Pros: Very nice staff and beautiful place
Pros: i wish we had had more time to properly enjoy the place and hospitality but we were in a rush. The food was just incredible - in all my years I haven’t eaten pork like that, Just great cooking:)
Pros: Dinner and breakfast: great quality, taste and ingredients
Cons: No choices for dinner
Pros: Dinner was fantastic
Pros: The quietness of the place, the welcome, the smile and the fantastic diner!
Cons: Tiny room
Pros: It was our second stay at "Le Bonheur est dans le pré". We had an amazing stay, both times. We absolutely love the location and the view (you can see the mountains from your room and the terrace). The owners are very professional and warm. Most importantly, the cuisine is incredible. We love the chef's philosophy: local, tasty, fresh products. With a fancy touch. They made us discover wines that we love (we could buy a couple of bottles when we left). The rooms are simple but very clean and the mattresses are very comfy.
Pros: Very good restaurant for dinner. Reservations highly recommended. Nice view to the mountains.
Pros: Le Bonheur dans le Pre was an ideal overnight stop before crossing into Italy. It is only a few kilometres off the motorway but it is in a different world, of mountains and meadows. The evening meal was of a very high quality,
Pros: Lovely breakfast, friendly staff
Pros: Location was good and owners very friendly, food was fantastic.

Pros: The room was OK, clean but old fashioned. Bed was too soft. The Food was OK, nice breakfast.
Cons: Small room with old fashiond furniture.
Pros: The restaurant was amazing with excellent staff and food. A very pretty location . The bathroom was outstanding in size and facilities.
Cons: A hotel of this quality really should invest in air conditioning the whole experience was spoilt by the fact that it was impossible to sleep in the heat.
Pros: The bed and the restaurant. The bed was the most comfortable and the food was.. well I was impressed.
Pros: Location is peaceful with a little river in the back (although the front of the hotel is right on the main road and not very secluded). Both the bathroom and spaciousness and the room were very nice.
Cons: We were surprised to find the bedroom not as romantic as the restaurant and backyard. The bedroom furnishings were dated and the bed frame even had a rip in it. The breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. They don't have any non-dairy milk options.
Pros: It was a stopover after the mountains and we booked the hotel for the restaurant (which gets fully booked). They were able to accommodate us for dinner - the food was lovely. I did miss out on a soufflé as I needed to order it at the start of the meal (didn't read that on the menu).
Pros: Excellent restaurant (for both dinner and breakfast) and very friendly, welcoming, staff especially the guy on reception. Parking was easy.
Cons: Not ideal for a summer stay, as there is no air conditioning (rather surprising in a 4 star hotel). This made sleep difficult, as the hotel is close to busy roads which made it hard to have the window open. Not a lot of facilities - no pool. Expected more for this price.
Cons: Overrated and expensive restaurant
Pros: We stayed in the garden suite. This room was fabulous. Big - modern - quiet - stylish. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Cons: The reception area and bar are very old fashoined and in desperate need of renovation
Pros: Big room with lovely view over the garden The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly
