The condo features 1,022 square feet of living space and has recently undergone a remodel, including granite and tumbled travertine-style flooring throughout the entryway, kitchen, living/dining room, and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a yummy breakfast, pupu for sharing, or a romantic dinner. The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the living room has a new queen-size convertible sofa to accommodate two additional guests. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the lanai and watching the sky light up at sunrise. In the evening, raise your glass as you hear the neighborhood conch blowers pay homage to the perfect sunset. From December through April, the state boasts some of the most amazing whale-watching, all viewable from your private lanai. Imagine yourself strolling along the beach at sunrise or sunset, hand in hand, along the Wailea Beach Walk – a 2-mile stretch of beachfront promenade that passes the Wailea Marriott, the Grand Wailea, the Four Seasons, and Fairmont Kea Lani Hotels. "Ekolu" means "three," referring to it as the third in that group. It's at 10 Wailea Ekolu Place. Wailea Ekolu condos are on a hill near the Wailea Tennis Club and the Wailea Blue golf course (now called the Old Blue Course). It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk downhill to Ulua Beach and longer to walk back uphill, but the drive is only 2 or 3 minutes. It is less expensive to stay here uphill than at similar Wailea condos on the beach. Location, Location, Location—need I say more? We have the most spectacular view of the ocean. During the whale-watching season, you can see whales breaching and playing in the channel.
