. And even in fan mode it wasn't helping and was very noisy. It was very stuffy in the room. Tried to open window but local youth congregated right under with loud music till 4am. Spent 2 sleepless nights. Breakfast was the usual with some variety , but to make a tea there was a thermos barely warm enough to brew a cup of tea. Minibar was not cooling either. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location just into old town and easy access and parking for car. Very comfortable room and facilities. Friendly efficient and helpful reception desk. Used hotel bar but did not have breakfast
Cons: Not having free parking

Pros: The hotel was really good. The room had everything that I needed and more. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Good location as well.
Cons: There was nothing that I did not like.
7.5 Good
Cons: No English TV Channels.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: We hated everything about this hotel. The first room we were in smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that we had to move down the hall. The second room was next to the street, so although we were on the fourth floor we were kept awake by loud passing cars all night. The hotel gives you two tiny containers of gel for two people, and that's supposed to be your shampoo and body wash in the shower and hand soap in the sink. Way too little soap. The room was filthy dirty. The breakfast buffet was lacking - ice cold eggs, uncooked meats. We ended up eating cereal and toast from the buffet after paying 18 Euros. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Cons: Didn't like anything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: We did find it difficult to find when driving to the hotel. It was a little further from the old town than we anticipated but the walk was pleasant enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, pleasant room and bathroom and very good breakfast included in the price
Cons: It wasnt made clear how to access the secure parking before we arrived
7.9 Good
Pros: Were friendly and allow us to left our car at the parking garage after we checkout, made it easy for us to walk around the area. Thanks!!!
Cons: I didn’t like that I slept in a two single bed next to my husband versus sleeping in a bigger bed! But that is just my preference...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent modern room and first class breakfast
Cons: It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff and secure parking.
Cons: Lots of traffic noise through windows - all night.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great and the location was good.
Cons: We booked one of the rooms with a balcony but there was a glass lift shaft from an adjacent building about 2 meters away.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice hotel in the city center but gets noisy at night.
Cons: There was a ballroom dance the night we stayed there, so there were lots of people. It was quite loud and people were standing in front of the main entrance and smoked. Our balcony was right above them. No sleeping until the morning hours. My friends' room two doors away smelled like cigarette smoke and they put a super noisy machine in there and never took it away.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location was decent. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Turned off A/C and still hot in area. Need to wait and see how weather is or get a system that can carry both. Staff not helpful with restaurant ideas or imparting information to our next hotel stop. Would have appreciated that type of assistance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at the Silken Zentro many times and always enjoy it. The hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff very accommodating. We also like it because they have parking beneath so checking in and out is easy. It is a very modern hotel built on top of the ancient ruins that exist all over Zaragoza and that are on display through glass in this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a huge selection for 10 euro - once you found your way around the old city was a 5 minute walk and so beautiful. My room had a bath which was fantastic and I could open my window to the outside. The beds and sheets were amazing and comfortable - I was really pleased with this little gem of a hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in the heart of the City . Staff excellent and spoke good English Room very clean and modern.
Cons: Unable to stop outside Hotel if you have a car , and trying to find the Garage entrance in the back streets was a nightmare. Clearer instructions with directions for the garage would be good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, large and with good bedding. The staff helpful, although they could use some English practice. The facilities were great and toiletries resupplied continuously and well. In all a great experience.
Cons: I can only think of 3 things to improve: 1. The elevator to the rear wing - it's a scary experience when the lift jerks with the doors still open, accelerates real fast and immediately slows down. Nothing too bad, but some maintenance might be in order. 2. The air conditioning could be a bit stronger. It gets the job done well enough, but takes a bit long to get going, coming back from a hot day you want that cool down quick. 3. Even though we got along well enough and could understand everything eventually, I'd expect the staff of such an establishment to have better control of the English language.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything fun
Cons: Terrible wifi

7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast had very good choice
Cons: Main dining area had a tired feel about it
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: To match noise
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel very well-placed near the old quarter of Zaragoza. I only had the opportunity to stay one night, so take my feedback with a grain of salt, but the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and courteous. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Cons: The parking cost twenty-something euros per day, which, relative to other places we visited, was a bit on the pricey side. And, given the area's lack of free parking spaces, you don't have much option but to go with it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was good you could walk to town centres in 20>30 minutes the area was was good and quiet
Cons: The Wifi had to be purchased for 8 euros a day ( with 120 deposit) The seat covers had not been cleaned for a good while, when we moved the seating to clean prior to leaving, we found a enough dust and grime with a vintage of about 2 years. no kettle.

