Pros: Lovely old style building with lots of character. But what has made our stay extra special is the amazing, warm and attentive staff of this hotel. They have been so warm and welcoming from the minute we came to check in to the last minute of us leaving. They even prepared a special surprise for our anniversary (what a heart warming experience). We want to say a big thank you to all the team of this hotel but especially to a young man called Gabriele that has really went out of his way to help us book a restaurant and suggest wonderful places.
Pros: Everything. Really beautiful place and hotel nice staff, delicious breakfast.
Cons: Room a bit small nothing really annoying but looks bigger on the photos
Pros: Historic hotel with friendly staff, beautiful view, clean, and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Tasteful interior, quiet and scenic. Relative to hotels, apartments, or rooms in Cortina during the holidays, Park Hotel Des Dolomites is an excellent value.
Cons: Without a rental car, it can be somewhat tricky to navigate the public bus in getting to the local ski hills and villages. There really isn't a "shuttle" which was advertised, rather a public bus system with sometimes tricky schedules.
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Exceptional pillows. Convenient, short commute for skiing.
Cons: Building was partially shutdown for winter. Fireplace not active. Restaurant closed for winter. Paid full services but only partial services open.
Pros: If you wanna feel like a movie star - that’s the place. The hotel is an institution and Wes Anderson wouldn’t be ashamed to film there. Huge hallways, beautiful artwork and amazing views. Lots of functional rooms, including library, game room (ping pong, foosball and pool table) and kids room. Have a drink at the bar and think about how great would it be to stay there for longer.
Cons: The room was on the smaller side, but who wants to stay in the room!
Located in Pieve di Cadore, Hotel Belvedere is a 4-minute walk from Eyeglass Museum and 7 minutes by foot from Lake Cadore. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, luggage storage, and an elevator. Limited parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lake view was perfect, the reception staff was very polite and answered every question looking for some options like supermarkets and restaurants
Cons: There is no room service and they don't have that much options for food inside the hotel, however there is a supermarket 5 min away.
Pros: - good location - spacious room
Cons: - big but useless bathroom (no disposal areas, bad faucets) - need some refurbishing - bad window sealing (noise from the road)
Pros: Clean hotel, very friendly staff, good location and nice italian town.
Cons: Entrance; you have to climb stairs. It's hard with suitcases. however, the receptionist opened the garage and allowed me to reach the elevator directly.
Pros: The personal was amazingly friendly and careful ❤️
Cons: Some stains on the couch
Pros: Spent a couple of overnight stay in the hotel and I can say this has to be one of the best ones around. The staff is always kind ad eager to help with any issues. The rooms are clean. The view is marvelous at the valley.
Cons: I cannot mention anything.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Children welcome. Hotel café / restaurant! Just under the Alps, great views out of window.
Cons: Facility is situated at the busy street to Cortina, so free parking can be limited.
Pros: Friendly staff, easy parking. Good pizza restaurant nearby.
Cons: Noisy, room over bar, no AC, hot, could not keep door open because of noise. Hard madrass and tiny bathroom. Friendly staff, ok breakfast.
Pros: The lady in the breakfast was kind and carrying Big ski room storage
Cons: Room door with gaps let in the smoke from kitchen and noise from the neighbors Windows paper thin noise from outside and cars passing by Rooms smaller than in the pictures The owner was rude and his wife at check out Parking could be a struggle no good English speakers
Pros: Hotel Alemagna was a great surprise for me. The location is amazing, there are markets and restaurants in the same street and it is very close to Cortina d'Ampezzo, but cheaper. The room is very cute and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. By the way, the breakfast has lots of options and it is very delicious. I really would like to come back with better weather.
Cons: There is nothing to complain about it
Pros: Fantastic location..breathtaking mountain view and friendly hosts.. warm decoration and cozy atmosphere.
Pros: Staff - all friendly and very helpful. Room - great view of the mountains. Breakfast - lovely selection and freshly made coffee. However, no kitchen facilities so no eggs or hot food. Bike storage - great - big garage below the hotel.
