Excellent place to stay , good restaurant and comfortable room .Excellent ratio quality/price. The elevator should be replaced as it is old style
close to town
total in the edge of the industrial park near sint niklaas and good aproach. no thing every thing is good basically the staff overallis apreciateable.
friendliness of the restaurant staff in particular two young men who were serving on the night we stayed. attractive surroundings. We chose the hotel because of the special offer available and as a result we found our stay good value for money.
Excellent location, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Very good parking facilities and close to local amenities. Staff lacked charm and warmth which I normally associate with Belgium.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Shopping centre right opposite. A bit noisy from the traffic outside.
Good, quiet location with parking facilities. There was a nice breakfast buffet. Great value for money.
It was a good standard international hotel most suitable for business people. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lift was old fashioned and jerked at the bottom making it unpleasant to use. (I think this hotel had this lift)
Good size room and bathroom with comfortable furniture and bed. Very convenient for overnight stay when travelling by road. Reasonable walking distance from the town centre. Nothing really
Not convinced that their Credit Card security (or awareness of the same), is in order. (They print full creditcard details on payment slip (number and expiry date.)
They did not have knowledge that we had booked in! luckily I had taken my copy of papers road noise very loud, room hot so had to open windows
good concept all designed to meet todays accomm needs. quiet unobtrusive service provider there if you need not in your face.would use ibis again some items eg bottle of water pricey continental breakfast at 13euro's at bit overpriced I manager a 4star hotel full on bfst is £12.00 linen serviettes and service..
freindly hotel staff and to close to town wifi didn't really work and the room didn't get cleaned 2 out of 3 days. unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable too.
Hotel itself was good enough, however we didn't find the city attractive so far. Actually, everything was great except small size of the room, abscence of free parking and absence of bath staff (shampoo, conditioner).
the central location being pushed to park in the central carpark when the local streets were clearly good enough
Close to town centre. Bright modern hotel with helpful English speaking staff. Great shower, no bath. Good value. No tissues, uninspiring view but basically a fine hotel.
I was only there overnight, but the hotel location is ideal for the Groot Markt, where there are many food outlets That they took the money from my credit card before I arrived, and could not alter it so that I could pay, as I wanted to, in cash. Even though they knew I was a single traveller, they tried to charge me for 2 breakfasts, when I did not even stay for breakfast.
We agreed with stuff by phone about resrevation of rooms. In fact agreemnet was not correct executed.
Central to all amenities in the town of St Niklaas, cleanliness of room and hotel. Unpleasant sewerage smell coming from sink in toilet, however did notice unpleasant smell originating from part of the town where hotel was situated.
Large comfortable modern style bedroom, calming atmosphere, excellent staff service at the restaurant, very helpful reception; very decent standard for a business overnight.
Excellent room design
Very convenient, comfortable, good parking and very pleasant.
Very friendly, comfortable hotel, in good location for Antwerp & Ghent. Bar snacks reasonably priced. Restaurant meals expensive.
Useful and comfortable room and easy parking. Rooms close to a main street and very loud over night.
Very clean and modern rooms with great shower. Very friendly staff.
very clean and efficient
Friendly staff, very modern and clean hotel and an excellent restaurant!
good location. very pleasant room. staff friendly
Nice room, tasty breakfast, ... Not a very warm welcome
the hotel was very nice and clean friendly and not a major think but wish the bloke understood english a little more, he did his very best (its not a complaint)
Quite a unique B and B. The ambience was lovely. Arrival time of 3pm rather late in the day for such a small place. We arrived at 2.30 pm and our room wasn't ready.
Very nice hosts. Excellent breakfast. Rooms great views. Access to bicycles for rent. View over canal. No complaints.
A welcome beer (!), a great breakfast and a room with all needed facilities. Even wireless internet (for a 3 room B&B that's amazing!)
Really well thought out and all the facilities and help you need
The rroms were very spacious and very well appointed. I had a lovely terrace with verynice views. It was easy to find and gave us good access to Brussels.
I would reccommend this Hotel to anyone No
A nice change from the traditional business hotel
Kindness of the owner and the breakfast
Great breakfast. Nice garden. Very nice people who own/run the b&B. Perfect if you like staying in the countryside (nature, gardens, cows, fruit trees, chicken, etc.). Nice beds (long: 2,10 metres). Close to Gent. We had a water closet down the hall (our own, for the other two rooms had their own in their own room) but the owner is working on the paper work (regulations for b&b) to change that. There's not much 'happening' in such a small place (E.G. restaurants, etc.).
Wonderful hospitality, very clean room, nice atmosphere and free internet in this Bed & Breakfast. Great for pleasure and for business.
decot lovely, owners very friendly and helpfull, room on second floor and no lift, steps are spiral and narrow, not good for elderly or difficulty with walking
We liked everything about our stay at the De Peperbus. We only spent one day there on our way to Germany and one day on our way back. We wished we had been able to stay longer. The hosts were delightful and very helpful. There is a lovely garden with orchid and a patio where visitors can sit and enjoy the garden. The breakfasts were delicious with wonderful homemade jams. The nearby town of Lokeren has some good restaurants and a beautiful church. No!
Excellent welcome and five-star treatment. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Location in a quiet country-side place. Very nice and helpful family owners.
The quality of the accommodation, the welcome and care of the staff and the breakfast - all excellent. Highly recommended. The hotel - more a B&B really - is a little remote. This could be good of course. It is well positioned for Ghent and Bruges, but you need to drive for your evening meal.
Modern detached purpose built bed -breakfast very comfortable, well decorated accomodation-good breakfast wery pleasant/ helpful owners When booked requested ground floor or lift walking difficulties :sadley two flights of stairs to attic room took the shine of lovely lovely appointed room
I visited whilst cycling through Belguim and had a lovely, albeit, brief stay. De Pererbus is located in a quiet rural suburb of Lokeren. I was made to feel very welcome and it felt more like being a guest in the owners house than a hotel. The room was large and very clean. Great place to use as a base for cycling. My only comment was it was situated 4km from the town centre.
+ excellent location and a nice change from the normal hotels
willingnes of staff to be helpfull in any way.
A new venture with an ultra enthusiastic and friendly owner. Fitted out to an exceptionally high standard. Top notch - even had genuinely freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Bathrooms are huge with beautiful bath in middle but if a shower is essentail for you, this will be a minus.
Very welcoming and friendly. Lovely breakfast, exceptionally clean modern and well presented I would have liked a shower instead of a bath but that is just a personal preference not a critisism.
Small and intimate. Very different to other hotels we have stayed at. Parking proved easy, no shortage of on-street parking. In centre of Dendermonde, easy walk to restaurants.