Pros: Set in the heart of town, all of the points of interest were within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, suggesting local cuisine and directing us to the proper times to dine. I recommend the mijas at Migueras about 4 blocks from the hotel. Although it doesn't open for lunch - the major meal of the day - until 1:30.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The Gentleman doing the Check-in was extremely amiable and friendly. He provided recommendations of places to visit within Zaragoza, and free maps. The room was compact, but clean, with a balcony, TV etc. For the money I paid, I doubt if a similar accommodation could be found.
Cons: The worst thing about Pension Lacasta, was locating it. I had no real idea it would be found within a Residential Block; and if not for the Duty Concierge serving the building, I would have been lost. Pension Lacasta, please provide more straightforward instructions on how to reach you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place close to both the bus/train station and the city centre, and right near the Palace. Everything was exceptionally clean and the rooms were cleaned during the stay. A fan was provided to keep cool but it is also possible to open the balcony door at night for a cool breeze.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very comfortable bed and next to the bathroom
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, new looking bathrooms, felt very safe, very good value.
Cons: it was a bit difficult to locate when checking in. For a longer stay, additional facilities for food preparation and a refrigerator would increase value.

This hotel has facilities measuring 16732 square feet (1554 square meters), including conference space. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available on request).
7.1 Good
Pros: A large modern hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. Minibar available. Parking outside but used the underground parking as lots of bags in the car. Good air-conditioning and large bathroom with spare razor and toothbrush in addition to normal bathroom bits and pieces. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: When we arrived at about 4 p.m. the check in was easy although we had a difference about the cost of parking but apart from the two receptionists and ourselves the place was dead, no cafe, no bar, nowhere to get a hot drink apart from the expresso machine in the room, not to our taste. There was no-where to go to get a cup of tea or coffee without taking the car out which we did not want to do. No-where in the hotel opened until 8 pm even though by this time a couple of coachloads of people had arrived. Food was ok but little choice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice hotel with attractive decor. Very clean and restaurant was very good.
Cons: Location is very industrial.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is a few minutes off the motorway (we were on our way back to Bilbao). The room was large, very clean and very modern. Staff were helpful but economical with information
Cons: We checked in on a Sunday at 3.30. nothing was open, no bar or café so there was nowhere to get a drink or something to eat. When asked why not, the reply was a shrug of the shoulders and 'it is Sunday'. The bar/ café opens for lunch and dinner but nothing in the afternoon. This applies to Saturday as well. We were told that the café would open at 7 pm but when we arrived at the very obvious café it wasn't open. At 7.40 I asked at reception when it would open to be told the café wasn't that café but the restaurant had bar facilities. Owing to the very modern design, an atrium rising to 5 floors made of marble and concrete, the noise level through into the bedrooms was very intrusive from 6 am when a herd of Japanese tourists started to leave the hotel, this continued from then on Certainly a triumph of design over practicality
7.5 Good
Cons: The restaurant very poor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super service in the dining room and especially helpful staff at breakfast
Cons: The milk on the coffee tray was empty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner was good. The room itself was first rate.
Cons: We asked at reception for a kettle so we could make tea in the morning. We were told we could not have one on safety grounds. On checkout the next day the receptionist told us we could have had one. Afraid check-in staff lazy. We were still waiting for them to stop the telephone flashing red the next morning. Bitten by flies in the dining room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location great when travelling through Spain. Great facilities, very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Could do with tea making facility in room.

The bathroom was spacious and the room had also a table: perfect for an hostal.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to walk and see the historic landmarks of Zaragoza. It is located about a block from a bus stop on a line that runs from the main train or bus station. The room was a great size for our family and was very clean. The breakfast offered at the hotel had more offerings than we had seen at other continental breakfasts in Spain, including special touches like homemade jams. The check-in/check-out process was very nice and easy.

Pros: High variety offered including espresso.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is great as a night stop when travelling by car. The rooms are large and well laid out all overlooking the Ebro river. Great shower and bath with plate glass separation from room. (with blinds for the shy!)
Cons: Its a bit soulless, perhaps because of its modern design?

