Pros: The overall ambience of hotel and region. Very rural and fantastic scenery.
Cons: The wasn’t anything to dislike.
Pros: Unusual and interesting place. Inside seems much older than the outside. Numerous books including useful guidebooks. Good evening meal and wine! Helpful owner. Excellent location for walking. The road to the hotel was interesting.
Cons: Some bedroom walls seemed thin - voices easily heard at least briefly. Unusual (to us) taste of breakfast coffee. The road to the hotel was interesting - could be demanding if busy or in bad weather. Easy to drive past steep drive to hotel.

Pros: We arrived and felt right at home. the lovely lady who works there greeted us, gave us a quick tour and later showed me how to use the kitchen appliances - it was really helpful in our stay there. The room was nice and quiet, comfortable bed The hotel seems renovated. nice design and facilities
Cons: The room was a bit small but it didn't really bother us
Pros: This place was really nice and the owner could not do enough for us. The views in this village are great and it was lovely and quite.
Pros: Recently refurbished hotel, very comfortable. Has nice sitting room. Good breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice. Owner very helpful- he let us store our bikes downstairs and use the fridge.
Cons: It’s all good!
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Stylish lounge downstairs and access to fridge and tea and coffee. Super friendly and helpful hosts.
Cons: The breakfast was juice, coffee and cakes/breads. Very typical for Spain but not our taste! However the hosts were happy for us to keep yogurt and fruit in the fridge so that helped!
Pros: The location is superb, easy to find, really well appointment inside and outside. The property was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Access was no issue, parking out front was fine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming even though we struggled to converse due to the limited Spanish we had.
Cons: During our stay the linked restaurant was closed for return which was disappointing. The breakfast was poor in our opinion as was limited to toast and cake only - however the fresh juice and coffee were well received. The amenities inside the room used non recycle plastic - plastic glasses for water. It would be nice to see a more active eco friendly approach given the surroundings. No facilities for hot water available for filing flasks for hiking - no bar in hotel for drinks or coffee (likely due to the refurb). We would recommend facilities for tea and coffee are available to guests throughout the day.

Pros: Everyting was perfect, super place, and the owner was really nice. A beautiful little hotel suronded by mountains, lovley flowers in the garden, not far from centrum, were there was different places to go for dinner. They served breakfast at the hotel, really good. We will be back for sure, next time we are visiting this area.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at L'Ablama. Although it's just outside of Somiedo it has the advantage of wonderful views all around and is beautifully quiet even though it's on the main road (you wouldn't notice). Our host was really helpful and absolutely made our stay (we were taking my 91 year old mother on a much longed for trip to see the mountains) by helping us to arrange a special trip to see the lakes. It was the highlight of our holiday and we were very grateful. He also gave us great recommendations for eating! A wonderful visit.
Pros: extremely nice location and easy to get there, very calm, with beatiful views to the mountains. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff - he gave us good advices. Convenient parking in front of the building. Good value for money.
With a stay at Casa Cesareo in Somiedo, you'll be a 1-minute walk from Somiedo Natural Park and 7 minutes by foot from Centro de Interpretacion. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice mountain view from the window.
Cons: Expected rooms to be simple but a lick of paint wouldnt go a miss.
Pros: Cesar is absolutely wonderful! So helpful with all my needs and answered all my question! Definitely the best host I ever had! The room is nice and clean, the location is great, the Wi Fi is good, and there are washer and dryer on site !
Pros: Good beds, good location.
Cons: Lots of noise during first night from other guests, no water for 2 hours on second day, leaking heating, shower not functioning.
Pros: The room was very clean and the shower hot. The owners very friendly
Cons: The breakfast could have had fresh bread or croissant but it was only 3 euros so we cannot complain. The towels were changed every day, the used soap disposed of and the bin emptied, this was seemingly very conscientious but not very environmental, as we really didn't need clean towels, new soap or a new plastic bag in our bin every day!
Pros: Breakfast was fine, location amazing, full of suprises including bears .
Cons: All good, just a little cramped in the rooms, but not a problem.
Pros: Our room was very clean and had a fantastic view from the window. The location was perfect.
Pros: Very friendly staff, great view from the bedroom, very short scenic walk to the center, great experience

Pros: Pola de Somiedo is a very good base for hiking in the stunning Somiedo natural park. Quite good information + walking maps from the tourist office.
Cons: While our room was spacious enough, and quite comfortably arranged, the bed was quite narrow with the mattress leaning towards the middle, resulting in 2 uncomfortable nights.
Pros: The location is good, the rooms were as expected.
Cons: They charged more than agreed on from my credit card without stating an explanation or even informing me. The service could be friendlier. They lock the hotel over night without a possibility to open the doors from the inside.
Pros: Lovely location, good parking and a wonderful breakfast.
Cons: Open planned bedrooms.
Pros: Location was perfect just away from the 'main' streets but as its a small town anyway it was very peaceful. Good food, separate dining area for guests breakfast. Fridge in the room was a great bonus.
Pros: Everything was great room was lovely Evening meal was perfect You have to try the iberico for 2 people!!!!!
Pros: The hotel is in the centre of a nice town The rooms are functional but have everything you need. The restaurant was pretty good. The staff didn’t speak English, so we mostly communicated with gestures... Overall I really enjoyed the stay.
Cons: The whole village had an out of season feel (late September). No one seemed particularly enthusiastic about tourists!
Pros: Amazing 15 century building with loads of character. Beautiful decorated and great staff attention.
