Very nice et, superb location, great restaurant and staffa
Comfortable room but would have appreciated air conditioning only available in the restaurant. Restaurant food was good with a reasonable choice of dishes.
Breakfast was poor compared with previous visits. Very few choices of cereals and one in an open bowl had flies on it. There was no prepared fresh fruit.
Breakfast was good but it costs 10,50 euros extra per person. The village is nice only 30 kms from Mont Saint-Michel.
The room had an acceptable price but it looked like a hotel room in the 80’s. The hotel looks much better on the pictures than in reality. The beds were comfortable and clean but there was wall-to-wall carpet on the floor. In the middle of the tourist season there were only two restaurants open and after 9 pm it was difficult to find something to eat. The staff in the hotel were not really friendly except for the lady in the breakfast room.
Hardly anything - the breakfast was well up to standard for a provincial French hotel. Ambience, decor & service in the breakfast room were definite plus points. Otherwise ....... see below.
The room was poky, noisy & bizarrely decorated. Lighting ranged from garish glare to near complete darkness. Many carpets worn to a gloss. Safety & security best described as doubtful - safety notices were inaccurate, escape signage & lighting probably illegal.
Big room with 2 singles downstairs and a double upstairs, had two English news channels and air con that was not advertised but very welcome. Good location too, parking was free but advertised as additional
Slightly dated in some areas, two single beds look like they have been recovered from a hospital lol, said I couldn’t get a steak anywhere else and had to eat in their restaurant but there were plenty of options in the town, although most closed on a Wed aswell at the traditional Sunday. Probably my fault not speaking french and may have been Mis understood, they were friendly.
