The hotel is located in a small, non touristy part of the Rheingau Region. The hotel had all the amenities needed at a great price. It was quiet, even with the train station across the street. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pillows were too soft.
Nice price and nice location. The reception persons are very nice and friendly, and they provided me a internet connecting device for in room access. no TV, no house keeping service after one day stay ( I only stay for two days)
Nice staff, superb view for the restaurant. Great breakfast. The room is a little bit old.
Very helpful with stay as well as hotel restaurant. We were able to hear chatter and activity outside our room quite a bit while there.
Very freindly and helpful staff. Hotel has no lift. Menus are in german so could not understand them.
Very nice environment, very good breakfast and very very good service!
The hotel was good value. The room was fine with a small but clean en-suite bathroom. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice and also good value.
Non freandly service One single toliet to 20 rooms the walls were paper thin you could hear snoring 6 rooms away as clear as day.the photo for the hotel is very misleading you are not in a vine yard .the rail way station is at the back of the hotel the main b49 road is at the front of the hotel and as for parking thats another story.the beding was no more than a throw the bed was rock hard with no give at all.i am ex forces and had more confort sleeping in a field with sanitation supplied to accommodate for the persons on site.
It's OK as expected by everyone.
I would expect a shared shower at least on the same floor. Your description and pictures on your website is indeed misleading.
I most like the buffet breakfast and the decoration of the restaurant. I don't like too much stairs to my room. (specially in winter time)
The care and friendliness of the staff was really good. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We also liked the quiet location very much. No - everything was great.
I normally stay in Wiesbaden when I come to town here but all of the hotels were booked. So this was all I could find. The next time I return to Wiesbaden I will intentionally book at this hotel. It is worth the drive at the end of the day. The personnel were friendly and the laid back atmosphere was wonderful. If you can't relax and get rest here you can't relax anywhere. The gardens were excellent but I didn't have time to enjoy them. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was great. It felt like home instead of a chain hotel. Much more personal. I would say that there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. But then I discovered that just down the street was one of the best Italian restaurants that I have ever been to. And I have been to Italy numerous times.
Friendly and very helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, quiet athmosphere, large comfortable rooms, pretty garden
Friendly hotel in a quiet environment. Spacious room. Bed and furniture reasonable-good. Nice (small) garden. Small indoor pool and sauna. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. Room and bathroom finishing are clearly do-it yourself and 2-3 star at the most. Curtains on a cable (emergency solution?) . Wall / ceiling decoration unfinished. Shower curtain came down and will come down again, unless better fixed. No elevator, only outside (!!) staircase to all 4 levels, absence of restaurant, dated breakfast room.
Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and efficient staff; comfortable room; reasonably good value; adequate breakfast included in the price. It is about twenty minutes walk from the centre; air conditioning is desirable
Cleanliness and appointments No
excellent location--vey friendly staff. Terrific breakfast buffet. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff spoke good English. check out was confusing. no one available on a monday morning til 7:30 am. Hotel staff tried to explain this situation but we found it unusual for a hotel this size...
Very helpful staff - rooms well appointed - free wireless internet
breakfast The hotel is too expensive for what they offer. During the night it was so hot in the room that I could not sleep. Despite I was only one person I was assigned a room with two single beds and the hotel was barely empty.
Excellent Breakfast, easy free parking, residential location
Fine, but I had a confusion while booking., my card was only noted during booking and make sure I had paid double time..???
It was clean.
For "früh-shoppen" in Rheingau is ZnS ideal. Goof rooms, fair pricing and great location just by the riverside. Good place to stay for going on Wine-tasting trips up and down the river-bank. Breakfast i fair, but could be better - feels a bit overpriced in relation to what you get.
Staff were friendly & helpful, clean room, extensive breakfast buffet (extra €8) No public access internet, reception didn't adhere to stated opening hours which was a problem when we wanted to pay
location, at the river side, near wiesbaden, the village. no, please do not change.
free wifi, comfortable bed, peace & quiet. Restuarant not open, had to find some where in the village.
The friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel, their efficiency and the superb location on the river Rhine
Parking was especially convenient.Pleasant location overlooking the Rhine. Rooms, bathrooms and breakfast were all very nice.
Good basic value - service was fine Only a really beach deprived traveler would be attracted to riverside location in an industrial section of the Rhein. But it was what it was advertised to be.
I was in Germany for business and I was at this hotel only because I couldn't find available rooms nearer to Frankfurt. The hotel was good for holidays but a bit too far from the exhibition. No hairdrier available.
Not quite what we expected. Your picture shows the main house; guest rooms are in seperate building. No reception; ring bell at main house for key. Bedroom on 1st floor was spacious and nicely decorated. Average bathroom; quiet - view over estate. Breakfast ( served in main building 40 yards away -take umbrella), is adequate but not much choice. This is more B&B than hotel. At least 20 stone steps to climb to reach our room; others were on 2nd floor. No lift. My daughter was told there was no way of putting a telephone call through to our room. We saw no other guests. Perhaps a rainy day in Sept. is not the best time to stay here.
Staff was friendly, they have wine-tasting on the property surrounded by vinyards, and the room was very large with a kitchen, very comfortable.
Location was excellent for a visit to the Rheingau
breakfast very comprehensive, complete . qualitity of food in restaurant excellent . rooms ok . temperature in room was much too high and could not be adapted , cooling of the room only possible by opening the window .... in all this hotel was a nice surprise for an 3 star hotel
Attractive hotel, comfortable room. Some of the service was very friendly. The hotel didn't have internet in my room, as I had been promised. I could not pay with Visa due to a hotel problem, but I was initially told "your card does not work." And my room did not have towels, which I only found out when I came out of the shower. Thye hotel staff were apologetic when upon leaving I mentioned these problems, but no effort was made to compensate in any more substantial way.
The hotel boasts a great roof terrace with a terrific view over the Rhine river. Furniture completely outdated and without any style. Room and bathroom dirty. No ventilation system or AC (very hot & smelly in rooms). No minibar. We saw three rooms because some of our friends were also staying at that hotel. Very expensive.
Terrace A little bit old furnished. In particular baths are quite old.
Friendly staff - good room and excellent restaurant Coffee tee would be nice
