Friendly staff. Free wifi internet Poor breakfast, we had to go somewhere else afterwards. Beds very small and not very comfortable at all. Towels worn out.
It was convenient & reasonably priced They didn't have Visa facility. Remote for TV didn't work
great conditions, friendly hosts
The dinner was excellent and service, too. Wonderful view of the Neckar River
We chose this hotel for the age and atmosphere and that didn't disappoint. The hotel rooms are below the crumbling castle up a narrow road. There was a great view of the river out of the window. Very helpful staff. Lovely walks around the forest surrounding the hotel. the internet was free You are expected to pay for admission to the crumbling castle.
Beautiful setting and a castle tour to boot. Tremendous views and attractive room
Close to City We were disturbed by a group of very noisy guests until the early hours of the morning. Unfortunately the hotel staff did not appear to addresss the matter and allowed the noise to continue.
My room had the balcony, but most others did not. No phone access
Location was perfect, room size more that what I expected, clean and value for money. Staff o.k. but not too friendly
Nothing: it was awful, that means noisey, dirty, unfriendly, expensive for its category S. 3. There was no possibility to evaluate this hotel on the same place (complaints)
The hotel has nice installations and clean rooms They said I did not pay my stay at priceline and they charged me 89 euros cash only no receipt
Arrived very late; staff made arrangements for picking up the key.
The hotel is conveniently close to Heidelberg. Internet connection fee should be included in the price for a room.
Wirelles connection was not free, must have code. Maybe I must ask for code, which I did not.
Quiet, close to city. Room was run down. For example, the TV cabinet was broken, the door would not shut properly and the hinges were pulling out from the wall.
nice surroundings church bells at 6.00 a.m.
Very comfortable room with excellent facilities
very nice hotel, in the middle of the town surrounded by a park. Easy to reach for the highway. Bed was fine. Room was clean Restaurant is not very cosy, but breakfast was good. Very busy in hotel because of a conference. Late in the evening people were talking to each other in the hall which was disturbing. Small bathroom, had to shower in bath.
Friendly helpful staff
Nice clean spacious room with lovely view over the Neckar River. Helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Important for me as a cyclist was that they were able to store my bike securely. Noteworthy too is that the hotel chef has a Michelin Guide toque. Excellent food and wine on offer, some dishes based on local wild game. Highly recommended. Eberbach very pretty in a beautiful stretch of the Neckar.
Pleasant and helpful staff. The location was very beautiful in a sleepy German village in the hills
Very pleasant and quaint hotel with Friendly Staff Room did not have an adequate shower. Room only had a tub and a sprayer that was not mounted. The blinds in the room were broken and could never be adequatly closed
The hotel staff was friendly and the dinner was excellent. No airconditioning.
Close to the old town It over priced for the room we got.
Great outdoor dining and staff was excellent.
The restaraunt was excellent, however, the selection could have been better. The cost of the double room was overpriced, as I have stayed in other 3 star hotels throughout Germany
Very friendly staff, large room, good breakfast, clean facilities
This is a well run hotel in a nice location, albeit a bit remote. The view from the dining room is great. Food is very good, wine selection limited. Rooms are very basic, no bedside table or reading lamp, but clean. Manager and staff are very attentive.
Very friendly and helpful people. Beautiful view in mountains. Close to Neckar. Good food and breakfast. We were there during a warm period (30C). No cooling in the room and the afternoon sun was burning in the room. Opening the window was helpful to cool down, but early traffic made more noise than expected. Outside sun protection or an airco should avoid the "heat" problem
Good size room, quiet location in the centre of the town, close to the railway station.
A nice hotel in the nice german village. We received a very large room. The hotel ha good parking facilities. In the morning many guests were at the same time enjoining their breakfast so the buffet table was quite poor.
Central location to Heidelberg and Castle road Extreme hot weather, attic rooms, no A/C made this unbearable to sleep. # of the worse nights on this 3 week trip
Spacious room in the historical centre of the town Parking lot hard to find
The staff was great. They even printed travels maps from a computer stick for me. The room was much larger than other hotel rooms we used in the area. Over it was very good. Free internet access was another plus.
Was very good, nice town, staff, diner, room None
Site and all about it
Restaurant was open late. It was in a great location in relationship to the main area of the square.
The hotel staff was very accommodating. Our German is somewhat weak, but the staff members either spoke English or found one who did. In several instances they went further than we expected to make as feel welcome and deal with our needs. The only negative was the in room WIFI did not work. The desk staff allowed us to use their computer to check for urgent emails.
