Overlooking the Tuscan hills, Agriturismo Diacceroni offers a restaurant and a garden with an outdoor pool, children’s playground and BBQ facilities. Olive oil, wine and vegetables are produced on site. This farm stay is set in a restored building that still preserves the original materials, such as terracotta tiles, stone elements and oak beams. It offers rooms and apartments, all featuring traditional Tuscan décor. Each unit comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Guests can enjoy regional cuisine based on locally sourced ingredients at the restaurant. A buffet-style breakfast is served daily and includes hot drinks, pastries and cold meats. Various activities are at guests' disposal, including horse riding. Horse riding lessons can also be organised at the property. Agriturismo Diacceroni is a 20-minute drive from Villamagna. Volterra is 18 km from the property, while San Gimignano is 30 km away.
Pros: Incredible scenery! Very quiet and relaxing place. Staff very happy all the time. The initiative to promote tastings and activities, such as wine / pasta / pizza, is very interesting. Strategic location in Tuscany where it is between 30 and 1:30 am away from typical places like Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Firenze.
Cons: I stayed quite disappointed with that "fake price" presented in the booking before reservation, where the cleaning tax 80euros informed after reservation and pay (online) represented 25% of my entire stay. The reservation was 324euros. I stayed along 6 days and my room was not cleaned.
Pros: Excellent staff, fabulous location and views. Such a happy family holiday. Free events were amazing - pizza night, pasta night, welcome dinner, truffle hunting, olive oil making and horse introduction made the trip for us. Can’t imagine a better Agriturismo in Tuscany.
Pros: Excellent hospitality. Kids friendly environment. Pizza and Pasta night was great events with a relaxing dinner and kids can be entertained by themselves in the garden.
Pros: The feeling you have when you get into the Agriturismo is indescribable. Paradise on heart. Every single member of the staff is amazing, so friendly and welcoming, they let you feel a member of the family. They have amazing horses, we took half an hour lesson and I loved it. We are going to be back next year for sure. Highly recommended! A presto!
Cons: The walls in the diacceroni apartments were a bit thin and could ear everything happening in the adjacent rooms. Beside that, perfect
Pros: The amazing location, the excellent staff, the many activities, the high quality food, the great atmosphere and the very reasonable prices for the overall good quality that you get
Pros: Everything. I feel like home every time I come back to this place
Pros: Every single employee was super friendly and seemed intent on making our stay a memorable one. We loved the activities- winetasting with Alfredo, trail riding with Laura, and truffle hunting. We also loved the food at the restaurant and all of the wines and food products produced by Diacceroni.
Cons: The pillows were not as soft as we would have liked. Also, didn’t know beforehand that we needed to bring our own soap, shampoo, etc. But these are minor things. We loved our stay there and hope to return.
Pros: Such an amazing place to visit. As beautiful as the surroundings and views were, the most pleasing aspect of our stay was how friendly and welcoming the staff were including the owner. Everyone made us feel so welcome it was like leaving family when we left. My family and I have traveled around Europe for the past 4 months through France, Croatia & Italy and this has been our favourite place to stay without a doubt. Incredible venue, amazing activities available for both children and adults and beautifully friendly staff!!! Thank you again everyone for your warm hospitality. Cheers from Australia!
Pros: Really enjoyed the staff, location, ambiance. It was a farm, not a four-star hotel. Overall excellent!
Cons: A few insects here and there, but it was a working, biological farm.
