Top quality elegant rooms, very welcoming, every effort made to provide a .high level of service.
Fine hotel with garage on the main road. Luxurious atmosphere. Comfortable, spacious and quiet rooms in the centre of Klausen.
Excellent senses of design of the rooms and dinning rooms. There is consistency on design and colors. Good taste of foods.
Big clean rooms, elegantly furnished. Underground parking without charge. Friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. Only a short walk to thehistoric centre. Definately will stay next time we visit Italy.
Great location right in the middle of the city center! Wonderful, spacious room with equally sizable bathroom. Our balcony had great views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was a surprise at the options and variety, very tasty! The most difficult part was finding the hotel and parking. The website didn't give great directions, nor where to park. Because the town is compact and the city center is auto-free, it was a little stressful figuring out where to park and enter the hotel.
The location was very good. Just 3-4 Kms from the ski-lifts and cable car. The view to the valley or mountains was magnificent. The halfboard menu was fine with a good variety. The personnel and the service were excellent. Very good experience! The room was very small for a family (4 persons). The breakfast must be upgraded with some 'hot dishes'.
The staff was amazing and very friendly. The pool and the wellness area was nice and quiet. The attention given at the restaurant was very personal.
rooms clean and spacious, and only half board available so we had to eat the set menu and as a vegetarian that meant paying full price for a 4 course meal that ended up being just pasta and salad. Definitely not the 4 star experience we were expecting. Beds hard, food only so so, a bit soul-less like eating in a cafeteria for tourists instead of a 4 star hotel. Even tho it had tablelcoths and candlelight it still felt like we were on a tour bus holiday
Very friedly staff, excelent food, position and a very good idea the afternoon tea with free sweets and cakes after the ski!! The spa needs renovation.
Our room was very big and comfortable and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant.
close to town centre - access to the great alpine plateau area - reception staff spoke english - restaurant / dining room very attractive - breakfast very good Hotel very difficult to find - signage did not have the name 'Alpine Romantic Hotel Almhof' - we searched for well over an hour and a half to find it - the only sign indicated 'Almhof apartments'. The restaurant is also advertised as a pizzaria - when seated for dinner it was announced 'pizzas are not on today!' - Dinner on first night was a very burnt schweinhaxe (porkknuckle) - they are changing their name in January - the secure garage as advertised was not available.
We could enjoy a nice balcony and a roof panoramic terrace. A good location for making walkingtrips in the mountains. Easy to find and to park the car. Breakfast was ok (good bread). The electronic lock of the room did not function properly; it was not always possible to lock the room from the inside (we tested it several times). After the cleaning lady passed, our door was not locked so basically everybody could have acces to our room. The day of our arrival the soap dispenser was empty.
