Pros: Olivia the receptionist is very helpful and nice, she provided us valuable information, and she is always smiling, thanks Olivia!
Pros: The room was very quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Would have preferred more choice of restaurants in the vicinity.
Pros: I stayed at the hotel for a competition which was happening in Las Rosas, and it was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were small but well suited with a very nice television and two single beds which were joined but easy to separate for me and my friend. The bathroom was good with all amenities, the glass protection for the shower was a bit small so it was a bit impossible not to wet the floor there. The recepcionists were very kind and helpful, and even though I didn't take the breakfast there was a very nice nespresso machine in the lobby, a supermarket nearby, and a restaurant/bar next door which were very good.
Cons: Could be a little bit cheaper, or even have the breakfast included for the stay. Also it is a bit far from Madrid, even though it has a railstation right next to it.
Pros: Clean, very close to train station

Pros: The quiet place and the kindness of the staff.
Cons: The breakfast, quite poor and not a great taste. The bed was not very comfortable.
Pros: Friendly staff. Transit hotel on motorway and 30 minutes from airport. Good restaurant a couple of streets away. Good large bath towels.
Cons: Bed not comfortable and lumpy pillows. Thin walls meant a lot of noise from adjoining rooms (we could hear the guy next door snoring). Breakfast was very average and the coffee dreadful.
Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with air con. Great breakfast with a huge choice. Great value. Adjoining rooms for the kids as well....bonus!!!!
Cons: The bathroom was a complete mess. The floor was super dirty, and you could see the dirt from far. There were spots in the walls and in the floor. The pillows were extremely old, and we couldn’t sleep all night, finally we need the check out late to see if we could sleep a bit more.
Pros: The room was very close to elevators. Since 7:00 o'clock on a Sunday morning you could here guests speaking so loudly, impossible to sleep.
Pros: Excellent hotel, value for money, helpful staff.
Cons: Would have liked a fridge in the room.
Pros: The location.
Cons: The tabaco heavy smell.
Pros: nice hotel , good parking , good breakfast
Cons: smoking is allowed in rooms and smells sigarets smoke
Pros: Location next to the Train station and the main Highway approx 30 KM's from Madid centre, rooms and bed very comfy
Cons: Location and comfy bed, great wifi
Pros: The hotel was very private and professional. I did not expect the extreme discreetness of the hotel. We did not even need it, but it was amazing. very blown away by this hotel!
Pros: Very clean well appointed rooms. Lovely breakfast.
Cons: All good - just a little hard to figure out keys etc if you do not speak Spanish.
Pros: Good value
Cons: They need to do something re cigarette smell everywhere. It’s crazy, all the rooms smell very intense. It gives it a dirty feeling and it’s disappointing that after the inconvenience of changing rooms several times, it still smells like cigarette in all of them. You can barely open the window! The rooms need ventilation and need fresh air after each guest as everyone smokes in the rooms..
Pros: Location, cleanliness, and staff
Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: It is relatively cheap for the area. The room was clean even though the floor could have been cleaner. Staff was nice and friendly.
Cons: Rooms are tiny which is a nuisance but not a huge deal to me. The real issue form me was the noise. Walls are so thin that you constantly hear any and all noises anybody around you makes. If you go there for work forget about getting a good night sleep. Bed and pillow were sub par as well. Had I known I would have tried to find another place to stay.
Pros: Room was perfect for my needs , very good staff!
Cons: Room appeared smaller than the one we had booked online
Pros: Didn’t have any. The bed was comfortable
Cons: The area felt unsafe
Cons: Location and room

Pros: Even the above, it is a nice place to stay if you need to spend the night on your way to northern Spain or if you go to that business area for work
Cons: The room was very spacious and clean but the mattress was quite uncomfortable. It might be because I'm used to the visco ones. The room was just on the ground floor and the entrance road was just next to the window with the consecutive noise but more so you could not open the window without being seen
Pros: Location was fine it suited us because we were only staying for one night. We visited the National Football Museum and opted for our evening meal in the hotel which was very good and reasonably priced. Also, the breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. The whole hotel was spotless and the beds and pillows were extra comfy. The parking too in this chain of hotels is a real bonus. Also, a very nice touch is the free tea and coffee available 24 hours
Cons: Can't think of a thing!!
Pros: Service for guests provided from the young and polite employees. Free of charge coffee and tea...Restaurant (even worktime is 20-24h only)
Cons: Location : literally close to the highway, public transport (not related to the hotel, it's 20+ km from Madrid's center) is very complicated
Pros: It's OK, but it's far away from Madrid City
Cons: Far away
Pros: Very new and clean bathroom, nice room. Good (but nothing special) breakfast.

