a nice gem that will likely get very expensive as it becomes more known. Our visit was a unique one but if you are into relaxed slovak country side, this is great. the hot water broke down but it was fixedin 30 minutes
Good, new hotel for relaxation in very picturesque place
the pool area food was boring, menu had the same you find in every slovak restaurant. both breakfast and dinner were not up to international standard. massage treatments was in public just behind small doors the way to the pool. didnt Get any spa feeling at all.
very nice and clean hotel services, horrible breakfest, no room service,
Spacious and well furnished rooms with large bathrooms. Nice swimming pool. Swimming pool was open to general public and was extremely owercrowded at all times. Elevator broke and was fixed only after 24 hours for which we received a small discount. Some corridors were not lit in the evening. Breakfast could have better selection of food, especially fruits. In Rajecke Teplice the food in all the restaurants we tried was disappointing.
Nice hotel, particularly if evaluated with the price. Clean rooms and a nice green wiev. Do not expect much. No elevators in the hotel and no hairdrier in the rooms.
Reception staff extremely helpful also speaking good English, bar and restaurant staff likewise, evening meals were delicious as were the cooked breakfasts. Lack of dressing table and mirror for ladies to do their make up and hair. British tourists seem to expect tea and coffee making facilities in their rooms (kettle, tea/coffee bags and cups).
The hotel is situated in a village situated very close to Martin. It is a relatively new hotel and very quiet. The staff is very amiable. The room are new furnished and very clean. A very good ratio price/quality.
modern hotel. very good dinner. biata at front desk very helpful in planning our itinerary we were only guests but given a very small room next to a room that was being renovated as of 8 am!!
Kind personal, excellent restaurant, good location
The hotel was very good for the money, the kind of place business people go for team building and conferences. But they were very nice to vacationers like us.
Everything about the hotel was great....staff very accomodating, restaurant excellent. It is new and there are still a few "bugs" in the system.
Great staff - knew enough english to be really helpfull Still under construction on external parts of the hotel
The hotel was so quiet and breakfast was good.We were going from austria to poland and we should stay one night in our way. So,the price for us was very good. Their staff were not good in english language.
Everything just superb!
Very peaceful environment, in a ski centrum deep inside a romantic valley. The communication with the personnel is very circumstantial for anybody not fluent in Slovakian, nevertheless the waitress in the restaurant is trying hard to solve the problems.
The SPA is very good; nice view from the rooms; we could play Bowling at the hotel. Quite area. The water in the jacuzzi are not warm enough; the staff don't speak English
Nice room with nice view and balcony. Nice spa even extra charge, it was worth while. Breakfast very modest.
Nice, quiet location - very close to Bojnice castle, beautiful view. Clean towels. Very good internet connection for free - WiFi :) Receptionist has barely spoken English. Breakfast was suuposed to start at 8 a.m. sharp. At 8.15 the dining was still closed and nobody at the reception. Toilet claustrofobic as well as the kitchen annex - leaking tap. Despite a good idea of recreational porch underneath the bulidng (on a steep slope) it is furnished with old, worn garbage. Price much to high in comparison with quality of service and comfort.
The hotel has a parking garage, it has a big hall where you can get online, WIFI is fast and available for free. The owner is like your uncle walking around the place and does his best to help you. Its a good bit outside the main attractions, maybe a 15 to 20 minute walk up a hill, I had a bike so it wasn't a problem....
The location of Maxim is quite good, overlooking the small town of Bojnice and a short walk to the beautiful castle. Free car parking was available and there was a terrace where we could sit and relax to enjoy the view. The room had quite a bad stale smell to it which we could not shift despite airing the room. The bathroom was clean so we could only deduce that the mattresses were old and in need of replacement.
Great place for walks, really close to the bojnice castle. Very friendly and helpful staff- Thanx guys ;)
nice staff, really friendly and helpful, recommended hotel garage is only external entrance
friendly staff, all spoke good english, went out their way to help ,good breakfast,5 mins walk from centre
Excellent hotel with friendly staff, even though there were three days with a very early start the staff went out of their way to get up and provide breakfast for us. Couldn't fault the hotel at all.
Very friendly helpful staff
Very nice hotel. Rooms very tidy. Excellent value for money. The onsite parking is not at the front of the hotel and there is no where to stop outside the front. It would have been nice to know prior to arriving that the parking is accessed off a different street.
