The room, staff, facilities and very good location - 10 min walk from the beach. Internet connection and more plugs in the room
The hotel was close to the sea and the town center. The room was clean and had everything we needed (small balcony, fridge, tv). I would say it was a bit too expensive for what it was. But it was probably as we had been there in main season.
Very good. Nothing
Good stay in Biograd n/M but only for one night. The whole city and beach is crowded not good for long relaxing stay for me.
Bring something against Mosquitos!
beautiful hotel. room was spacious and clean. only a short walk to the water and the centre of town. and a lovely hostess.
Close to beach and local town center, but 20 minutes away from Zadar. far away from Zadar
SIlent place, close to city center, big balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV. The hotel is newly built, very clean and nice. Very helpful and friendly staff. No internet in the hotel, but you can use free wi-fi in a cafe, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The neaest beach is in about 5 minutes walk. Rather poor breakfast, but it's still OK.
very nice hotel, value for money, staff v helpful and friendly, clean and nice decorated rooms. The owner picked us up from the airport. a bit noisy in the morning...
It was really great experience. Very nice staff, helphul and English - speking. Good breakfast.
We only stayed for one night before driving down the coast to our apartment.we chose the hotel because of its location to zadar airport and would definately stay overnight again .
The reception staff went to great lengths to be helpful. Breakfast comprised of orange squash, unchilled fruit with flies, stodgy croisants and pastries and a very tired warm buffet.
Hotel is in a convenient location close to restaurants, good breakfast Room was reasonaby spacious, but not enough storage in room and bathroom. Towels very small.
A nice hotel with a good location in an attractive town in which to stay
The restaurant should be renovated, very poor salad buffet, poor breakfast. Dusty chairs on the balcony..
This hotel does definately not deserve the 4 stars! Apart the fact that the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom: Beds were not made, bathroom not clean, mini bar refilled only the second day. Personal very unfriendly!!
one of the few positive things about the hotel is that it accepts dogs we did not like the smelly bathroom, the non-functioning internet, the high price, the industrial breakfast, the small parking area
Location/food No night time activities. Music etc
hotel location, views, facilities, breakfast room was probably too cramped for 2 adults + 2 children
Hotel Adriatic is stylishly designed and offers clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel's outdoor facilities are very poor. The pool area is extremely small with only a handful of sun loungers and the rest of the outdoor space is a bar. As the outdoor bar, which plays surprisingly loud music, is open until 1am, there is no possiblity whatsoever of sleeping before this time. A comfortable, but certainly not relaxing, location.
Beautiful hotel, great beach and bars, nice rooms location too far from cities, very touristy
Tasteful decor. Well designed en suite facilities, and very comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Easy access to seafront. Pleasant outdoor, heated pool. Attractive sun-bathing areas. Family-friendliness. Good breakfasts. Punches above its three-star rating. Shortage of storage space in room. Rooms & balconies a bit small. No safe deposit in rooms, but reception will allow use of hotel safe at no cost.
We loved everything...can easily say that would recommend and go there again !!!
The room had a nice balcony with a great view. Very very close to the beach (just cross the walking). There is a very nice bar with runs loud music until 1 am. If you plan to sleep early you should avoid this hotel.
I liked the design and the closeness to the sea The music in the bar at night. It could be more relaxing.......and not so stressing disco. It is a relaxing hotel, and the music should go with it.
Great location, friendly staff. Good breakfast provided and Biograd is a lovely lively town to stay in - comes to life at night and lots to do for young kids. Parking a little difficult if the hotel is full as car park fills quickly.
The buffet breakfast and evening meal were good. The rooms were generally ok, although there were problems with the shower and noise. It was very noisy - for some reason, they played loud music in the corridor all day until about midnight. There was also a lot of noise coming from the promenade nearby. Water leaked from the shower cubicle, making a huge puddle in the bathroom. This made washing very awkward, since the bathroom was very small. They charged extra for the balcony; this extra expense was not worthwhile, since you got the same view from a similar room without a balcony. The car park was very crowded, making it difficult to find a parking space. Overall, it was somewhat disappointing.
breakfast Very loud music till 12 in evening at seaside, isolation not enough. Parkside the same with a fair every day and even worse music. Room very small, especially bathroom. No balcony, so no place to hang towels. Small terrace at swimming pool with only 6 chairs. Biograd itself 1 big fair, no authenticity. Absolutely no value for money (especially in high season).
pool, bed bar breakfast fnished too early lack of food available
The stuff was very kind of us. There was not.
English-speaking and very polite staff, generous breakfast in front of the beach Limited air conditioning (it's impossible to set the room temperature below a certain point), window curtains unable to stop the morning light
great staff, good food, excellent location for relax and enjoy the see.You would need a rental car to get around.
A first class family run hotel. Delightful people, superb location, excellent food. The hotel was spotless and the location superb. The most relaxing part of the whole holiday. Perfect! The coffee!
The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. The rooms were cleaned 3/4 nights and every room has a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Pašman. You can jump directly into the sea, and swimming is very private because the hotel is located in a small town, far away from the large crowd of tourists. The breakfast buffet was not spectacular, but good overall. Dinner prices were fair, as is the case everywhere in Dalmatia. The mattress of our bed was extremely hard, so we didn't sleep well and were very sore in the mornings. Our towels weren't changed once in the entire 4 nights we were there, although I'm sure we would have gotten clean ones if we had asked for them. A small refrigerator/minibar in the room would have been a plus. As mentioned in other reviews, you need a car to get around, because the hotel is 20km away from both Zadar and Biograd.
I really liked this hotel, everything was very good.
Excellent setting, good breakfast, very clean room and very friendly staff.
Great service. The members of the staff are kind and nice. It was a good start in a long trip in Croatia. All is positive. Special thanks for the managers who helped us through touristic information.
Very nice and helpful owner and hotel staff. Good location to visit Zadar, Pag, Sibenek and surroundings. Good restaurant.
Airco in the rooms, hotel has it own beach. Rooms are small
room facilities, staff, location.
Paid 750 euro for 4 nights, because I was told it was a 3 bedroom apartment. Could have got the hotel room I was given for half that price! This was not the hotels fualt. It was booking.com who made this mistake. The hotel staff was very nice and helped us a lot.
The hotel was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were great and very modern. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The best hotel I have every been to. I will return.
Beds were very comfortable.Within walking distance of the marina/beach.Staff accommodating. Limited TV channels to watch.Limited variety of rooms on offer.
Location of the hotel is fairly good. It's on a quet road, in walking distance from the town and the beach. The room was very basic, definately not worth the price. Hotel staff was not very friendly and only 1 person spoke english.
Nice room; very modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Air coditioning bearly worked, but wasn't overly necessary.
There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel. Avoid to stay there in all cases. There are much better hotels in Zadar and Trogir for the same or almost the price. Booking.com should take this hotel away from there site. It is really very bad. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Definitely not a 3* hotel, max. 1*. The breakfast was extremely bad! Without any doubt the worst I've ever seen. They call it Swedish style breakfast. In fact, it's the worst Sovjet-style breakfast you can imagine. Coffee and tea were not drinkable. The orange juice was a horrible chemical product. The omelette and the fried eggs were probably warming up already 2 hours on a heated plate. They looked fully dried out and dark yellow. Really disgusting. The bathroom was really very poor. Do not touch anything that is fixed on the wall, or you have it in your hands!