A stay at Hotel Cima Belprà places you in the heart of San Vito di Cadore, a 1-minute drive from San Vito di Cadore Ski Area and 10 minutes from Faloria Cable Car. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request).
Pros: The rooms were very well furnished, the bathrooms were excellent and everything was clean and looked brand new. There was a lot of space in the rooms, even the bathrooms were quite spacious. The shower was awesome. Moreover, our rooms opened on to a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the Dolomites.
Cons: The restaurant wasn't good. The breakfast buffet wasn't really a buffet. Getting warm tea or coffee was quite difficult. Dinners at the restaurant were not worth the price. And there weren't many options that didn't have deer meat in them.
Pros: The rooms were very modern, comfy and big. The view from the terrace is incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better bathroom. The rooms were in short, perfect!
Cons: The restaurant is not as good as we would have liked. There weren't that many options on the menu either.
Pros: Amazing breakfast and dinner, we are VEGAN and the hotel made special food for us, the stuff was very nice and accomodiating. Nice park and lake near the hotel, 5 min walk
Pros: Nice views and relaxing area in hotel. Other things either no too good or average...
Cons: Breakfast pretty basic, no vegetables, just frankfurters, bacon and scrambled eggs. One type of ham and cheese on the other side, then more standard stuff like coco pops etc. No option of having boiled eggs which was the first I've ever experienced. Parking not big enough to accommodate guests when hotel occupied. Had no parking space on the first night (Saturday) and had to walk a bit from the space we've found away from hotel. Paid and ordered room with double bed and came to two singles. When mentioned at reception we were told they don't have one with double bed until next day. Next day we got moved to the room which had to singles put together and double sheet over them two which made a double bed in their opinion but we have still ended up sinking into the gap in the middle, this room also had a heating on full blast making temp of 24.5 degrees inside the room which was impossible to control from the room. Went to reception to ask how to change it and was told they can only do it, it isn't for us to control. Another world's wonder...
Pros: I went in some other hotels around but I truly can say that Cima Belpra is the best around Cortina, the staff is extremely friendly, lots of antiques things,Spa is the best especially steam bath and sauna but that’s not only that ,there is very nice rest lounge with tea, coffe, fruits and biscuits, also in spa is a massage bed and something called walking paradise(you get sprayed with flavoured water on different temperatures) and the cold breeze with mint flavour is very very pleasurable ,and breathtaking views, basically 10/10 highly recommend!!!
Pros: Mountain View.
Cons: Prepare to be wondering when you reach your room. Photos and descriptions on site are not comparable with real.
With a stay at Chalet al Lago in San Vito di Cadore, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of San Vito di Cadore Ski Area and Mario Rimoldi Modern Art Museum. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great scenery in the area
Cons: Office hour is very limited. Check-in is strictly after 5:30pm. If you need to arrive/leave early or store your luggage, you can expect the place closed and no one working. We informed the staff that we need to check-out early and were told it's ok, yet to find nobody to check-out with in the morning. Afterwards, there was apparently some problem with the payment we weren't even made aware of, and the staff chased us with one liner emails as if we'd ran out on them...
Pros: Location,Lake view,Pet friendly hotel.
Pros: Staff, breakfast, location
Cons: Slow internet, no air-conditioning, no lobby
Pros: Very cosy place, friendly staff, perfect views.
Pros: A truly spectacular location overlooking the lake & surrounded by mountains. Staff all so helpful & friendly
Cons: It was so good in every way but a minor problem was a limited breakfast but adequate
Cons: Nice locality for the holiday with perfect care of hotel staff.
Pros: Quiet place with nice view over the lake and mountains. Great coffee and quite good pizza.
Pros: Very nice place to stay. The chalet is located next to a small lake, in a valley, in a very quiet location, surrounded by beautiful mountains/landscapes. People are very, very nice and supportive. The in house restaurant offers tasty and divers food, even the prices can’t be considered as low. The San Vito di Cadore center is at about 8-10 minutes of walk from the chalet.
Cons: The breakfast offer was not among the best we had during our trips/holidays and there was no diversity at all. We get more or less the same food from the first until the last day. In San Vito di Cadore there are not too many choices when it comes to restaurants and stores.
