Nice swimming pool. We got 2 Jr. suites and they offered a lot of space. Reception personnel was very good. Not much to do in direct surroundings. Difficult to find with our gps system (you should not choose Treviso as city since Treviso has a similar named road). Prices for drinks around the swimming pool are quite high. Selection at breakfast buffet is limited.
Room and gardens
Silence, landscape and comfort
Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is nice an quiet with an amazing park and beautiful pool. I would recommend to stay in the old and original part of the hotel which has more flair than the part where the conference centre is built in. You have to be early to get your breakfast and it was not possible to serve it outside on the beautiful terrasse. A pity as the rest of the service is quite nice.
Great pool and grounds, fabulous food and service in the restaurant.
high comfort; very quiet location; excellent base for discovering the charming Marca Trevigiana restaurant staff not well organized
It is just bed and breakfast, but very nice facility.
Very good luxery rooms, clean and modern with nice small kitchen. Safe parking. Nice owners. Would certainly stay here again.
Extremely friendly employees, beautiful hotel in a quiet place at about 20 minutes from the airport of Treviso. Definitely a hotel to visit again. You do need own transport to get there, the hotel is not that easy to locate. But it's worthwhile the effort ...
i only stayed for the night so i could'nt notice the hotel properly
eve though we arrived late in the evening they provided a nice meal for the group. Room did smell abit of smoke.
Very nice bathroom with massage shower. Too much sweets for breakfast as many other italian hotels.
helpful pleasant service at breakfast almost completely closed for the summer - met by a sleepy guy who was quite unwelcoming; bedroom felt musty, more beds than needed so no floor space at all
Rooms have not lot of space, are narrows with large firnitures
The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The Italian breakfast was good enough. The staff were friendly. It is very near to the Treviso airport and it is very good for travellers who want to leave early in the morning. The only problem was that the hotel was quite far away from the railway station and there was no bus passing by. We had some problem in getting back to the hotel. We could have no entertainment if we wanted to stay in the hotel for a day.
none breakfast only got cappucino, taxi to treviso airport cost 35Euro, taxi from treviso station to hotel also cost 35Euro. the only means of transportation is by taxi.
The staff were friendly. The room and ensuite were clean. The hotel was quiet. The hotel was much further away from the airport than we were led to believe when booking through the booking.com website. please check no. of kilometres. I would hazard a guess of 15 kilometres, yet on the website map it only looks a very short distance.
Website indicated a room for five could be booked. After making a non refundable booking we were told the rooms could only accommodate four so we were forced to pay for a second room. Hotel was difficult to find. Not 30 minutes from Venice as suggested, closer to an hour, causing problems for us with our car rental drop off and subsequent trip to the airport. We were very disappointed with the service.
Rooms are spacious. Staff of hotel is courteous and professional. Newspaper of your choice delivered to your door (hung on the outside handle in a plastic bag) early in the morning. You have to tell them in advance if you want a Herald Tribune but specific Italian newspapers can be requested the night before upon check-in. Breakfast is run by an independent bar in the hotel complex. They have decided that it is more efficient, for the hotel guests, to have coffee made by an automatic self-service machine. This is awful at making cappucini. This is annoying since before they made coffee or cappucino at the bar using a professional machine. I have always found the breakfast buffet quite sparse and with few choices.
Staff were very friendly, even staff with no English did their very best to help. Bus tickets available from the hotel. Perfect rooms. The bus stops right outside the hotel in both directions. A little far from Treviso but well connected. Bar closed a little early.
The other guests of the hotel were less then pleasent.
Service with a smile and always only too happy to help and direct us .....inviting
Everything about the hotel was excellent. No negative points
They have a bike to use while you are there. Quiet. Free Internet. Resturant closed on Holidays. No food nearby.
The room for our family of 4, which included myself, husband, and children ages 10 and 12, was very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. While the hotel is located on a busline, the location is not very pedestrian friendly, meaning no restaurants within walking distance other than the one at the hotel itself. Also, no stores nearby.
room and hotel is perfect breakfast could be better
Rooms are more than okay about value compared price. This is a French Campanile 4 star. Menu Card was a little bit under my expectations. Wine was excellent
Helpfull staff. Arrived late from the airport- booking form ready and waiting - thought that we had been taken to the wrong hotel as much better than the price suggested. Got the shuttle bus to the station - free - easy journey into Venice = less that 5 Euros for two, Wonderful start to a holiay
The sheer comfort and luxury of the hotel and the bedroom and a great selection on the menu for breakfast. bedroom was fabulous but much too warm.
loved the hotel it was spotless, staff especially in the restaraunt were fantastic abit far away from the main town
First class accomodation, the reputation of this new hotel continues to grow, deservedly so. We would definitely stay there again. Excellent shuttle arrangements to compensate for the slightly remote location.Staff very friendly and helpful
Very comfortable, quiet, clean and in order.
