Great location. Hotel is about 10-20 minutes from Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St Catherine's, Port Dalhousie and various wineries. Very easy to get any place of interest in that region. Also, Toronto was about 90 minute drive away as well. The food at the hotel was good (to very good). Additionally, my wife and I thought the staff were very attentative and courteous. Overall, we were very happy with our purchase. The fitness center could use an upgrade but it had all the basics.
Staff were great. Not sure if I got the points added to my rewards card or not.
I found the room to be very comfortable with alot of space and extremely clean. I also liked the decor, especially in the bedroom. The night was also noiseless which was great considering there was a hockey tournament that weekend and you were fully booked, our room was situated in a back corner and it was perfect for us. One of these days I'm going to try the Presidential Suite. No, The Four Points has always been my first choice in hotels and you have yet to disappoint me. Keep up the good work!
spacious and very comfortable suite, which was spotlessly clean and carefully maintained. All of the hotel had a spacious, airy feel about it. Would definitely recommend it. Plenty of room in the car park as well which was free. Also wifi in the the room. Not the hotel's fault, but ill-behaved children running up and down the corridors, screaming and laughing. They were only having children's fun but it was inappropriate behaviour and the parents should have behaved more responsibly. Perhaps hotel security staff might have been checked it.
The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean. It is so conveniently located. I travel 7 hours to visit my granddaughter and I stay here. the amenities are great. Nothing additional needed.
We liked the fact that our family of 5 adults were able to stay comfortably in the suite for one price. It was very central to Brock U. where our visit was centered as well as to the mall.
Very close to Brock Univercity where we were attending a Dance Convention Very good Hotel - no complaints at all
Staff was very friendly Room with 2 beds could have left 2 complimentary bottles of water vs only 1
We arrived and they could not find our booking from, Booking.com so they gave us 2 free breakfast passes, we were very pleased with the outcome, we have stayed at this hotel many times, and would not stay any where else, just love it.
Nice owner clean room best bang for your buck in town. Centrally located
Amazing staff who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. There were no bad points we loved everything.
Easy to access off of highway, nice staff, nice room A little tricky gettting out of the parking lot to turn right or left
Very clean and recently renovated rooms, quiet, nice view of the water, great to have a fridge, conveniently located. Friendly owners and staff. Outside and lobby needs some updating to be as nice as the rooms - still looks like an old style motel outside which may turn off some people. Should take advantage of the outdoor space a bit more but noisy close to the highway so would need fountains / noise barriers.
Convenient location, easy access, very decent staff/owners Bedding was not too comfortable, glad we got 2 double queen because double it is, queen it is not
Clean, newly refurbished, quiet though near highway. Fridge Continental breakfast
Very economical. Clean and Pleasant.
Very good location. Its very accessible to the highway, and close to restaurants and coffee shops, etc. There is a coffeemaker and a small fridge for snacks and stuff The single bed was smaller than I thought it was, but that should'nt take away from the hotel itself
Fine breakfast, with better cereal and fresh fruit than one usually finds. Two very nice pools with good sized jacuzzi. Large rooms which were well outfitted. Friendly staff. The hotel's leafy green setting in the picture is deceptive. It is just behind the QEW and in an urban shopping area with considerable traffic. If you are in the region to go cycling, you must first work your way through 20 minutes of city streets before getting to quieter routes. The hotel's common areas are somewhat worn and in need of an updating.
The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was very spacious and clean. There's an odor that is likely the cleaning solution or some kind of deodorizer. It's not a dirty smell but not a great one either. Luckily the windows open so we were able to tolerate the odor by leaving the windows open.
The front desk staff was very nice and polite I have no complaints
Upon arrival we found out that the resturant was shut down therefor we had to drive fto get some breakfast
Staff was really nice. Young man (university student) was very attentive, addressed our needs and was very helpful. Bathroom door sticks tight and we had to break down the door to let a 5 year old out of the bathroom. Definitely a safety concern. Guests before us left food in the room and although the room was very, very clean we were put off by the food that was left and not cleaned up by housekeeping. We were also annoyed that the IHOP was closed and Kayak did not mention this on the website when booking.
We did not stay there and had to cancel but you guys will not refund us. Never using Kayak again.
Good service on the desk High speed internet signal was weak.
My car was parking right beside my door. It's convinent for us.
The stay was ok. There is a lot space needed to be improved.Actually, I think, this is motel standard, not hotel price. The bed is too hard, and too much noise and too high price which doesnt macth the facility and service.
Room was very clean and had the basics plus a few extras, like an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and coffee maker. Staff was competent. I didn't realize it was right by a major highway that was fairly noisy, but since it was winter, my windows were closed and it wasn't a problem. Summer would be more of a problem though.
Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was provided at no cost. Attached Griddles Restaurant was not operational at this time. (Posted for sale or lease.)
There was no extra charge for us to have our small dog with us. This means a great deal. We enjoyed the breakfast. It met all our expectations, however, the placement of our room, which was the first one off the lobby, was a little noisy with the door opening and closing often.
We stayed here the night we got married and it definitely meet or expectations
Very nice suite. none
Good location close to the beach. Old fashioned hotel! Needs to be renovated! Not very clean.
It is a nice facility Carpet and living furniture dungy.
Very nice hotel room very comfortable Only negative was we checked in at 3 and there was no parking in hotel lot. We were told there was a function at the hotel till 8 that night. Not very respectful of the guests who paid for a room.