Pros: Great location if you are traveling by car and the parking is available and easy access. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The room is big.
Cons: nothing really.
Cons: Lovely place to holiday friendly personel Nice room
Pros: Compared to the exterior of the building (looks a bit older) we were very happy when entering the building. It looks like that the interior is under renovation at the moment. Especially the rooms we stayed in, were freshly renovated and equipped with comfy beds and spacious. Furthermore everything was very clean and it was silent during the night. Breakfast was in a buffet style and we had everything to start the day with comfort. We had business in Las Rozas and cars available, so for us it was a perfect place to stay. Without a car and for a leisure trip, it might be a bit difficult to get to the attractions you are looking for in holidays. We would definitive come back to this place.
Pros: Bed confortables
Cons: Far from everything

Pros: Staff was very friendly and the apartments were very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Staff, location, size of the apartment
Cons: Need little more attention regarding cleanliness and some utensils..

Pros: A/C was good. Room was a good size. Even though we had some communication problems ( I don't speak Spanish) the staff were very friendly and made all attempts to help me and explain my new environment. I like the security system to get in the door at night!
Cons: Each morning the breakfast was good with lots of choices and great service. One morning, however, a woman said to use the coffee maker when we gave our coffee order. That was odd. Then another fellow came in and took coffee orders and made the coffee. The only thing in five days, so a very good stay.
Pros: Location good, helpful staff
Cons: Breakfast average, no safe, no bidet, no fridge
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Parking available.
Cons: No complaints.
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location nice and quiet, clean and comfortable, good offer for the required price.
Pros: Parking outside hotel, receptionist on check in very pleasant and a very spacious room.