Pros: 1. Excellent location (walking distance to the central square in the old town), 2. Small room, but well designed to accommodate 3 of us well, 3. Attentive and helpful staff, 4. There are elevators, etc.
Cons: 1. Air-conditioning system was producing warmer air when adjusted to the coolest mode; we had to open the window (while it was raining outside).

7.9 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom and lovely hot water.
Cons: No coffee/tea making facilities. Mostly the noise from the street in the night. Barely stopping before 5am. We bought earplugs for our last night (Friday) but still couldn’t block it out. It’s ok if you’re wanting to enjoy the nightlife. But we needed some sleep after sightseeing and cycling for 2 days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central to everywhere
8.8 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION IS GREAT VERY HELPFUL STAFF WE HAD BREAKFAST AT CLOSED BY CAFES QUIET STREET FACING A MINI MARKET WALING DISTANCE TO THE CATHEDRAL AND TO MOST PLACES OF INTEREST
Cons: NOTHING WRONG TO MENTION
7.5 Good
Pros: Aside from the misgivings noted below, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Niccely l appointed and well located hotel.
Cons: UNFORTUNATELY upon arrival I find that the hot water system was out of action and the bar/restaurant was closed for renovations. Having booked in advance and not wanting to go searching for other accommodation, I persevered. A phone call, email or text might have been helpful.
7.1 Good
Pros: Restaurant closed. Not warned in advance. No breakfast.
Cons: No breakfast. Lack of warm welcome. Hotel seemed empty.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great, in the city center, really close to the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. The staff was great, the rooms really clean.
Cons: The only problem was that in 2 days there was no hot water so we had to shower with cold water. They said that the problem would be fixed, but still there was no hot water.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: +very good location, just in the city-center, everything is around +very friendly personal +Price-performance ratio +Hotel has it's own 10-minutes parking, to unload/load baggage +the room is not brand new, but clean and cosy, with good equipment.
Cons: - it was impossible to find a free parking, maybe because we were during Fiestas del Pilar in Zaragoza. We parked 2 km away. It has nothing to do with the hotel, as it has it's own paid parking and there is other paid parking in the center.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was in a great location in the old town

7.5 Good
Pros: Overall the hotel is good and dinner was good value for money. We wanted to see Zaragoza but did not want to drive into the centre. The hotel is 7k out from the centre in an unprepossessing transport hub but there is a bus stop very close to the hotel with a bus service running every 30 minutes which took us very close to the main square for 1.35 euros each. The bus stop for the return trip was not clear we had to ask about it in the tourist information. It is about half a kilometre from where we had got off the bus, back over the Santiago bridge and passed a roundabout but, once we knew that, everything worked very well, making the location of the hotel actually very convenient. Dinner was good value at 15 euros but the restaurant area was a little bit soulless. Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Cons: The hotel supplies a combined shower gel and shampoo which seemed to work fine but did not have any lather.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: secure parking. the bathroom was great as it had disabled facilities. breakfast was good and the reception lady spoke good english. explaning all the facilities that were available.
Cons: the only thing with the disabled shower, the water went everywhere could do with a curtain around it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Having gym was very handy. Also the Spa.
Cons: Surprising area... Need to mention two waiters at dinner time. It was a very busy evening and they were outstanding, always with smile.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff extremely friendly and attentive
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I like the breakfast money value of hotel ( prices )
Cons: I don't like the location , all big storages around you no space as long distance for walking and running sound of trucks are comment building quit old
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and restaurant is very well run. The room was a good size with a large king bed and very comfortable - there was a small bottle of prosecco and 2 chocolates as a welcome gift. The restaurant had a good menu and we really enjoyed our meal there at a reasonable price.
Cons: The only down side is that the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, so quite a lot of early morning traffic movement. It didn't affect our stay.
7.9 Good
Pros: They gave us a room where by there is additional room! My friend and I are happy to have more room to ourselves.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast very, very poor, all what should have been hot food was all cold, staff not interested at all, to be perfectly honest both my wife and myself had a hot drink each an left, we found a service area some 15 minutes away from the hotel and enjoyed a good continental breakfast with hot drinks,
Cons: we found the staff in the restaurant very rude , food and wine all very poor, we both ordered the same food and left 3/4's of the meal, wine we ordered of the wine list was not available , the waiter offered a replacement wine , it was shocking we ordered a dry wine and were served a very sweet wine, I had one taste and left the whole bottle , again the waiter not interested in our complaint.