Perfect Hotel , cant ask for anything better. The best part was the shuttle facility .
Room and bathroom were great, hotel bar was good, with nice "tapas" with drinks
The hotel staff was very helpful. The free shuttle from and back to the Treviso airport was a bonus and very much appreciated by us. The breakfast was very nice and had a large assortment of items. Our room was very nice and the bathroom and shower were big for Europe. My favorite part of the hotel was the very comfortable bed and bedding. I had a great night's sleep!
Everything was great about this hotel. The bed was so so comfortable. The employees were extremely helpful and the shuttle service was great. Good location only if you want to be in Treviso (close to airport)
I've been traveling to Treviso area for almost 7 years now, at least 5 times a year. I've stayed everywhere. This hotel is by far the best option. Clean, great beds, great showers, very good restaurant and bar option. Very good location and easy access. Parking outside is free, Wi-Fi is good, overall an excellent choice for the money.
Breakfast, breakfast coffee and breakfast service. Restaurant TV
It had a family cottage that was inexpensive Address on line was not correct and we drove around for an hour and a half at 23:00 looking for the hotel.
The interior is quite nice, the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are quite big at the time i was there the internet was broke, but I guess by now it should be fixes. also, i arrived on valentines day and there was not much choice in the restaurant, either the whole valentines menu or to sit with the workers and truckers in another room and have a very slim choice of food as well.
friendly atmosphere ,very helpful staff.
Very friendly staff, clean and efficient
The staff is exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean. The restaurant was definitely above average. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It had an internet point, but it would be nice if they made it wi-fied.
Food, service and large beds No english menus
We stayed there because it was close to Venice-Treviso airport and we had an early flight. It was easy to get to by public transportation. Friendly staff helped us arrange airport transfer. It was clean, cheerful and comfortable. No breakfast included in price
Clean, comfortable rooms. Not too far from Treviso centre. Good service from friendly staff.
everything was ok
Great little hotel, it was perfect for our intention to visit Venice the next day. Clean, enough space, quiet, couldn't have asked for more. One thing that was not perfect was the breakfast, not quite the selection we've seen at other hotels during our 2 week stay in Europe, but fresh and tasty. Nothing.
even if we reserved the std room via web, they gave us the room with lake view, without paying additional fees
Great staff, comfortable spacey rooms Restaurant - breakfast OK, lunch & dinner - very poor standard. I would go looking for a restaurant/wine bar in the area. Location - a bit out of the way, need car.
Beautiful and clean room. Good atmosphere. Nothing in particular
Hotel is very, very nice - most of the rooms with nice lake view, located in very quite area (even very close to highway). Rooms are comfortable (approx. 35M2) with nice terase (would put some diveders between different room terrasses for more privacy); lobby is very nice too connecting different floors - lobby, spa section and restaurant. Spa section - it is just nice with high quality of services (most of the staff speak English, Thai girls only a little of curse). Restaurant - nice lake view, good quality of food (but almost now fish even at lake) and friendly staff. It is approx. 20 minutes from Treviso and about 45 minutes to Venice parking lots. Around the hotel, you can find nice small villages or take a bike for small ride. Marian. Breakfest - I remember reading the breakfest is good; but it is actually very basic one (one ham, one cheese, few yogurts, cereals, coffe, fruits, etc.); but nothing special at all. At least the coffee is ok, but that one you expect in Italy anyway. P.S. If you would like to know waht is perfect breakfest, have a stay in nh Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky (Dam 9, Amsterdam, Netherlands); you have never seen so much to eat for breakfest :- ) ! Restaurant is closing at 10pm officially, even they will serve bit later, it is pretty soon for Italian style of living and dining.
On the original booking I requested a twin room as opposed to a double, I also sent a separate email to the hotel. When we arrived we were given a double room, the 1 person on reception had no english and we had no italian, so we got stuck with the double. The hotel is clean but basic, (no ice) we choose it for its location to treviso airport.
clean, friendly staff, value for money
Convenient to Treviso airport for early flight next morning. Stated hotel was 3kms from the airport. It was at least 7 kms! Room offered had not been cleaned.
very cozy and clean with a wonderful shower. No internet connection available
Very friendly staff. Big room, great air conditioning, a big bathroom, a very nice restaurant near-by. The breakfast was nice, but mostly sweet stuff, I don't know how diabetics would cope!
Location was nice. Just about 2 minutes from bus station. Nice Decoration.
It was on a handy bus route and and a few mins from the airport. Communication with the staff proved dificult as only one staff member spoke English. As a result of the shift rotation there was not always a staff member to communicate with.
The staff are very helpfull, and the hotel is in an ideal location for the airport.
Service and professionality.of its employees. Clean and silent rooms. Nice breakfast. Once there easy to go to the airport. To arrive is not easy marked. The same for people coming from outside to go to the airport.... We could arrive on time to airport thanks explanations from Hotel personnel.
