everything - historic roast lamb hard to locate
The hotel itself was lovely and the fact there was a spa was a bonus. We felt that it was a bit of an effort for the owner to get the spa ready if you wanted to use it? So we didn't bother! The village the hotel was in was a bit strange and not very attractive. Although we went and had a drink in the plaza it was not somewhere you would want to stay for long. We think perhaps some info. Should be included in the description of the location.
The owner, was always on duty and no matter how busy he was, he always seemed pleased to help No
The room & Spa
The staff & the food - great The location is very problematic to find, the roon is very small
Beautiful double storey family room with luxury bathroom. Excellent food. Very helpful owner. Spa pool was a small swimming pool and cost 10 euros per person.
Excellent Hotel, very friendly staff, offered more suitable room as I might never have got out of the sunken bath. Restaurant was excellent for supper and breakfast. Was not easy find a few more signs would help.
Very well designed and appointed hotel and very comfortable facilities. The owner/hotel keeper Francisco could not have done more for me - he was really kind and helpful. I was travelling by motorbike and the hotel provided secure parking
The staff very helpfull There was poor (if any) ventilation into the shower room and a bit of a smell.
The staff were most helpful. The room was very comfortable. The hotel was nicely situated for exploring the little town.
For a 3 star this is an excellent hotel. Nice friendly reception staff - helpful with secure parking very very close. Room and bathroom was well equipped even with robes and slippers, Very nice hotel in the centre of town. Breakfast was limited in range of products. Girl on duty was a bit of a misery.
Lockable garage attached to room.
Acceptable as a 'roadside' overnight stop.
Motorway access and parking excellent. Clean and well apointed. View! No English spoken. Very poor breakfast.
Great location to break up our drive with two children to Santander. Room was big enough for camp bed and cot and having the garage below the room was a bonus to pack and unpack. Staff were not the friendliest and the facilities were basic, but functional.
Comfortable, Clean and Quiet Difficulty finding it
noisy room and minimal breakfast facilities
Proximity to motorway; bar staff friendly Expensive for level of hotel; tv remote control broken;TV buttons broken; not very friendly reception and cafeteria staff
No complaints We had to have breakfast in the cafe not the hotel restuarant. Perhaps we should have booked breakfast on arrival. Not advised of this.
The hotel was in a very nice position with wonderful views over the countryside. The room was nice, clean and quite. My wife and I had a meal in the hotel wich was excellent as was the service.
A stunning Parador in a stunning building The plumbing in our room left something to be desired.
Excellent accomodations. The staff was very courteous and helpul. This Parador is centrally located, and only a short walk to the historical and shopping areas.
Excellent location for an overnight stay. Swimming pool was the main attraction. No
lovely building and good views from the hotel balcony. good food which is just as well as few places to eat in town there is not much to do in the town of Benavente so would only recommend it as a stop over on the way to somewhere else. I would not stay here again as it is a bit isolated.
The balcony and view from room. The restaurant was a bit lacking in ambience
