Pros: Air con, dogs allowed, nice staff.
Pros: Really good breakfast.
Cons: Restaurant closed.
Pros: This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The village itself is beautiful and if the staff in the hotel offer to help you get a table at the restaurant in the village, say yes! The food is fab. We will definitely be back.
Pros: well presented with good wifi, pleasent owner who checked us in,she had only taken over 3 weeks previous,so had no bar and the restaurant wasnt up and running.i have no doubt it will be a huge success when its all up to speed.
Pros: Room large, bed comfortable. Run by young couple who are warm and charming. She speaks English, French and German. Petit dej was copious and delicious, even pancakes!
Cons: The location on an access of two busy noisy streets. Be sure you request a room in the back. We did not and it was unpleasant to sleep with windows closed!
Pros: Great hotel! We enjoyed everything! We had a room with separate entrance, felt like we were staying in our private house. Good breakfast, fresh bread, very good value for money!
Cons: A bit on the road so no view as such.
Pros: Reception by the owner was very friendly and professional. Hotel located in the center of Visan, with front entrance facing the "new" town whereas the rear faced the "old" town. Street parking very close to the hotel. Continental breakfast including a pancake making machine (!). Lovely internal courtyard where breakfast was served. Ample rooms with a/c. Highly recommended.
Cons: A small fridge in each room would have been nice.
Pros: Everything! A delightful village hotel, recently refurbished to a high standard. Contemporary comfort (including air con) but in keeping with the charming old building. The location is excellent for exploring the vineyards, villages, markets, historic sites, etc, of this corner of rural Provence. The breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is easy. The owners are very friendly and helpful, with good local knowledge. We were renting a house nearby, and came home with far too much wine thanks to their recommendations!
Cons: Nothing! It would just be lovely if there was also a small café/bar on the site.
Pros: The hotel was centrally placed, easy to find and the room was very comfortable with the additional bonus of air conditioning. The owners were very friendly and helpful in recommending somewhere for an evening meal. Price was very reasonable for the area and facilities and we will definitely be returning to explore the surrounding area in the very near future.
Cons: Nothing. All good for our stay.
Pros: Beautifully restored building. Friendly proprietor Excellent breakfast Beautiful Provencal village

Cons: nothing to fault.
When you stay at B&B Soleil et Ombre in Villedieu, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Winegrower's Museum and La Villasse. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Agnes and Jean Francois are the kindest and most considerate hosts. I had a problem with my transport and their help was invaluable in resolving it. They accommodated me for extra days and insisted that I dine with them as their guest and use their telephone as I needed it. I had to return home by train and boat without my transport and they drove me to the train station 30 kms. from Villedieu and planned an itinerary to help me on my way. I could not have resolved my transport difficulties without their generous help.
Pros: A warm friendly welcome, the hostess speaks great English but is very encouraging to anybody who wants to attempt some French. The house is charmingly French. There is a very pretty terrace that overlooks the small village square. The breakfast was delicious and on warm days is taken outside on the terrace. The village is a full of character, it has several good restaurants, which all have seating outside in the old village square.

Pros: Authentic, medieval house in historic centre. Car park nearby. Large bedroom & bathroom with lounge, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Enclosed garden area.
Cons: Stairs would be a problem for older people, carrying suitcases, etc.
Cons: The host had not been informed by Booking.com about our reservation. Although I had received a confirmation from Booking.com.

Pros: Interesting historical property at quiet yet convenient location to explore the area (Grignan, Mont Ventoux). Very friendly hostess and nice size pool. Large clean room with nice shower including toiletries. Breakfast was included.
Cons: The indoors is a bit stuffy with little and small windows and a lot of (collector?) things stashed in the main house. Garden (which has lot of potential!) needs maintenance. Booking.com stated that the room we booked was airconditioned: there was no aircon, only a ventilator. Breakfast could be upgraded with eggs and/or savoury things. Room we booked did not have a fridge (it could use one: if only to make coffee - there is a nespresso machine! - with fresh milk) nor a private terrace: other rooms do have kitchenettes and an outdoor space though.
Pros: superb. Way more than anyone can eat.
Cons: We had to drive quite a distance to find a Restaurant for dinner
Pros: The welcome, the cleanliness, the property, the breakfast!
Cons: Nothing to say.
Pros: Really accommodating host and lovely spacious and relaxing space to get away from it all.
Cons: Slightly outside of Richerenches

Pros: Very Nice hosts! Lovely area and a very clean and cosy room. Nice swimmingpool! The children loved it.
Pros: A perfect spot, in a wonderfull area. Very Nice hosts, and Nice area around the pool. 2.nd time we are there, and still a favoriteplace.
Pros: Friendly welcome Lovely setting Everso dog friendly Small pool with running water Large room with good ensuite Nice village nearby Good breakfast
Cons: A little hard to find but Patrick came to find us Don't let sat nav take you to Faucon, it is just outside Villedieu
Pros: Beautiful location, very considerate host. Despite record heatwave we found it very comfortable without air con. the grounds are well laid out with seating places, and there is a traditional bassin (spring water that runs constantly into and out of a concrete container about 3m x 2m). This wouldn't suit everyone but for a cold plunge on a baking day it's wonderful! The local village is delightful, limited eating choice but good and everyone sits in a shared seating area in the shady village square by the remparts and the old fountain... archetypal image of France.
Cons: Air con would help but as noted we slept well even without it.