Cons: The ceiling poured water from the bathroom above me

All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower. You can find a restaurant, bar, shops, and a bus stop within 50 metres of the property. Alcalá de Henares is 43 km from Habitaciones El Escorial, while Navacerrada is 31 km from the property. Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 26 km away.
Pros: Clean tidy good WiFi
Cons: I had hoped for a small fridge. It can be a bit noisy as entrance area is all tiled, people come in all hours. Ok though
Pros: I had to stay one extra night the hostel I was in was fully booked. I booked for this hostel as of its availability. To my surprise its the same company with two buildings 300 mts apart. If when I left the original hostel I had to wait three hours before I get the room then find out I had to collect the keys from the original hostel for the third night. No comment was made to me regarding this matter I sat waiting for the the key if was informed before I left which was at midday surely they knew that I had rebooked with them via booking.com it's ridiculous that I even asked if possible for a extra night when I first checked in the original booking. There is not signing up for customers to know other than the small print at the lowest point of the page. And then it does not state the name hostel dona isabel. You need to change the description of the key collection.
Cons: Communication from booking.com and the dona isabel hostel. I have serious issues with my hips and struggle to get upstairs I was placed on the top floor no elevator just slippery tile floor.
Pros: staff is excellent! our first room was sooooo tiny we could hardly move and it didn't have an elevator. however, reception got us another that suited us much better. located in a good location ….near bus lines, supermarkets, and cafes. only was disappointed not having a shared kitchen where I could have my morning coffee nor a fridge to keep some essentials cold. spent every day eating out of canned goods or envelopes of instant soup, coffee etc.and then I used the hot tap water from the bathroom sink which was exceptional! could have used a TV with the option to change languages...got bored to death dealing with husband watching Spanish news 24 hrs. of the day. but, I survived! thanks to everyone! besos!sorry I can't add fotos, my USA mobiles did not work there.
Pros: No fuss good for business stay without need for ironing etc
Cons: An extra pillow a small fridge and a kettle and I would be the happiest man around
Pros: Check in man, extremely helpful
Cons: Small, but expected
Pros: Even though is not in Madrid is is well located. Transportation, through “Cercanías” Madrid public metro is pretty good also the bus line. There are plenty of places to gather in the evening to eat, drink and just relax and have a good time. The room was simple, two twin beds, actually three but we only use two since it was just my husband and myself. It can get pretty hot at night since there is no A/C and summer is just staring. Room is clean and towels are change daily we stayed for a total of 4 nights. Great neighborhood!
Cons: Their is no A/C for hot summer nights, doesn’t have a hair dryer
Pros: Clean and better than appears on the website
Cons: Shower cubicle is on the small side . Would probably have given a higher mark regards value for money had I stayed on any other weekend as I chose a weekend when the whole Madrid area was expensive
Located in Villanueva de la Canada, Hotel Don Ángel I is within a 5-minute drive of Aquopolis and La Dehesa Golf Club. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: The room was a little cold
Cons: Everything... Room is dirty as hell, many things in the accommodation are broken or in a pity state... holes in the bed covers due to cigarette uses... smells tobacco everywhere... water is cold... bathroom is dirty with insects everywhere.
Pros: The bedspread was very old, pillows very small and fitted sheet was not a fitted sheet but flat sheet laid on mattress so hard to sleep on. But the best thing about town and hotel was it had a bus stop right around the corner that took you into Madrids subway terminal then jumped on subway to the heart of Madrid. If you are driving don’t drive into Madrid but stay outside and ride transit system.
Pros: Good location, good size rooms. Staff very efficient.
Cons: One of the rooms smelled of smoke. Unfortunately there wasn't another room available.
Pros: Very nice area, friendly staff, good local shopping.
Cons: Nothing really. It was a long taxi ride from the bus station and back to the airport but I didn’t mind paying the extra to stay at the hotel.
Pros: They have a 24 hours reception which makes very easy the check-in process. Also the check-out was quick and the whole experience was seamless in that aspect.
Cons: The room was really dated, we asked for a double bed and got instead two beds. The walls had some wallpaper which was stained in many places and the covers of the beds were really old. The pillows were fluffy and the size of the bath was ridiculously small, even with the glass panel the water comes out while showering and bathing is impossible unless you are a child. Also on the first floor the noise was really loud, not only from the street but also from other guests as the walls were quite thin. We couldn't sleep until well after midnight due to the noise. To be sincere for the money it costs you get a better value by going to a hotel in any of the surrounding towns and take a taxi. Really disappointed with the experience.
Pros: wonderful location
With a stay at this aparthotel in Madrid (Chamberi), you'll be a 3-minute walk from Paseo de la Castellana and 10 minutes by foot from National Library. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and a safe deposit box at the front desk.
Pros: The room was bright and clean.
Cons: The receptionist was not too friendly. Had to ask for the wifi password and didn't receive it with check in. The room was okay overall but not enough toiletries we had to share a sample size and there was little toilet paper. Overall an okay stay.
Pros: It is close to the metro and shops offering breakfast
Cons: The entrance, furniture and room are old
Pros: Location Large rooms
Cons: Bad smell from the pipes Toilet lid was broken Missing furniture in some rooms Lights bulbs not working Internet on and off Cockroaches running through the kitchen area Without maintenance in the building, any problem that arises must wait a minimum until the next day
Pros: Location and really comfort bathroom with good amount of water shower. Good service and heart of city but without noisy problem.
Cons: The heat was too hot and didn’t figure out how to turn it off lol. And a little bit expensive for a hundred euro a stander normal room for two a night
Pros: Location is walking distance from all major location city centre and football stadium . Train station very close and fast food places near by.
Cons: The property needs to be renovated, the kitchen has really poor look and toilet is also dated BUT it is clean...it felt like low quality apartment
Pros: The localization is really good, the prize and the breakfast included
Cons: The clean of the room. The staff of the hotel don't change the towels in second night
Pros: Nice facilities, well located.
Pros: Location was fine. Very near metro, 15-20 min walk to Gran Via through lively streets with shops, cafes, bars. Staff were fine (although limited English). Room was large enough, bigger than some 3 or 4 star hotels I stayed in before.
Cons: Kitchenette facilities limited, basically a 2-ring hob. Breakfast poor, just tea/coffee,bread,croissant. Breakfast room very small, had to wait/queue 10 mins to be seated. Hot water for shower/wash limited at various times, sometimes just lukewarm. Window in room would not open fully as blocked by curtain rail. A/C did not seem to function. Whilst overall the stay was fine, expected more for price paid.
Pros: Good location, only 15 min on foot to city centre
Cons: Breakfast too basic, poor choice of TV channels
Pros: really good location, by walk to downtown anywhere, close to the metro station, great connection with airposrt, nice spacious rooms, great variety of TV channels (like most "aprende ingles TV chanel"), fridge, good price. Really recommend.!
Cons: overpriced interned in lobby (1€/15min), poor breakfast,
Pros: location of the apartments is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping, the metro station where 3 lines cross is located near. Staff is very polite and ready to help but only in Spanish language.
Cons: we've ordered a non-smoking room but there was an ash-tray in the room and the smell of smoking though the receptionist ensured us the room is non-smoking. Breakfasts consist of pastry only, no vegetables, fruits, cheese or ham. But as there is a cooking area in the room you can prepare breakfast you wish by yourself.
Pros: Accomodations were very comfortable.
Pros: The central location, next to Alonso Martínez underground station, with immediate connection to Barajas Airport and to Madrid's city centre. The kindness of the afternoon and evening employess.
Cons: The noisy Air Conditioning system. The rudeness of the morning receptionist. The lack of variety at Breakfast.
Cons: Claimed to be an apartment but none of the facilities in kitchen(actually a cupboard!) worked. Not possible to prepare food.
Cons: the front rooms are too noisy
