Pros: the ease of booking trip online, the customer service from all staff from pilots, flight attendants to check-in was amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly.!
Cons: There was nothing bad to say about my experience.

Pros: The whole experience was great. Being the ex Qantas no one frequent flyer travell an average of 3 weeks per month I have significant experience. I was very impressed. The food was ok up to the standard of airline food.
Cons: The food which is limited by the fact over 500 peole have to be served and meals are precooked. Would suggest. More snacks crisps etc,fresh fruit, pret a manger style sandwichs and salads.
