Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. Food was excellent.
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable, any problems were taken care of fast .
Cons: Internet was slow and kept getting kicked off.
Pros: very friendly welcome with wine and snacks. amazing view from the property. we had very good diner at the agriturismo the breakfast was reasonable.
Cons: no window in the room.
Pros: Very beautiful spot, very attentive staff, very well maintained and sparkling clean. The dinner was amazing and service was great. Would definitely go back.
Cons: The dinner was good, not great. One false note in an otherwise perfect experience.
Pros: This place is absolutely charming, living in green, there's nothing bad I could say, also staff were very helpful and friendly and polite, young lady at breakfast made our mornings, guy at the beach made our days, and super cool and professional waiter at dinner made our evenings, great food by the way, greetings to the chef, thank you masseria for a top pleasant stay.
Pros: Consistently excellent and clean
Cons: Nothing not to like
Pros: Friendly staff. Lovely property and very clean. Liked the individual rooms . Good place to stay.
Cons: The beach was not the best.
Pros: Fantastic tasting menu (4 courses) with wine & water (+homemade limincello) for only 25 euro each. Great pool. Beautiful, spacious rooms, stunning location.
Cons: The breakfast was disappointing but that is typical in Italy . Dreadful coffee, juice and dry cakes.
Pros: The owners could not have been more kind or welcoming. Really lovely family. Even though we don’t speak Italian they patiently communicated well with us. The B&B is easy to find and our room on the second floor with balcony was wonderful - balcony with chairs, good quiet air conditioning, modern. Such a comfortable bed and quiet at night that we have never slept in so late. The sandy beach and warm sea are a walk across the road. A busy summer resort with lots going on. Shops etc all walking distance. When swimming you can look back at the beautiful mountains, over the pine trees. Shallow sea which is ideal for families. We really enjoyed a real Italian experience.
Pros: Yes very happy. We liked the breakfast, the room very nice and clean, and the family very friendly. They made as very comfortable. I definitely recomend to everybody. Next time we will go there again thats for sure.
Cons: Nothing could be better than there. We really loveded.

Pros: Everything! We highly recommend a stay at this property. Absolutely wonderful hosts.
Cons: There is nothing to dislike!
Pros: Correct and friendly owner of the place. Thx for the info and update of the surrounding areas.
Pros: Franco has to be the friendliest proprietor I have ever stayed with; he wants to ensure his guests have a very positive experience. He is willing to accommodate guest food preferences for breakfast (more than ample choices) and has an excellent knowledge of the area so he can make great recommendations of things to do.

Pros: the cooking was excelent

With a stay at B & B La Panoramica in Villapiana, you'll be 27.9 mi (44.8 km) from Sila National Park and 28.6 mi (46 km) from Pollino National Park.
Pros: Angelo, the owner, is wonderful. The view is absolutely magnificent and the little town of Villapiana is a little gem.
Cons: The breakfast was on the “light” side. Would love to have some cheese, salami and butter.
Pros: The host was extremely welcoming and helpful he made us feel at home.
Cons: The convenient location, the breath taking view and the friendly host.
Pros: La Panorama had the most magical view but what appealed most was the hospitality of Angelo and Joy. They went out of their way to make sure we felt like familia and that we had an enjoyable stay with some great belly laughs. Both had an authentic joie da vie and it was contagious. Memorable stay; memorable characters.
Pros: Meeting and talking to the hosts, Angelo and Joy. Beautiful view from our bedroom balcony. Comfortable bed. Super breakfast in the nice dining area. Safe parking area for car. The calm, relaxed atmosphere you only get staying at some places.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: If you want to feel real Italy stay in Panoramica Great location in small Vilage , 100 mtrs from main squer and Great Owner , very helpful

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
Cons: The restaurants were a bit far from the property so I needed a car to dine in the evening but the owner was very helpful and gave me a lift
Pros: Quiet and roomy in beautiful surroundings. Private outside area for eating and lounging less than 100 metres from the beach.
Pros: Very comfortable and spaceous house in a very beautiful garden near the sea and a private beach.
Cons: The beach is stony though it is not far from sandy beaches, about 15 min walk or 5 min drive
Pros: The staff was amazing thank you Francesco for all your great service but unfortunately the hotel was not what we expected. The beds were hard, for some reason there were dogs barking all night and we had to go and buy ear plugs to be able to sleep. Wifi kept cutting out. The place needs some love and attention. Read the fine print - tv remote, air conditioning, towels are not included this is extra. We were in to much of hurry to book that we missed this... our fault. Nav and gps does not pick up location and no signage so hard to find this place.
Pros: It is huge wild beach and remoted location from other properties. Easy to find. Good view, green, quiet.
Cons: I think that entire property requires modernization since it looks like back to 80th
Pros: Wonderfull yard, clean house and everything was very close to the beach
Pros: It is situated in an incredibly beautiful place and is very nice. Price to quality ratio is unbelievable! Typical Italian (sweet) breakfast was included. Not hot inside in summer.
Cons: No wi-fi
Pros: Property was very comfortable and we liked its proximity to a local trattoria. It was clean and fairly well equipped should you want to self cater.
Cons: The breakfast was not good. It consisted of mainly sweet items and the quantity we were left for x3 days was unacceptable. We basically had no breakfast on the 3rd day - well if you wanted chocolate biscuits! It should not call itself B&B but rather ‘self-catering’ so you provide your own breakfast. Secondly there was a gap in the ceiling between our accommodation and the next property which was all within one house. We could hear people talking and what have you through that space. Very odd design! Thirdly we had no hot water on the first night as the heater had not been switched on and the agent who handed over failed to mention this rather important point.

