Cons: Flight was delayed 4 hours so we missed our connection. There were 2 vueling representatives in the whole airport and they all seemed to have disappeared when the delay was annouced. Customer service was impossible to reach via phone. When we finally did Find someone to talk to, they couldn't help us, kept punting us to other people. Then they lost our luggage, told us it would be delivered within 24 hours--and it took 3 days.