When you stay at Albergo Al Pelmo in Pieve di Cadore, you'll be in the historical district, within a 15-minute walk of Eyeglass Museum and Lake Cadore. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. A train station pick-up service is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We stayed a night here during our bicycle tour from Münich to Venezia. Their wellness section was a good treatment after a day of cycling. The restaurant offered a superb food at a very reasonable price. The centre is very close to the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was cosy and clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Pros: Nice staff, doing their best Some rooms have wonderful panorama (although it is hard to find a building in the Dolomites that has no breathtaking view to the mountains :)
Cons: Small rooms, basic equipment Few parking lots Mediocre breakfast, disappointing dinner Unusable wifi in the annexe (4xx rooms) Thin walls,, bad sound-proofing
Pros: Nice staff with good food , we could spend our holidays like at home,
Pros: Location was good. Just outside a wonderful town.
Cons: Our sheets were dirty and stained. Our bathroom door had holes in it. The shower only got luke warm at best. Breakfast was below standard.
Pros: The hotel is on a strategically good location, so it is a great headquarter for making excursions around. The room was relatively small but clean and well equipped, the breakfast was great. The staff was extremely kind, quick and helpful. I had a technical issue with my motorbike which they helped to solve quickly. A great and special THANK YOU for it!
Cons: Unfortunately the noise of the street in front of the Hotel could be heard in spite of not having a direct view to the main street. The air outlet of the kitchen was probably beneath my room, so the smell of preparing the dinner made impossible to open the window for hours in the evening.
Pros: Good location, nice environment
Cons: Need more parkibg place
Pros: The Hotel has a great location and there is a nice pizzeria very close.
Cons: I ordered a room with 2 single beds, as I travelled with a male colleague of mine. Instead of that, I got a small room with one bed + common bedsheet. The parking lot was often full at night and you cannot park on the street. The breakfast was ok. I expected a greater value for my money.
When you stay at Parkhotel Ladinia in San Vito di Cadore, you'll be near ski lifts and 6 minutes by foot from San Vito di Cadore Ski Area. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and multilingual staff.
Pros: The breakfast and the evening meal were both delicious. The building itself, from the decoration and facilities to the location was perfect.
Cons: Not to say i didnt like it, i just thought the pool temperature could be a little warmer, in particular the jacuzzi. The pool area itself was very nice.
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, super well decorated, the room is spacious, the food delicious and the staff very friendly. Even the smell they put on your room after cleaning is wonderful!
Cons: Everything was perfect!
Pros: Location was excellent with a view of the mountains and just a short stroll to the centre of the town.
Cons: Everything was fine
Pros: typical hotel buffet breakfast but very good with lots of choices.
Cons: We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was good not great.
Pros: There’s definitely a really nice modern feel to the hotel yet they managed not to loose the spirit of skiing and the Alps. Very yummy breakfast, outstanding spa facilities, friendly staff and a good location with a close proximity to many nice restaurants and it’s just 10 min by car to Cortina.
Pros: SPA zone is wonderful. Breakfast is great and served in beautiful dinning room with mountain view. Room (junior suite) is comfort and spacious, very clean, with nice terrace. Parking is available.
Pros: The hotel is family run and it’s totally noticeable, in the best sense of it.

Cons: There was 1 night when the heating in the room remained cold.
Pros: The location is great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Although we do not speak Italian very well he was kind enough to engage in conversation in English so we got some useful information from him. It’s all you can expect from a mountain villa. The room was very clean, tidy and fresh clean towels were provided every day. Big plus for the perfect guest receiver -Lola- great, big and friendly dog. Great value for money
Pros: Lovely stay at the Dolomits. We stayed just one night, but wish to stay more time. Comfortable room, great view and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty & I had the best hot chocolate during all my trip over Italy.
Pros: Clean and cosy, place is silent, super friendly staff !
Pros: We had lovely continental breakfasts. The owner Paulo picked us up at the nearest buss stop and also delivered us there again. Saving us the walk with our suitcases. He also recommended a good restaurant for our other meals. All in all a wondervull 3 days we spent at Locanda Montana
