Pros: Chez Dyna is an extraordinary place with wonderful rooms, bathrooms, and dining room. Hosts are a delight and full of love for their village, the area and their home and adjacent boutique art gallery. They also have a private historic car collection in preparation. We would have loved to stay longer but were repositioning to the eastern part of Cote d'Azure for a month. Our visit has been in mid-winter. Would be even better in summer to appreciate the beautiful walled garden and wander around the village. Given the travel opportunity, we would return to this place for longer and with pleasure.
Cons: Slightly hard to spot (in pouring rain) entrance drive when you do not know it. No problem when you do.
Pros: great attention to details and the hosts are always there to attend to all your needs !!
Pros: Lovely house with amazing views. Owners are very kind and willing to satisfy anything you need.
Pros: Geoff and Lin are very welcoming hosts. Room was very elegantly French. Breakfast was just riight.
Cons: A t.v. In the bedroom, but obviously not essential!
Pros: Very good value for money. The apartment was nice and had all the basic requirements. It’s a real authentic French experience I would say. Location is great to explore the Cathar country. Fire place, equipped kitchen and the people are friendly.
Cons: Nothing really. If there’s anything to say or to improve that would also increase the price. It’s a true fair deal. Some could argue that the style is a bit too classic/old (however typical for those French houses in smaller towns), but bringing it to a different level would also bring the price to a different level.
Pros: Beautiful house and lovely hosts.
Pros: The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. We had an excellent evening meal with abundant wine and went to bed far too full. Sensible time for breakfast. Lovely rooms.
Pros: Everything. Our accommodation was so very lovely with a home from home feel. Very quaint and clean. Perfect French style breakfast. We felt most welcomed and looked after by Geoff and Linda. Thank you.

Pros: The village was exceptional & the young couple running it were kind & did their best. It was very clean.
Cons: Unfortunately there was a mixup with our booking & our room was given to someone else which left us in an awkward spot. We chose to wait until dinner was finished then asked for problem to be sorted. A put up bed was brought into the room, which solved one problem as we were not a couple & did not want to share a double bed. It also meant that the ensuite bathroom was not available & we had to tip toe across the landing. Bath towel was tiny, no hand towel. Bed was Japanese style.....no good for bad knees. We felt awkward as if we were encroaching in their home. Then the door jammed & we couldn't get out of the room. Directions we're difficult....late check in meant we couldn't find the place earlier & it was hard in the pouring rain to find the entrance. Everything seemed sparse , minimal & too lights out at 10pm....it was not relaxing for us.
Pros: We arrived late, hadn't eaten & the owners very kindly made up a very tasty pizza for us, along with a small bottle of their blanquette for us to have with the meal, completely unexpected & very welcomed. The house was a little bit difficult to find, however after a quick phone call, François came out to meet us & guide us in! Breakfast was very flexible (time wise) and lovely. Overall, thoroughly recommend.
Cons: The only very minor gripe is that the bathroom is down the hall from the bedroom, not en-suite, but this is only a very minor and personal preference
Pros: Very friendly nice big room and the view is amazing
Pros: Right in the centre of the village where we needed to be. Very pleasant owners too.
Cons: Apart from the main house the rest of the place was a building site that you had to negotiate to get to the front door.
Pros: the room was large, light and airy with a comfortable bed. a sauna is available and massage at reasonable prices. The view is spectacular. the food was very good! I would just say it was not very well signposted but I am assured that the hosts are working on this. Mary
Cons: signposting from village.
Pros: What a delightful young couple who have put their heart and soul into a very modern restoration but with a cosy and caring atmosphere . They are aiming to develop it into a very personal and special place . Taking great care to be welcoming , providing delicious food , and future developments offering 'bien etre' facilities. The village is small and charming , very quiet ,with lovely views. This is no ordinary chambre d'hote , a special find I can highly recommend .
Pros: The family room is very spacious, with lovely views, and comfortable beds. The setting is very interesting and the village is pretty.
Cons: Felt a little like we were imposing on a private home during our stay, especially at meal times, although we did receive a warm welcome on arrival. The food was good quality, but portion sizes are very small for anyone engaged in an active holiday. And we were made to feel very uncomfortable when we ate a 2nd pastry at breakfast from the basket that was placed in front of us. We were unaware it was to be shared with other guests that we didn't know were staying. It was also the first time I've been asked to remove any footwear for the duration of a paid stay.
Pros: Lovely bright clean accommodation. Very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Great location and the host was hospitable and served a lovely breakfast. We had a great room with fantastic views over the vineyard.
Cons: Nothing and all was great!
Pros: We loved this place a lot because of it's location, fantastic view, convenient beds and bathroom, friendly and helpful owners, it's cleanliness and the general feeling of being welcomed at any point of time. Nice bonus - great Belgian beer in the fridge for a very reasonable price.
Cons: Some other reviewers mentioned difficulties with parking, but we couldn't comprehend it. We could easily leave the car right next to the house to drop our baggage, and then park the car in the parking 50m away from the house. Easy-peasy :).
Pros: Comfortable terrace with nice view. Friendly and welcoming hostess. Nice bedroom and en-suite bathroom with balcony and nice view.
Cons: Very narrow beds. Over-priced evening meal. Small portions - not enough to eat. Very ordinary - we get much better food at home. If you don’t like figs you have a problem. Parking was some distance away from the property. Had to go looking for hostess when we were leaving.

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at Mon Petit Soulie. Betty was a wonderful host and took care of many details to make our stay relaxing. Location, room, breakfast, host far exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait for our next stay.
Cons: Having to leave