Very spacious suites
The hotel had great staff and complimentary breakfast. The rooms were great too. Only thing I did not like was that the parking was very limited and would suggest having some type of agreement with Condo units in the back so guests don't have to park on the side of parking lot.
This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The room was clean and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was most accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to fulfill every request I had. The breakfast was excellent No
Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff.

The room was just great. Very spacious. No
nice ambiance. great staff, clean and neat. bathrooms dont have exhaust...hence foggy after shower and smelly after u know what ....
Hotel service was courteous and helpful. Room was spotless and everything worked well. The restaurant (attached to, but not Holiday Inn) was not clean - tables sticky, coffee pot stained and not clean, salt shaker chipped, etc. Food was good (breakfast) and service prompt and friendly.
location more detail cleaning in the rooms
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The fitness room and pool were good. The coffee shop in the hotel was very nice and the breakfast was good also. There was construction going on outside of our room and we could hear a lot of noise from it.
service, cleaning, and price anything
- Friendly staff went above requirements to accommodate my request for an early check-in time which resulted in made my arrival stress- free! I requested a "quiet" room and got it. The bed as top-notch for comfort. None.
The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub & pool.
Beds & pillows very comfortable, clean, quite.
The pool and hot tub area was nice and cozy and easily accessible. The vouchers for a full breakfast in the restaurant was a nice surprise, we expected a continental breakfast. The view of the rooftop below.
it was clean and quiet, the Timothy's coffee stand was great & the pool and bosling alley were fun
The most comfortable bed and pillows ever in a hotel. Where do you buy them? The heater in our room had a fan that was very loud which woke us up in the middle of the night.
Might be tricky to find hotel - entrance has changed from highway and construction going on right now on highway.
Hotel room was bright and clean. I was very concerend before checking in as expereince in prior Days Inn in Port Huron Michigan the day before was quite different. I woudl definitely stay here again.
Good value for the room only $116
They hosted several High School Crew Teams from out of town, and the Crew teams were VERY WELL behaved & the staff very accomodating to all the athletes! Short on electrical outlets in the room.
It was situated between Hamilton, Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake, which was the three places we needed to go. They kindly booked our reservation for the restaurant in Niagara falls. The host did not know where we could have go for a breakfast with espresso, saying that Canadians do not drink that. We did not find a restaurant to get that, maybe he was right for St-Catharines.
The bed was uncomfortable ,pillows too fluffy. The ceiling had water damage, bathroom fan didn't work with mold around. The room wasn't clean chair had a spill on it not wiped.
no wireless even though the room suggests its complimentry
Attended a conference.
I need working wifi when I stay at a motel, and this hotel didn't have it. Everything else was adequate, but they claim to have Internet/wifi and it was unusable. I'm fairly certain it's a modem issue, but when I called the front desk the reply I got was, "Well, it's working for me". Rather than admitting they have outdated or non-functioning wifi, they tried to imply it was my laptop or user error that was the problem.
It's proximity to my work !!! The wireless connection was so poor I could not long on the server.
The room was very clean and the staff was excellant.
A very good experience making the commencement of our visit to Canada memorable. The continental breakfast was an additional bonus. No lift to upper floor.
We were allowed to check in early for a wedding, guest services even googled directions to the wedding location. Room had fridge, micro, ironing etc and a very good breakfast. A budget hotel located conveniently for biking the Welland Canal and to visit the wine district. Bathroom was tired, could benefit from reno.
This cute little inn was very quiet, despite being above a restaurant. There were was plenty to do in the area, with a lovely icecream shop just next door along with a few bars. There was a park and harbor just within walking distance. Only a 30 minute drive from the Falls.
My kiddos enjoyed the pool and the waffle maker. The front staff are the first contact that people have with the hotel and the day staff the was there on Sunday May 1, 2016 were seriously lacking!!
Great value for the price. A good, basic hotel room. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of clean towels. Coffee, fruit, muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, etc. free for breakfast. Very convenient location on the highway; close to food and lake. A bit noisy during the night (can hear conversations at front desk, pipes, etc.). Inexplicable beeping noise one night around midnight (not the alarm clock).
Location to Grimsby where I was at a running event Not this time. Last time was noisy due to a party; all quiet this time.
Very convenient to the conference we were attending. Close to restaurants too. Wish they had also had conditioner in the room / not just shampoo. Great breakfast in the morning. Beds were very comfortable.
It was clean and had all the amenities I needed
Location is excellent for my purposes. And so is the price. Have stayed here often; this time, unfortunately, I left a bottle of champagne in the fridge to celebrate my marathon race. The fridge malfunctioned and froze the bottle and it exploded. Not too happy about that.
The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast is good. So much noise! You can hear everything, the highway, people above you, people in halls all night long. The rooms need to be vacuumed and dusted. The pool is freezing cold. The peep holes in room doors are stuffed with Styrofoam. Not the nicest place.
Hot tub THE smallest rooms I have ever stayed in. Basically barely enough room for the beds.

Our first night was on the highway side and we found the room very noisy, but the staff moved us across the hall and it was very quiet. The noise level in the more expensive rooms, the suites should have been placed on the lake side of the hotel.
The pool and whirlpool were nice. The breakfast was average - not stellar.
Right along the QEW Highway. Easily accessible. The breakfast was not as good as some other hotels we stayed at. The staff advised they would be changing the breakfast area in the near future.