Pros: The convenience of having dinner at the hotel - there were not really any other restaurants nearby.
Cons: Nothing as far as we experienced. It was by far the best hotel in the area.
Pros: Location suited our needs . Very Good food at restaurant
Pros: Food at restaurant is extraordinary. Specially sea food. Hotel is great and rooms are quite big. Nearby you can find the beach at Villapiana Lido.
Pros: Excellent location and a 15 euro tourist menu. Wine, water, first and second course, tableclothes and waiter service.Unreal value top quality preparation . Cooked by the wife/ co owner of the hotel.
Pros: Very clean large and quiet room. Staff were very helpful. Lunch was nice Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing really. Need to drive to go anywhere nut we knew that when we booked.
Pros: Good overnight stop. Good restaurant for dinner at a reasonable cost.
Cons: Location at far end of Villapiana Lido - a long way out of main area.
Pros: Location was just what we needed. Comfortable rooms and they have a restaurant at the hotel which does very good pizzas and are quite cheap
Pros: The owner and receptionist " same person" did welcome you and was very polite. The rrom was big clean and had all facilities. The beach was only 5 / 10 minuttes away, it was only stones but it did not matter it was a nice and very quite beach, just bring your swim shooes. and a picnic chair. but not nescessary.
Cons: It was very difficult to find but worth when you did. The staff was very helpful and polite. the restaurant served good and very tasty food. Do not let you fool by the location it was great value for the money.
Pros: From the outside the property looked very run down and unkempt. The room was very basic and not that clean
Cons: The manager did not speak any English so we found asking for anything very difficult and he didn’t seem that happy at having guests at all
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Miserable male staff. Only 2 staff there femail didn't acknowledge us.
Pros: The property has only two rooms, so no feeling of being overcrowded. We stayed in the room with a balcony overlooking the street, mountains and the valley in the distance. Sitting on the balcony watching the day turn to night is a relaxing and unique experience after a day of hiking. The room is lovely and large. The bathroom is down a flight of stairs, but clean and large and not a shared bathroom. The host is very helpful in finding us trails to walk. The town and area is peaceful and a good starting point for many hikes, including up to Santuario Santa Maria Madonna delle Armi, and if keen, from there to the top of the mountain.
Pros: We were on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the mountains and the sea in the distance. The room had high ceilings and it made the space feel large. I was grateful there was heat because it was a bit cold while we were there. We actually had the place to ourselves as we were kind of in the off season (May). The owners were kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a gluten free/lactose free breakfast, as well as a good recommendation for a restaurant nearby called La Sosta, which had amazing food and views.
Cons: The bathroom was across the hall, not in the room, but we didn’t have to share it because as I said above we were the only ones there. Just a note for future guests. Not really a negative thing. We had a nice time here and would return. The owners run an excursion business connected to the B and B, so would be great for hikes and mountaineering trips!

Pros: Location to the beach, great breakfast, clean room, staff was friendly, restaurant was pizza only but good pizza
Cons: The AC was not powerful so it made for a stuffy nights sleep
Pros: Everything!! Friendly staff (thanks Hugo), great location with fantastic views over the Ionian Sea, beautiful spacious, clean room, wonderful breakfasts, relaxing and just beautiful!! Thank you!!
Pros: The beachfront location was lovely the hotel was nice with some good restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Lovely pool and roof top terrace.
Cons: Early morning tv noise from next door room, limited availability of gym and restaurant which maybe was due to being late in the season. Limited freshly prepared breakfast Mainly convenience foods.
Pros: Everything you need is there , roof top bar is handy if you don’t feel like going out and just want to relax at home.

Cons: Nothing not to like apart from the rough Italian roads getting there!
Pros: Mário was very helpful, and the food was delicious...

No mosquito protection at windows and was a lot of them in the room. Away from the seaside, not near as they say on booking. No wifi in the room. No Tv.
Pros: The supposed hostel was full so the host relocated us at his new resort at the beach. It was wonderful, everything was brand new, clean and very comfy. And the host was very helpful and really fulfill all our wishes. As it just opened recently, there were only few guests and the manager gave us a small tour through the premises. A really friendly guy.

Pros: Wow, of all the 15 hotels I stayed at during this trip this one was the most impressive! I arrived at a bus stop about 1 km away from the hotel at about 22:00, and the hotel van picked me up for free! And then the following morning I had to go to a train station 4 km away by 6:30, and the van took me there, too! On top of this they served me breakfast before I left the hotel at 5:45!!! What a service! And thinking back about this whole trip, many bad things happened, but also some good things happened like the service at this hotel... After all this world is still not so bad! :)
Cons: I never got to meet this woman on phone who arranged all this amazing service!
