The location of the hotel was very scenic, situated in a wonderful little tow and the staff were very helpful and friendly
When we arrived they did not have our booking, any way they give us a room.
hotel was located next to the rhine river we were upgraded to a larger room with a window over the river which was nice we wanted to take a boat tour but boats leave that town only rarely
Very good situation with a beautiful view on Rhein There was no wi-fi in the hotel
Excellent location, excellent location of rooms with to the river , view to the chateau Cold ambiance of main lobby and lounge, sublime terrace along the river
we could not get an evening meal in the hotel because we had not booked but we were never informed we had to book for this facility.
The Hotel Zur Mühle is located beside the Rhine River in Bad Briesig, 30km south of Bonn. It was a very peaceful place to stay with friendly staff. Our room was very clean and confortable. The hotel has a well-kept garden, including a very pleasant terrace just beside the river.
Location...The hotel is right on the river. Very nice. Nothing. We had avery nice stay.
Location close to Rhine very good. Breakfast good. Hotel is a bit old fashioned some areas like the dining room look rather dated
Fraindly Helpfull Staff
The hotel is located on the promonade and has it's own car park. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay. No
The kindness of the family Reuter and their staff
Very central to the town and within easy reach of most facilities, comfortable rooms, although a bit noisy from the trains The breakfasts were not too imaginative and some of the cold cuts looked quite curly and dry, as they were out for the 2 days we were there
Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. None
Staff friendly and very helpful. Quiet location - mid week Sept
Excellent service, good breakfast, plenty of parking, proximity to the centre of the town and river. The hotel web site indicated a vibrant nightlife in the town and was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. However, whilst there was a full street of bars they all remained closed over the weekend - on checking out of the hotel was told they only open for around 10 weekends a year. Still a good selection of local bars and restaurants but very quiet.
Good location in Bad Honningen town centre and close to Rhine. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Good parking. Quiet. Nothing.
Dinner of the restaurant was good Internet was broken and not available, which cause lots of problems, besides the credit card reader was also broken and I had to pay in cash, they should tell us in advance, I booked water bed but it was not.
Warm welcome, excellent food for breakfasts and dinners. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Located near to a Roman Baths and close to Koblenz and Koln by rail. It was all brilliant
Nothing other than the breakfast was adequate. Very poor reception. Could do with some training on customer care. The hotel was ugly and neglected. Very outdated and not of the standard or value of other Booking.com hotels I have stayed in on all my trips to Germany. Advice to all avoid this place!
The Hotel advertises free internet but is only available in the restaurant. The overview indicates the hotel has a restaurant but fails to tell you that it's not open every night.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location, along the Rhine and near the city pedestrian area, was also good.
Owner very friendly and accomodating, cleanliness excellant, location near to centre of town with restuarants and shops but alos by the river Rhine. was in a road full of pubs and nightclubs although these did not cause a problem as non were open during our stay.
Viosited Koln & Linz ,bought wine and visited Spa This was not an Hotel but a Pension/Gasthaus where Breakfast would normally be included- no restaurant nor bar facilities.Stayed in Weingut on Mosel with better facilities, breakfast included at half the price!
I stayed at this hotel during the recent Volcano created crisis with European air travel. I found the staff excellent, especially going to special effort to resolve a problem with the internet connection. The Lsndlady was very friendly and cooperative, and made me feel very welcome during my short stay. Breakfast was excellent. The people of the village were very friendly to me (a traveller far from home and stranded in Germany during the airport Volcano shutdown). The nearby spa (therme) is excellent. Overall, I found every aspect of my visit to be very rewarding and would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends. Whenever I am in this part of Germany again, I will certainly stay here.
This was a great facility within an easy walk of the small downtown and nice walkway along the river. We even got a ride from the owner (I wish I could remember her name. . .) to the train station the morning we had to leave. We had a bit of a hard time finding the hotel from the train station, prbably because we simply headed away from the tracks on a nice sidewalk as opposed to going through the station. At any rate, the hotel is north of the station; we originally headed south.
Welcoming owner with very good English. Free Prosecco drink offered on arrival, clean room, great breakfast. Free garage for our bicycles.... good value for money. No.... It was good value.
The location. It is in a residential area, like at home.
Effecient! Clean! Quality!
Nice and clean little hotell in quiet area. Very friendly staff.
Frendly and sociable staff, good food, pleasant quiet location, 5 min's walk to town, restaurants, bars etc.
Cleanliness; pleasant surroundings No resturant facility
friendly lady - speaks English - nice room - no
the owner offered us a free beer on arrival which was a nice gesture. Room was spacious and comfortable with a small balcony with table & chairs, very clean. Breakfast next morning was plentiful with a good selection of cold meats, cheese, jams etc. Good coffee. Would sytay there again. Hotel was a little difficult to find, mainly due to Google Maps being inaccurate. (take the road under the railway line, there is no road over it).
Very warm welcome, nice location away from the main road. Low water pressure in the shower.
The owners were very friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was a surprisingly excellent buffet considering they only had us and a couple of workmen staying. There was no promised wifi in our room nor in the bar or breakfast area. It is supposed to be a 'hoel-restaurant' offering speciality meals but we arrived at 7pm on a Friday night, there were only 3 customers in the bar and no sign of any food on offer so we had to go out into the town to find something to eat. The whole town of Rheinbrohl seemed desserted so it is not just the Jagerhof but we did find a nice little steak restaurant called 'Buffel'.
Nice and quiet place If cost of a buffet breakfast was included in the room rent, the problem of language would be easily overcome.
We had no coat hangers in the wardrobe. The hotel was ok for our use which was a half way hotel on our journey.
Location near the motorway, nice for a stop Quite unclean, bad smell of smoke, uncomfortable for a non-smoking room
Convenient for the Autobahn Given room which was not ready. Only one set of towels for a double room Wash basin and Television did not function properly Smell of sewerage outside building
nice view The heating didnt work and the hot water neither and there was no service at night!
Close to the highway but still very quiet When entering the room there was a bad smell of the sewery. After poring some glasses of of water the problem was solved. Second it was not clear that during the booking I did not pay (it looked like it), I had to pay at the hotel reception.
